Day 126: The Mystery of May 6

0

Welcome to the 126th day of the Year! Day 126 is the seventh day of the 18th week. It is also the 28th day in the third 49 days. Day 126 is May 5 in a clear year; and May 5 in a leap year. The Bible keys for understanding Day 126 are the seventh day of creation narrative, the 126th psalm, and the seventh six chapters (37-42) of the 18th book of the Bible, the third nine books of the New Testament.

Day 126 is a seventh day of creation day in the 18th week. The Lord ended His work on the seventh day per Genesis 2:1-3. The seventh season is a season of Divine intervention. It is an end time. The seventh season is a turnaround season. It is the end of toil and struggles. That is when the last whistle is blown. God rested on the seventh day, blessed it, and also hallowed it. The seventh day of the week is a day day of rest from struggles.

Day 126 is a Job 37-42 day in the 18th week. The seventh six chapters of the 18th book of the Bible is applicable to the seventh day of the eighteenth week of the year. This section of the book of Job, though opening with long and fearful  questioning, ended with healing of Job’s body and the restoration of Job’s fortune. May this day be, for you, a day of restoration. May this this last day of the eighteenth week end with great comfort and joy.

Day 126 is Hebrews – Revelation day in the 18th week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible; and has an Old Testament side and New Testament side. The first four days of the week is the Old Testament side; and expresses the 39 books of the Old Testament. The last three days of the week belong to the New Testament side; and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The last day of the week expresses the last nine books of the New Testament. Those nine books are books of correction, recovery, and restoration. Day 126 is a day of recovery and restoration.

Day 126 is a book of Hosea day in the third 52 days of the year. Hosea is the 28th book of the Bible and is applicable to the 28th day in the third 52 days of the year. In the 28th book of the Bible, God commanded Hosea to go and marry a harlot. God wanted to use his marriage to a whore to teach him about His relationship with adulterous Israel. His experiences with his wife vindicated God in his relationship with Israel. God threatened to judge Israel but also turned to have mercy of His people. Day 126 is a day of vindication.

Day 126 is a Psalm 126 day. Psalm 126 celebrates the end of captivity for God’s people. “When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.” The LORD has done great things for us, And we are glad. Bring back our captivity, O LORD, As the streams in the South. Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, Bringing his sheaves with him”.

This psalm can be applied to the seventh fourteen years of the eighteenth century (1785-1798). That was the beginning of America’s self determination. She had her independent government, elected her own leaders, had control of her land, prepared her own constitution. That was truly a nation come out of captivity.

This was also the season of the French Revolution that took power from the monarchy, the church and the nobility. This season, in France, saw the rise and decline of the Jacobin Reign of Terror. This season culminated in Napoleon Bornaparte’s rise to power in 1799.

Psalm 126:1-6 says, “When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like those who dream. [2] Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.” [3] The LORD has done great things for us, And we are glad. [4] Bring back our captivity, O LORD, As the streams in the South. [5] Those who sow in tears Shall reap in joy. [6] He who continually goes forth weeping, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him”.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, raise a cry against wickedness; trust in the Lord, hope in Him, and take refuge in His grace and mercy. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. This is a day of “IT IS DONE”. Today, you will have pleasure by seeking the pleasure of God. Today, make it priority to honor God. Obey Him. If you missed it anywhere, repent and return to God. This is a day to go back to Bethel. Have a happy 126th day!
