Day 206: The Mystery of July 25

0

Welcome to the 206th day of the year! It is July 25 in a clear year and July 24 in a leap year. Day 206 is the third day of the 30th week. It is the 10th day in the fifth 49 days of the year. It is the third day of the second week in the fifth 49 days. Day 206 is a third-season day. The key Bible patterns for understanding Day 206 are

The third day of creation narrative

The 10th book and 10th chapters of the Bible

The third chapter of the 30th book of the Bible.

Day 206 is a third day of creation day. On the third day of creation, God made a way for hidden and obscure dry ground to be revealed – to become a solid platform and producer. It gave the platform that the waters could not give. It also brought forth vegetation. The third season is for revelation, manifestation, engagement, recruitment, release of potential. For the earth to be revealed as platform and producer, the waters over the earth had to be moved aside. The third season is a season of breakthroughs. This is revealed in the ‘thirds’ of the Bible.

Three things are expected in a third season:

1. The overthrow of the dominant and prevalent waters – the overthrow of the status quo.

2. The manifestation of the hidden and obscure as new platform.

3. The release of potential for sustenance – production for sustenance.

Day 206 is Amos chapter 5 day. The third-division chapter of the 30th book of the Bible reveals that Day 206 is day to overthrow ungodliness. It is a season to confront the sinner. It is season to call people to seek God and return to Him. It is a season to challenge people to pursue righteousness. Amos 5:4-9 says, “For thus says the LORD to the house of Israel: “Seek Me and live; [5] But do not seek Bethel, Nor enter Gilgal, Nor pass over to Beersheba; For Gilgal shall surely go into captivity, And Bethel shall come to nothing. Seek the LORD and live, Lest He break out like fire in the house of Joseph, And devour it, With no one to quench it in Bethel- You who turn justice to wormwood, And lay righteousness to rest in the earth!”  He made the Pleiades and Orion; He turns the shadow of death into morning And makes the day dark as night; He calls for the waters of the sea And pours them out on the face of the earth; The LORD is His name. He rains ruin upon the strong, So that fury comes upon the fortress. Amos 5:14-15 says, “Seek good and not evil, That you may live; So the LORD God of hosts will be with you, As you have spoken. Hate evil, love good; Establish justice in the gate. It may be that the LORD God of hosts Will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph”.

Disobedience in a fifth season is intolerable because it smacks of ingratitude – in the face of God’s goodness and mercy. Amos 5:16-27 says, “Therefore the LORD God of hosts, the Lord, says this: “There shall be wailing in all streets, And they shall say in all the highways, ‘Alas! Alas!’ They shall call the farmer to mourning, And skillful lamenters to wailing. [17] In all vineyards there shall be wailing, For I will pass through you,” Says the LORD. [18] Woe to you who desire the day of the LORD! For what good is the day of the LORD to you? It will be darkness, and not light. [19] It will be as though a man fled from a lion, And a bear met him! Or as though he went into the house, Leaned his hand on the wall, And a serpent bit him! [20] Is not the day of the LORD darkness, and not light? Is it not very dark, with no brightness in it? [21] “I hate, I despise your feast days, And I do not savor your sacred assemblies. [22] Though you offer Me burnt offerings and your grain offerings, I will not accept them, Nor will I regard your fattened peace offerings. [23] Take away from Me the noise of your songs, For I will not hear the melody of your stringed instruments. [24] But let justice run down like water, And righteousness like a mighty stream. [25] “Did you offer Me sacrifices and offerings In the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? [26] You also carried Sikkuth your king And Chiun, your idols, The star of your gods, Which you made for yourselves. [27] Therefore I will send you into captivity beyond Damascus,” Says the LORD, whose name is the God of hosts”.

The third season is for recovery, resurrection, and restoration.

Day 206 is a Second Samuel day. It is also a 10th chapters of the Bible day. Day 206 is the tenth day in the fifth 49 day of the year; and expresses the 10th book and chapters of the Bible. The 10th book and chapters of the Bible reveal that a tenth season like Day 206 is a season of great answers to prayers. In the book of Second Samuel, God answered the prayers of David; and manifested him as the new and everlasting king of Israel. He became the new platform for God’s will in Israel. In Joshua 10, God answered Joshua’s prayers for a prolonged day. Joshua 10:14 says, “…there has been no day like that, before it or after it, that the LORD heeded the voice of a man; for the LORD fought for Israel”. In First Samuel 10, God granted Israel’s request for a king and anointed Saul the first king of Israel. In Esther 10, God manifested Mordecai as Second-In-Command in Persia. In Daniel 10, Daniel received the answer to His prayer after overcoming demonic forces resisting the angel sent to him. God sent angel Michael to fight and assist Gabriel; the answer-bearer. Zechariah 10:1 says, “Ask the LORD for rain In the time of the latter rain. The LORD will make flashing clouds; He will give them showers of rain, Grass in the field for everyone”. In Acts 10, Cornelius received answers to his prayers. In that chapter, the unbelievable happened; the Holy Spirit fell upon the Gentiles through the ministry of Peter – as it happened to the first Jewish believers on the day of Pentecost. On that day, God delivered Peter from racial prejudice and changed Peter’s ministry.

Day 206 is Ecclesiastes – Amos Day in the 30th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The third day of the week is the third day in the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the third 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the third 10 books of the Bible, God sent His prophets to speak to the people. They confronted the people, warned them against judgment, comforted the faithful, and brought judgment on the arrogant. The third day is for the overthrow of the rebellious and establishment of the humble and just. How you fare in this season depends on your attitude and response to the word of God. This is a day of prophetic confrontation and judgment.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. This is a day of manifestation. Do not be afraid to take a stand for the Lord. It is a season to come out of hiding and obscurity. It is a day to overthrow oppression and the oppressor. It is a day to establish the humble. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, be ready to hear His voice and respond by faith. Expect breakthrough. Be willing to sacrifice. Walk by faith! This is a day of breakthrough and pushing through barriers in the 30th week. This is a day of unveiling. It is a day of answers to prayers. Today, pray for the overthrow of dysfunctional systems in the nations and in the church. Pray that God will make a way for the manifestation of hidden platforms and producers. Pray also that the forgotten functional people and things be remembered, recognized, and restored. Happy Day 206!
