SIX BIBLICAL PATTERNS FOR THE DAY

The Bible patterns for understanding this 181st day are

1. The sixth day of creation narrative.(Genesis 1: 24- 31)

2. The sixth book of the Bible (Joshua)

3. The sixth chapters of the Bible.

4. Ezekiel 36 – 42 (the sixth 7 chapters of the 26th book of the Bible.

5. The 34th book of the Bible (Nahum) and the 34th chapters of the Bible.

6. The second 9 books of the New Testament (Ephesians – Philemon).

Day 181 is a sixth day of creation day. On the sixth day of creation, God made land creatures. He began with the creation of animals – cattle, creeping things, and beasts of the earth. He commanded the earth to bring forth living creatures; as He had commanded it to bring forth vegetation on the third day. The sixth season is a season of creative responsibility. It is is a season of work and service. He moved on to make man in His image and after His likeness. “Let us make man…” This shows that the sixth season is a season of communion, company, agreement, and joint action. Although man was the last of the living creatures God made, He gave man dominion over the other living creatures. This is grace. He mandated man to rule and have dominion. He also gave vegetation to man and animals as food. This shows His love for man. The sixth day was the first time God communicated with His creation for direction and guidance. He blessed man with fruitfulness and multiplication. The sixth day of creation narrative shows that a sixth season, like Day 181, is a season of favor, authority and power, divine provision and provisions. It also shows that the sixth season is a season of conflict and battles. Where there is no battle, there would be no need to subdue anything or anyone. The sixth season is a season to manifest God (godliness) on earth. It is a season to make the loftiest from the lowliest.

Day 181 is Ezekiel 36-42 season. The sixth-seven chapters of Ezekiel (the 26th book of the Bible) is applicable to this sixth day of the 26th week of the year. Ezekiel 36-42 reveals that the sixth day of the 26th week is a day and season of restoration. In Ezekiel 36, God spoke of restoring Israel because of His own name. In the 37th chapter, He sent Ezekiel to prophesy to the dead in the valley of dry bones; which is the house of Israel. In Ezekiel 38 and 39, the armies of Gog and allies is destroyed for attacking Israel. In chapters 40-42, the prophet receives visions of a new city, and a new temple. The sixth day of the week is a day of blessings and restoration. It is also a day warfare.

Day 181 is a book of Nahum season. Day 181 is the 34th day in the fourth 49 days of the year. The book of Nahum is the 34th book of the Bible as is applicable to this 34th day season. It is a time to comfort God’s people and confront their enemies. Nahum prophesied against Nineveh the bloody city. The book of Nahum is a book of divine reactions. In the sixth season, God reacts against things that do not bear His semblance. He blesses people and purposes that are in line with His intention; and curses things that are out of alignment.

Day 181 is Ephesians – Philemon day in the 26th week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The sixth day of the week is the second day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the second nine books of the New Testament. Day 181 is a day to thrive through instructions. The second 9 books of the N.T are mentoring books. The pastoral epistles of Paul are in this section.

DECLARE AND DECREE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. Today, show that your primary allegiance is to the God of Israel. You are made in the image and likeness of God. This is a day to commemorate and relive the creation of man in the image and likeness of God. Today, make your way back to the Lord. Even if you are not a backslider, you can still get closer to the goal of expressing the Lord – as His image and likeness. Today, stand out for God as His representative and look into your life, and look around, for things and areas that need to be conformed to God’s standards. Today, pray that the kingdom comes, by the word of God, to establish God’s will in your life, family, church, community, nation; and in the nations of the world. Have a happy and tremendously fruitful 181st day!
