SIX BIBLICAL PATTERNS FOR THE DAY

The Bible patterns for understanding this 190th day are

1. The first day of creation narrative.(Genesis 1: 1-5)

2. The first book of the Bible (Genesis)

3. The first chapters of the books of the Bible.

4. Hosea 1-2 (the first 2 chapters of the 28th book of the Bible).

5. The 43rd book of the Bible (John) and the 43rd chapters of the Bible.

6. The first 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible (Genesis – 2 Samuel).

Day 190 is a first day of creation day in the 28th week. Day 190 is a first season day. God is First and the first is God’s. The first day of the week (and every first season) is the season of the word of the Lord.  On the first day of creation, God spoke to create light and time. He first overthrew darkness with light. “Let there be light and there was light”. Day 190 is a 24-hour season of conflict between light and darkness in which light must prevail. Those who take side with darkness on this day will fail. Light will triumph over darkness this day! Light stands for God, truth, knowledge-wisdom-understanding, righteousness, and goodness. Darkness is the opposite of light and represents everything from, or about, the kingdom of darkness and evil. This is a day to receive light into your situations; to dispel the darkness of ignorance, falsehood, fear, and confusion. God also divided the light from the darkness on the first day of creation. Day 190 is a day of making distinctions. It is a day to take a stand for light or for darkness. It is not a day to sit on the fence. It is not a day to keep silent. It is a day to verbalize your thoughts where necessary; as God did. It is more importantly, a day to receive the mind and word of God for the season. On the first day, also, God called the light DAY and called the darkness NIGHT. That day was also the beginning of MORNING and EVENING. So, God instituted, or laid the foundation for, times and seasons on the first day of creation. Day 190, therefore, is a day to be time-conscious. It is a day to act on God’s word with a sense of urgency.

Day 190 is a Hosea 1-2 day in the 28th week. Hosea is the 28th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 28th week of the year. The book of Hosea has 14 chapters; so, each day day of the week has corresponding two chapters of the week. The Guiding pattern for Day 190 are the first two chapters of Hosea. The first two chapters of the 28th book of the Bible are applicable to the first day of the 28th week of the year. The book of Hosea opens with the word of the Lord that came to the prophet. God told the prophet to and marry a harlot and raise children from her. God’s intention was to use the marriage of the prophet to speak to the prophet about God’s love, patience, and long-suffering, in His relationship with Israel.

Hosea 1:2-9 says, “When the LORD began to speak by Hosea, the LORD said to Hosea: “Go, take yourself a wife of harlotry And children of harlotry, For the land has committed great harlotry By departing from the LORD.” So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son. Then the LORD said to him: “Call his name Jezreel, For in a little while I will avenge the bloodshed of Jezreel on the house of Jehu, And bring an end to the kingdom of the house of Israel. It shall come to pass in that day That I will break the bow of Israel in the Valley of Jezreel.” And she conceived again and bore a daughter. Then God said to him: “Call her name Lo-Ruhamah, For I will no longer have mercy on the house of Israel, But I will utterly take them away. Yet I will have mercy on the house of Judah, Will save them by the LORD their God, And will not save them by bow, Nor by sword or battle, By horses or horsemen.” Now when she had weaned Lo-Ruhamah, she conceived and bore a son. Then God said: “Call his name Lo-Ammi, For you are not My people, And I will not be your God”.

The Lord told Hosea who to marry – a harlot. He obeyed. His was a life of extreme loyalty to God. The Lord also told him what to call each of the three children that came from the union. Hosea also obeyed. Whatever the Lord told Hosea to do, he did. Day 190 is day to hear God’s Word and obey.

Although God was displeased with Israel and had vowed to disgrace her He did not withdraw His heart of love from His people. Hosea 2:9-23 says, “Therefore I will return and take away My grain in its time And My new wine in its season, And will take back My wool and My linen, Given to cover her nakedness. [10] Now I will uncover her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, And no one shall deliver her from My hand. [11] I will also cause all her mirth to cease, Her feast days, Her New Moons, Her Sabbaths- All her appointed feasts. [12] “And I will destroy her vines and her fig trees, Of which she has said, ‘These are my wages that my lovers have given me.’ So I will make them a forest, And the beasts of the field shall eat them. [13] I will punish her For the days of the Baals to which she burned incense. She decked herself with her earrings and jewelry, And went after her lovers; But Me she forgot,” says the LORD. [14] “Therefore, behold, I will allure her, Will bring her into the wilderness, And speak comfort to her. [15] I will give her her vineyards from there, And the Valley of Achor as a door of hope; She shall sing there, As in the days of her youth, As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt. [16] “And it shall be, in that day,” Says the LORD, “That you will call Me ‘My Husband,’ And no longer call Me ‘My Master,’ [17] For I will take from her mouth the names of the Baals, And they shall be remembered by their name no more. [18] In that day I will make a covenant for them With the beasts of the field, With the birds of the air, And with the creeping things of the ground. Bow and sword of battle I will shatter from the earth, To make them lie down safely. [19] “I will betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me In righteousness and justice, In lovingkindness and mercy; [20] I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness, And you shall know the LORD. [21] “It shall come to pass in that day That I will answer,” says the LORD; “I will answer the heavens, And they shall answer the earth. [22] The earth shall answer With grain, With new wine, And with oil; They shall answer Jezreel. [23] Then I will sow her for Myself in the earth, And I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy; Then I will say to those who were not My people, ‘You are My people!’ And they shall say, ‘You are my God!’”

Through Hosea’s marriage, he learnt how God felt in His relationship with unfaithful Israel. God was vindicated.

Day 190 is a book of John day in the fourth 49 days. It is also 43rd chapters of the Bible day. John is the 43rd book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 43rd day in the fourth 49 days of the year. Day 190 is the 43rd day in the fourth 49 days (or fourth seven weeks) of the year. The 43rd book of the Bible is about the Word of God that became flesh and lived among men. In this book, Jesus revealed the Love-Heart of the Father. Seeing Him meant seeing the Father. The 43rd book of the Bible reveals that God is a Lover who does not easily give up on people. He so loved the world that He gave His only Son. Jesus loved His own even unto death. Peter’s denial of Him did not affect His love for Peter. In the book of John, the word ‘love’ is used 66 times in 39 verses. The 43rd book of the Bible is a book of love. It reveals God’s love to us and calls us to love others unconditionally as God loves us. The 43rd chapters of the Bible teach the same thing. In Genesis 43, Joseph treated his brothers royally and they all ate together in Joseph’s house though they did not yet know him. Isaiah 43 opens with love: “But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. [2] When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. [3] For I am the LORD your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place. [4] Since you were precious in My sight, You have been honored, And I have loved you; Therefore I will give men for you, And people for your life”.

Day 190 is a Genesis – Second Samuel day in the 28th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The first day of the week is the beginning of the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the first 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the first 10 books of the Bible, God revealed Himself as Creator and Caretaker. He chose those who aligned with His purpose for blessings; and reserved judgment for those who disregard Him. God worked with and through imperfect men in the first ten books of the Bible. The first 10 books began with the creation and fall of the man in the image and likeness of God; and ended with the man after God’s heart sitting on the throne of God’s choice nation. This is a day of aligning with God and becoming a man (woman) after His heart. This is a day to bask in the sunshine of God’s love and faithfulness

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the collapse and end of expressions and manifestations of darkness in your  life and world. Decree that expressions of light will triumph first day of the 28th week. Today, make a quality decision to receive the word of the Lord and act on it without fear or doubts. Make a quality decision to walk in unconditional love. This is a day of sacrificial (tough) love. Today, take time to hear from God. Do not act without His direction. Follow what He says or shows. Today, seek the Lord against disasters in the week as you come into alignment. Call upon Him for mercy! Happy 190th day of the year.
