SIX BIBLICAL PATTERNS FOR THE DAY

The Bible patterns for understanding this 188th day are

1. The fsixh day of creation narrative.(Genesis 1: 24 – 31)

2. The sixth book of the Bible (Joshua)

3. The sixth chapters of the Bible.

4. Daniel 11 (the 6th section of the 27th book of the Bible).

5. The 41st book of the Bible (Mark) and the 41st chapters of the Bible.

6. The second 9 books of the New Testament (Ephesians – Philemon).

Day 188 is a sixth day of creation day. On the sixth day of creation, God crowned creation with the making of man in His image and likeness – to be in charge and rule. In every sixth season, God seeks representation on earth. He seeks the preservation of His image in and among men; because the enemy seeks the destruction of the image of God on earth. It is a season to manifest divinity and show you are made in the image and likeness of God. The sixth season is a time to come down strong on rebels and rebellion. God ruled against rebellious humanity in the sixth chapter of Genesis. He executed his judgment against the Canaanite nations in the sixth book of the Bible; and He began destruction at the sixth chapter of the sixth book. This is a day of reaction against rebellion. It is for the preservation of the just and the destruction of the wicked. Everything God did or said on the sixth day of creation finds expression, or re-enactment, in sixth seasons.

Day 188 is a Daniel chapter 11 day! Daniel is the 27th book of the Bible; and the sixth division chapter (11th chapter) of Daniel is applicable to the sixth day of the 27th week. Daniel spoke of the future of kingdom in Daniel 11. He spoke of the rising and clashing of kings; and about the king that will subdue the other kings. The sixth season is a time to fight, subdue, rule and have dominion. Day 188 is a day of spiritual battles.

Day 188 is a 41st book and 41st chapters of the Bible day. Mark is the 41st book of the Bible. In the 41st book of the Bible, Jesus operated as God’s servant – preaching the gospel, performing cures, and casting out demons (rebels) to demonstrate the arrival of the kingdom and dominion of God through Him. In the 41st book of the Bible, men marveled at Jesus – how he cast out demons or stilled the storm by His word. They asked, “What manner of man is this?” It is man in the image and likeness of God. In Mark’s account of the Gospel, Jesus said signs of divinity would follow those who believe in Him.

In the 41st chapter of Genesis, Joseph was brought before Pharaoh to interpret a dream that Pharaoh’s wise men could not handle. Where others failed, he succeeded. Pharaoh promoted him because the wisdom of God was found in him. Genesis 41:38-41 says, “And Pharaoh said to his servants, “Can we find such a one as this, a man in whom is the Spirit of God?” Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Inasmuch as God has shown you all this, there is no one as discerning and wise as you. You shall be over my house, and all my people shall be ruled according to your word; only in regard to the throne will I be greater than you.” And Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt.” Day 188 is a day of promotion for those who will manifest the superior wisdom and ability of God amid pressures and challenges.

Day 188 is Ephesians – Philemon day in the 27th week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The sixth day of the week is the second day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the second nine books of the New Testament. Day 188 is a day to thrive through instructions. The second 9 books of the N.T are mentoring books. The pastoral epistles of Paul are in this section.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. Today, show that your primary allegiance is to the God of Israel. You are made in the image and likeness of God. This is a day to commemorate and relive the creation of man in the image and likeness of God. Today, make your way back to the Lord. Even if you are not a backslider, you can still get closer to the goal of expressing the Lord – as His image and likeness. Today, stand out for God as His representative and look into your life, and look around, for things and areas that need to be conformed to God’s standards. Today, pray that the kingdom comes, by the word of God, to establish God’s will in your life, family, church, community, nation; and in the nations of the world.

Happy 188th day!
