Day 286: The Mystery of October 13

0

Welcome to the 286th day of the year! Day 286 is the sixth day of the 41st week; the sixth day of the sixth week in the sixth 49 days of the year; the 41st day in the sixth 49 days. Day 286 is a core sixth-season day. It is a day of intense conflict in the spirit. Day 286 is October 13 in a clear year and October 12 in a leap year.

The Bible patterns for understanding the 286th day are

The sixth day of creation narrative

The sixth book and chapters of the Bible

The 41st book and chapters of the Bible

The sixth 2 chapters (11-12) of the 41st book of the Bible.

Day 286 is a sixth day of creation day. On the sixth day of creation, God made man in His image and after His likeness; to rule, subdue, and have dominion over the other living creatures that He did not make in His image or likeness. The sixth season is the Ruler’s Season. In the sixth chapter of Mark, Jesus did many mighty works, except in Nazareth, sent out his disciples two by two, to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons; He fed over 5000 people in a wilderness with five loaves and two fish, walked on the sea, and healed many who come to touch him. The story of the beheading of John Baptist is also recorded in this chapter. He was dominated.

The things God did on the sixth day were to fix the problems associated with the sixth season. God made man in His image because of the problem of ungodliness in the sixth season. God gave dominion to man because of the problem of rebellion in the sixth season. He communicated with man concerning His provisions because of the problem of food scarcity in the sixth season. He gave instructions on the sixth day because of the tendency to go the way of self-will in the sixth season. He blessed man with fruitfulness because of the problem of barrenness in the sixth season. He blessed man with multiplication because of the problem of decimation in the sixth season.

Day 286 is a Mark 13-14 day in the 41st week. The 2 chapters in the sixth division of the 41st book of the Bible is a applicable to the sixth day of the 41st week. In Mark 13, the disciples admired the temple and Jesus prophesied the destruction of the temple. They asked when that would happen and about the signs that would precede the destruction. He answered their questions and gave warnings in this chapter. In Mark 14, a woman anointed Jesus at the house of Simon – a Pharisee. The priests plotted to arrest him. Jesus and His disciples ate the Passover and Communion. Jesus spoke of His betrayal and of Peter’s denial. Jesus prayed at Gethsemane with Peter and John. Judas betrayed Jesus and He was arrested. Peter denied Him. The sixth 2 chapters of Mark are the chapters before the end. The active ministry of Jesus ended here. This is the day to tidy up the work of the week. It’s a day of preparation to end the week. Today, ensure that the work of the week is completed from your end.

Day 286 is a book-of-Mark day in the sixth 49 days of the year. It is also a core 41st season day. It is a 41st day (in the sixth 49 days) happening in the 41st week of the year. It is a book-of-Mark day in a book-of-Mark week. In Mark’s gospel account, Jesus is the image and likeness of God subduing and exercising dominion over demons and works of darkness. By the Spirit of God, He dominated unclean spirits operating in people and messing up their lives. This is a day to assume power and exercise dominion in Christ. Joseph became a ruler in Genesis 41. This is a day to, especially, operate from your position in Christ.

Day 286 is Ephesians – Philemon day in the 41st week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The sixth day of the week is the second day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the second nine books of the New Testament. Today is a day to triumph in warfare through instructions. The second 9 books of the N.T are mentoring books. The pastoral epistles of Paul are in this section. This section of the Bible is for “the preparation of the man of God”. This is a day to stir up the leadership spirit in you.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made man in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. Today, show that your primary allegiance is to the God of Israel. You are made in the image and likeness of God. This is a day to commemorate and relive the creation of man in the image and likeness of God. Today, make your way back to the Lord. Even if you are not a backslider, you can still get closer to the goal of expressing the Lord – as His image and likeness. Today, stand out for God as His representative and look into your life, and look around, for things and areas that need to be conformed to God’s standards. Today, pray that the kingdom comes, by the word of God, to establish God’s will in your life, family, church, community, nation; and in the nations of the world. Today, stand as God’s agent and exercise necessary dominion over the powers of darkness and wickedness. Walk in the exceptional wisdom of God in your words and actions. Have a happy and tremendously fruitful day!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born on this day for a reason. Light was born for darkness. The day a person is born speaks volumes about the identity and purpose of the person. You came into the world on this day because you are part of the Creator’s solution to problems associated with this day. You were born to lead with godliness and towards godliness. God made man on the sixth day to lead and bear rule. This is one of the days in the year that ‘donates’ transformational leaders to the world. Margaret Thatcher, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom was born on this day. The kingdom of darkness will not the leader in you to emerge. The evil one will want to recruit you as an agent or make you a victim. One of the things that hinders leaders born on this day is preoccupation with mundane needs (Genesis 6; Exodus 6; Joshua 6; Judges 6; Second Kings 6; Matthew 6; John 6 and Acts 6. Whereas God wants them to look up and focus on higher goals, the evil one wants them to turn their focus inwards on survival and pleasure. In Matthew 6, Jesus said His disciples should not worry about what to eat, drink or wear but should focus on the Kingdom of God and it’s righteousness. Today, give thanks to God for your life and renew commitment to focus on the will and purpose of God rather than on survival or pleasure. Happy birthday!
