The Key to Supernatural Living – a personal experience

1

GALATIANS 2:20: I (Nkem Okemiri) have been crucified with Christ, it is no longer I (Nkem Okemiri) who live, But Christ lives in me (the one still known as Nkem Okemiri) And the life (of Christ) which I (popularly known as Nkem Okemiri) now live in the flesh (the container of my spirit) I live by faith (that I have been crucified with Christ, that it is longer I that live, that Christ lives through me) In (as) the son of God who loved me (the one known as Nkem Okemiri) and gave Himself for me (popularly known as Nkem Okemiri) (My Paraphrase).

Earlier in my life as a believer, I found this passage very tough to believe or understand. It made me weep because it looks like Christ was imposing himself on me and compelling me to say that it was Christ (rather than me) living in me. I lived in contradiction. How could Christ be the one living in me when I was still struggling to live right? But with growth, maturity and better understanding, I have come to love this verse, as it were, more than other verses of the bible. I have found in this verse, the secret of triumphant Christian (supernatural) living.

I thought the reason I still struggled with Christian living was because I had no fully surrendered myself to God. I did everything I knew to surrender- praying, fasting, good works – but it never really produced the desired result. I have come to learn one thing: effort cannot replace knowledge. It is the truth you know and apply that makes you free – not the effort you make.

I HAVE BEEN CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST

What is the meaning of this?

The KJV says, “I am crucified with Christ”. This puts my crucifixion in the present tense – meaning that it is not yet a completed task. It means I am still hanging on the cross with Jesus Christ. But we know that Christ is no longer on the cross. That means it would be unwholesome for me to say, “I am crucified with Christ”. It is better to say, “I was crucified with Christ”; but that does not guarantee that I could not, or would not, be crucified again. But when you read “I have been crucified with Christ” you think of something that has not only be completed in the past but also cannot be reversed or repeated. I cannot be un-crucified with Christ because I HAVE BEEN crucified with Christ. I cannot be crucified again because I have been crucified with Christ.

I HAD DIED (COL 3:3)

It is not just that I was crucified with Christ, I died with Him. I had died! That means I ceased to exist. It means I was no longer part of this world. It means I had gone through a journey that cannot be taken a second time. something has happened to me that cannot be undone or re-done. I had died!

BAPTIZED INTO HIS DEATH (ROMANS 6:3-9)

Immersion in Christ which the Spirit does (not water baptism) means also immersion into the death of Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:13 says, “For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body-whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free-and have all been made to drink into one Spirit” (NKJV).

Anyone that is joined to Christ through faith in the finished work, has also been joined to the death of Christ. it is reckoned to him that he died when Jesus died or that he died with Christ.

IF ONE DIED FOR ALL, THEN ALL DIED (2Corinthians 5:14)

The death of Christ on the cross was literal. He really died. It was not a figurative or proverbial death. He died in the flesh. But our death is judicial. We died in, and through, the death of Christ. So, when the Bible says you have died, it is not a literal physical, it is not death in the flesh but it is real all the same. It is judicial in the sense that Jesus died your death for you. He died as your substitute. So, in a legal sense, it was you that died. “if one died for all, the judicial, or legal, implication is that all had died. If one man pays a price for all, then all have paid.

The difference between a judicial death and a literal death is this: in a literal death, the dead ceases to exist, but in a judicial death, although ‘the judicially dead’ may still be alive physically; he is treated as one who had already died. Someone died on his behalf, so, he enjoys the benefit of being alive but counted as dead; where liabilities are concerned. Secondly, in a judicial death, ‘the living dead’ needs knowledge, or the assistance of the law, to profit from the death of his benefactor. He needs to prove, legally, that he was the one that died when Jesus died on the cross.

IT IS NO LONGER I WHO LIVE

If I was irreversibly crucified with Christ and had died, it follows then that I must have ceased to exist. But how can I claim to have died and still be talking and writing? There is a difference between the Nkem Okemiri that was crucified with Christ (by retrospective or backdated union with Christ) and the one supposedly called Nkem Okemiri today. Nkem Okemiri was crucified with Christ by judicial union with the one that died for him. He is, therefore, no longer the one that is alive today. The descendant of Adam you know as Nkem Okemiri is no longer alive today. The dust and the clay-man called Nkem Okemiri is dead. The flesh and blood creature known as Nkem Okemiri is no more. The Igbo man, Nigerian and African identified as Nkem Okemiri is dead and no longer exists. The day I heard the gospel and believed that Jesus Christ died my death to save me from the wages of sin, my death in his death for me was instantly effected from that moment, I ceased to exist as Nkem Okemiri, the sinner boy. That boy is dead and forgotten.

If it is true that it is no longer I who live, the world needs to be told who the present man is. How can someone who said he had been crucified with Jesus Christ and that he no longer lives still be the one talking and writing. You can’t be dead and still be talking and walking about. Who is this Nkem Okemiri that is alive today if it is true that Nkem Okemiri has been crucified and had died?

CHRIST LIVES IN ME: I AM A CONTAINER WITH A NEW CONTENT:

It is the content of a container that gives it its name. The Content of this container called Nkem Okemiri is Christ. In a sense, Nkem Okemiri is no longer a suitable name or identity for me. Since it is no longer I that live, I should not identified by the one that no longer lives. I should rather be identified by the name of the one who now lives in me.

If Christ lives in me, my thoughts, words, ways, and actions, would not be mine but Christ’s. My ability would not be mine but Christ’s. My ability would be the ability of Christ! That is the reasons Paul says, “I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me”.

CHRIST LIVES IN ME BECAUSE I LIVE FOR HIM.

2 Corinthians 5:15 says that the reason Christ died for me is that I may live for Him.

“And He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again”

Jesus took my place in death; that I may take His place in life. To live for Him, I must bear His name, share His thought, speak His words, and do His works. That is why He lives in me by His spirit (Galatians 4:7; Romans 8:9) so, I can alway says, “the Christ that lives in me, is the one that is doing the works”. That is what Jesus said concerning His relationship with the father in John 14:10. “the Father that dwells in me, He does the works.

QUIT LOOKING AT ME AS ME

2 Corinthians 5:16 says, we do not know any man according to the flesh. So I must quit seeing myself as Nkem Okemiri. I must quit reckoning with myself according to the flesh. That is where the conflict is. Rather, than see myself according to the one that lives in me, I continue to myself according to what I am called, what I know, what I have and so on. The Christ in me seeks expression but is always hindered because Nkem Okemiri’s body and soul still want to express the Nkem Okemiri that is dead. So, rather than manifest the life and fullness of Christ, I keep manifesting the deadness and emptiness of Nkem Okemiri. Rather than exhibit the power of Christ, I exhibit the weakness of Nkem Okemiri.

THE ANSWER IS RENEWING THE MIND (ROM 12:2)

I need to renew my mind concerning my person and identity in Christ. I need to tell myself every time that is no longer I that live but that Christ is the One living in me right now. It should get to a point where the consciousness Christ in me comes spontaneously. I live as a new creation because the old has not just passed away but has also been allowed to pass away. Many times we stuck in life because, in our minds, we live in the past that has passed away. It is like trying relive the past that has passed away. It is like trying to make a phone call with a SIM card that had since be blocked by the network. It can never put your call through because that SIM card has passed away.

“if any man is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away; all things have become new”.

THE CHALLENGE OF BEING INDWELT BY CHRIST

The challenge of immortality dwelling in a mortal body

Jesus said no man puts new wine in old wine skin without causing confusion. The Adamic body is not good enough for the Christ that lives in me. The Christ in me needs a new body. That is why we look forward to the redemption of our bodies (Romans 8:22); that is why Paul says we shall be changed (1 Corinthians 15); that is why we look to the coming of our Savior from heaven to change our bodies so that it would be like the glorious body of Christ (Philippians 3:20-21); that is why Paul says we groan to be clothed with life or immortality (2 Corinthians 5:4). If Christ now lives in me (like treasure in earth vessel) the indestructible life of Christ would dominant sickness and anything that is not compatible with Christ in my body.

The challenge of living in an old earth corrupted by sin and wickedness

The Bible tells us there would be a new heaven and a new earth. Isaiah spoke of it. “For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind” (Isaiah 65:17 NKJV). Peter spoke of it. “But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells” (2 Peter 3:7,10,13 NKJV). John confirmed it.  “Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea” (Revelation 21:1 NKJV).

The present heaven and earth is also not good for the new creation in Christ. In Genesis 7, God destroyed the first earth and humanity with the flood of Noah’s day. He gave to Noah and his family a new earth. God has a plan to give a cleansed new earth to the New Creation in Christ Jesus.

HAVING KNOWLEDGE AND USING IT

It is not having Christ in you that changes you but knowing that it is Christ that lives in you; and using the knowledge to dominate circumstances. Christ lives in every believer but many believers do not know that it is so; and what that means. Those who claim to know are not taking advantage of what they say they know.

Jesus said, “you shall know the truth; and the truth shall make you free (John 8:32). The first epistle of John 5:13 says I write these things that you who believe in Christ, that you may know that you have eternal life…” Those who have eternal life ought to know they have it.

LIVING BY FAITH IN THE FLESH BODY

“…And the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me”

The key to success in spiritual life is living by faith. Living in the flesh by faith means I do not reckon with who I appear to be in the flesh. I do not know, or measure, myself according to the flesh; but according to the truth and understanding that is in Christ who lives in me. I live as an expression of Christ Jesus. It is not just a faith of dependence on Christ but of expressing Him. Christ thinks, speaks, and lives, through me. I live at the level of Christ. I live by the faith of Christ because He is the one indwelling me. My voice is His voice. I do not speak as ME but as Christ who lives and speak through me. Living by faith means focusing on what God says rather than on what I see, hear, feel, or think.

Demon-possessed people manifest the life and tendencies of the spirit possessing them. When you are filled with the Spirit of God, people see the manifestations of the Spirit in you. So, when Christ lives in me, all I do expresses Him.

LIVING FROM THE SPIRIT

Faith connects us to the realm and dimension of God. Without faith, we cannot reach God’s standards or fulfill His expectations. If the life of Christ is to manifest through me, it can only happen by operating from the spirit. To operate from the Spirit is to live from the angle and perspective of my new creation self.

(1) I must begin to live, think, and speak, in the name of Jesus Christ and as one that has final authority.

(2) I must live as one in perfect harmony with the Father.

(3) I must operate according to the prompting of my spirit; and not according to the thoughts of my heart, or the feelings, or perceptions of my senses.

(4) I must set or re-order my priorities according to the priorities of Jesus Christ.

(5) I must operate, not by what I think or feel, but by what Christ believes of Himself- that is the faith of the son of God who loved me and gave Himself for me. It also means standing upon the credentials of Christ and of the finished work. When I pray, I do it according to the size of the faith of Jesus, the son of God. To not live by faith, means to live according to circumstances – according to the flesh.

FROM GROANING TO GLORY: The Book-of-Exodus Journey to New Nigeria

0

Seventy weeks are determined For your people and for your holy city, To finish the transgression, To make an end of sins, To make reconciliation for iniquity, To bring in everlasting righteousness, To seal up vision and prophecy, And to anoint the Most Holy” (Daniel 9:24).

Agabus was a notable prophetic voice in the early church. He gave two prophecies in the book of Acts. The first was in Acts 11 where he SHOWED by the Spirit that famine was imminent. The second was in Acts 21 where he SAID by the Spirit that Paul would suffer at Jerusalem. At one time, he showed by the Spirit; and at another time he said by the Spirit. Both prophecies came to pass. That means we can say, by the Spirit, what we have heard from God; and show, by the Spirit, what God has shown us. In this article, I want to show by the Spirit what the Lord has shown me through His Word about Nigeria. As the Lord spoke to Daniel about Israel’s 70 weeks of years, He has spoken concerning the season of Nigeria’s second 49 years. What He has revealed explains what we had been through since 2009, what we are experiencing in this season, and what is laid out in the future for us.

Here are 7 preliminary things the Lord taught me concerning His work in Nigeria and His plans for the near future:

1. NIGERIA IS IN A PROGRESSIVE JOURNEY TO NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION

Every journey has a destination and involves progressive movement towards that destination. In the physical journeys of life, there is a way to know how far you have travelled in the journey, where you are, and how long you still need to travel to get to your destination – unless you are lost or don’t know the way. Even if you don’t know the way, there could be someone you can ask who knows where you are; where you are going, and how far or close you are to the destination. Google Map is a great help to travelling in our generation. The Lord has helped me to see that Nigeria’s journey to transformation is not an endless journey; and that Nigeria is making progress – even when it looks like nothing positive is happening. He assured my heart, as He had assured many others, that Nigeria will arrive at her prophetic destiny. So, we need to take our eyes off the fiery serpents and look on the bronze serpent on the pole. We need to look away from all the heartbreaking things happening every day in Nigeria and concentrate on the word of the Lord. That’s how Abraham and Sarah overcame barrenness. “…Without faith, it is impossible to please God”. When we focus on the way things are, we pray as in a circle – going round and round – repenting as if there is no end to repentance and confession of sins. We’ll always need the mercy of God but we must make progress in our quest for divine intervention. If we confess our sins to God and He says we are forgiven – by His Word and His Spirit – we should move on as if we never sinned; instead of being entangled in a web of guilt and consciousness of sin.

2. THERE IS A GUIDING PATTERN FOR THE JOURNEY

“Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path” (Psalm 119:105).

There is a divine agenda and a pattern for every prophetic week in Nigeria. A prophetic week is a seven-year season. The Bible book that corresponds to a prophetic week in Nigeria is key to understanding the divine agenda and demands for the season. Everyone that had led Nigeria (including the current President) had a divine mandate and would have done very well if they had known and followed what the Bible revealed about their seasons.

3. NUMBERED NARRATIVE PATTERNS IN THE BIBLE IS THE KEY

Is there a reliable map for Nigeria’s journey; a map that can show us where we are and the charted path to get to where we are going? Psalm 119: 105 says: “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path”. God’s Word will not be light to us if it cannot help us to see where we are and where we are going”. The Lord deposited light in His word for His people through the principles, the promises, the prophecies and proclamations, and the patterns”. We are more acquainted with God’s principles. promises, and prophecies, than with the narrative and numeric patterns in His word. The Word has narrative patterns and numeric patterns. Bible stories offer narrative patterns that help us know what to do when circumstances are similar. Numbered Bible chapters offer numeric patterns that help us to know what to expect or what to do at certain times – when numbered seasons and numbered chapters correspond or intersect. We are also more familiar with narrative patterns than we are with the numeric patterns in the word. As God inspired the books snd their narratives, that is how He inspired the order of the books and the chapter-numbers assigned to the narratives”. That is great light to the Body of Christ. So, there are narrative patterns and numeric patterns in the Bible. As we learned how to tell date and time by learning 1-2-3 in the school, God allowed numbers and numeric patterns in His word to help us understand the purpose of times and the timing of purposes. The narratives in the Word teach us the purposes but the numbers in the word teaches us how time relates to purposes”. So, numeric patterns are light to help us understand our dated and numbered seasons through the Bible. The books and chapters of the Bible that have the same number also have similar narratives. For example, the second book of the Bible and the second chapters of the Bible have a common theme; and are in sync with the narrative of the second day of creation. So, the numbered or dated books and passages of the Bible are key to understanding our numbered or dated times and seasons; because time on earth is either numbered or dated.

4. NIGERIA’S DATED AND NUMBERED SEASONS CAN BE UNDERSTOOD THROUGH BIBLE BOOK, BIBLE CHAPTER, OR CREATION NARRATIVE THAT CORRESPONDS TO THEM.

Every dated or numbered season can be understood from the Bible book or chapter that corresponds to the numbered or dated season. That means the first book of the Bible is pattern for the first year, first seven years, or first 49 years. In the same way, the second book of the Bible is pattern for the second year, second seven years, and second 49 years. The third book of the Bible is pattern for the third year, third seven years, and third 49 years.

Understanding seasons through numeric patterns in the Bible helps us to build procedurally. It gives prophecies a solid scriptural foundation or scale. Working out any dream is a process. The dream and promise of a new Nigeria is not going to materialize in one day. It’s a journey. We need to be holistic, long-term, and procedural in thinking and planning. Often, we are caught thinking too much of this election…the next election…and the next election. We should not be comfortable with having just yearly plans and dreams. We must not think that all our prayers are going to be answered the next day, week, month, or year. When Jesus knew some people were thinking the kingdom will appear immediately, He told them the parable of the talents in Luke 19:11-27 and Matthew 25:14-30. We need to learn how to occupy till the Promise comes.

5. NIGERIA STARTED A 49-YEAR JOURNEY THROUGH THE BOOK OF EXODUS FROM OCTOBER 2009

Nigeria is going through her second 49 years – counting from October 1, 1960. As at the time of this writing, she has 36 years and 8 months of this season still in the furure. The journey of her first 49 years (1960 – 2009) was like a journey through the book of Genesis. Every seven years in that season expressed the corresponding seven or eight chapters of Genesis: 1960-1967 (Genesis 1-8); 1967-1974 (Genesis 9-15); 1974-1981 (Genesis 16-22); 1981-1988 (Genesis 23-29); 1988-1995 (Genesis 30-36); 1995-2002 (Genesis 37-43); 2002-2009 (Genesis 44-50). As Joseph came from prison to the throne in the book of Genesis, that was how Obasanjo emerged from prison to become President of Nigeria. As Genesis 50 ends with death and burial, that is how Nigeria’s 13th leader died in the 50th year of our nation.

Nigeria’s 50th year (October 2009 – October 2010) was the beginning of her journey into the second 49 years. She began the journey on October 1, 2009.

The Second 49 years of Nigeria (2009 – 2058) is like a Book of Exodus season. This means that the book of Exodus provides a pattern for the second 49 years of Nigeria. This explains the degree of oppression going on in the nation, the killings, and the awakened efforts of a section of Nigeria to dominate and suppress other Nigerians. It is like the awakening of Egypt to enslave and oppress Israelites. That also helps us to understand the revived agitations for freedom and self-determination. This is the season of “Let my people go!” in Nigeria. The second 49 years of Nigeria is the season to press for the total liberation of Nigeria from ‘Egyptian’ bondage and begin the formation of a new nation with an altar and tabernacle to Jehovah. The divine agenda is not to divide Nigeria but to liberate Nigeria from oppressors.

Using numeric patterns to decode seasons helps us to align our prayers to seasons. Zechariah 10:1 challenges us to ask the Lord for rain in the time of rain. Prayers should correspond to seasons. What the Lord revealed about Nigeria’s second 49 years is applicable to all nations. Many countries struggle and even fight civil wars in the second 49 years. The second 49 years of nations is a season when some are moved to oppress and enslave others; and a season when the enslaved or oppressed desperately seek freedom. Even at the individual-level, people in the second 49 years of life also battle life threatening health challenges.

Exodus 1:8-14 gives us the spiritual background to the pains of this season: “Now there arose a new king over Egypt, who did not know Joseph. [9] And he said to his people, “Look, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we; [10] come, let us deal shrewdly with them, lest they multiply, and it happen, in the event of war, that they also join our enemies and fight against us, and so go up out of the land.” [11] Therefore they set taskmasters over them to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh supply cities, Pithom and Raamses. [12] But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew. And they were in dread of the children of Israel. [13] So the Egyptians made the children of Israel serve with rigor. [14] And they made their lives bitter with hard bondage-in mortar, in brick, and in all manner of service in the field. All their service in which they made them serve was with rigor”.

6. THE 40 CHAPTERS OF EXODUS ARE LIKE CHAPTERS IN THE SECOND 49 YEARS OF NIGERIA

I asked the Lord to show me how He intended the 40-chapter Book of Exodus to guide someone or a nation through 49 years. I wanted to know where to find Nigeria’s present prophetic location in the Exodus-map. Since the book of Exodus is a pattern for the second 49 years, it is also possible to know where we are in the book and the path to where we are heading to. The Lord told me to divide the book of Exodus into seven sections. Each of the seven sections will represent a seven year season or a prophetic week. Since Exodus has 40 chapters, it leaves us with five chapters for each seven-year season and a remainder of five chapters. I didn’t know what to do with the remaining 5 chapters. I wanted to give it to the seventh and last season but the Lord guided me to give the remaining 5 chapters to the first five seasons as ‘seniors’. When I did, the result is a 6-6-6-6-6-5-5 distribution plan as follows: 2009-2016 (Exodus 1 – 6); 2016-2023) Exodus 7 – 12); 2023-2030 (Exodus 13 – 18); 2030-2037 (Exodus 19 – 24); 2037-2044 (Exodus 25 – 30); 2044-2051 (Exodus 31 – 35); 2051-2058 (Exodus 36 – 40)

GOD WANTS TO DO FOUR THINGS IN NIGERIA IN HER SECOND 49 YEARS

1. He wants to deliver Nigerians from oppression as He delivered Israel from bondage to Egypt and Pharaoh. He wants to drown the oppressor too.

2. He wants to separate Nigeria to Himself beginning with a move to restore morality, righteousness, and holiness in the church and nation.

3. He wants to crush resistant enemies (Amalekites) blocking the way of Nigeria’s journey to transformation.

4. He wants to make Nigeria His Tabernacle on earth. He wants to make Nigeria “the place to meet God”.

THE SEVEN PHASES IN NIGERIA’S ‘BOOK OF EXODUS’ JOURNEY

It is easy to fall into the temptation of thinking that everything God says He will do is going to happen the next day, week, or year. In Genesis 15, God told Abraham that his descendants would be oppressed by another nation for 400 years before they will begin to inherit the Promised land. Jesus spoke the parable of the talents to those who thought the kingdom of God would appear immediately. In Jeremiah 29, God spoke to Judah that the Babylonian captivity will last 70 years. God also gave Daniel a revelation of the 70 weeks of years needed to accomplish His purposes in the land. Understanding divine timing is very helpful as we wait on the Lord to fulfill His promises. As we pray for Nigeria, we need to learn from the parable of the virgins. We need to think long term and take enough oil with us.

The second book of the Bible indicates that the second 49 years of Nigeria consists of seven phases of experiences and also helps us to understand what God wants to do in and through Nigeria in this season. The seven phases are: Phase 1: Unveiling the Oppression Plan (2009-2016). Phase 2. Battles of Intervention and Deliverance (2016-2023). Phase 3. Survival Strategies In the Wilderness (2023-2030). Phase 4. Restoring Foundations of Morality and Integrity 2030-2037). Phase 5. Envisioning the House of God (2037-2044). Phase 6: Preparing for the House of God (2044-2051). Phase 7: Construction and Inauguration of the Tabernacle (2051-2058)

PHASE 1: UNVEILING THE OPPRESSION PLAN

The Pharaoh That Did Not Know Joseph Rose In Nigeria Between 2009 – 2016; And The Groaning Began

The eighth seven years of our independence (2009-2016) was the first seven years in our second 49 years. There was sudden shift towards insecurity in 2009. This seven-year season was an Exodus 1-6 season in Nigeria. That was when the Pharaoh who did not know Joseph manifested in Nigeria, especially, through the Boko Haram anti-Christian spirit. This season was marked by suicide bombing, raiding of military barracks and police stations, and abduction of students. That was also when the plan of redemption began. Agitations for Biafra State, agitation for Yoruba nation and other such demands are like the initial reactions of Moses to Egyptian bondage. Moses wanted to deliver Israel through physical confrontation. That was not God’s will or way. He found the task impossible and ran for his life. He was like many Nigerians today who have moved from “we can handle it” to “this is impossible; we can’t do anything to stop it”. Goodluck Jonathan and Muhammadu Buhari fought two fierce election-battles in this season (2011 and 2015). It’s all history now. 2009 – 2016 was the beginning of the war and conflict between ‘Israel’ and ‘Egypt’ in Nigeria.

2009 – 2016 was also a book of Ruth season in Nigeria. As the spirit of death attacked Naomi in the book of Ruth, that was how the spirit of death worked in Nigeria in this season. Miscalculations of the past worked out good in this season. This season saw three administrations: Yar’Adua – Jonathan administration; Jonathan – Sambo administration; and Buhari – Osinbajo administration. All three administrations have faces in the book of Ruth. Yar’Adua is like Elimelech and his sons that were stopped by death. Ruth and Naomi seemingly foreshadowed the Jonathan – Sambo administration. Survival was the big thing for Ruth and Naomi. So, also, for the Jonathan – Sambo administration – especially with rising of terrorist forces in the land. The Buhari – Osinbajo ticket is like re-enacting the Boaz – Ruth marriage. That is the foundation for the emergence of David in Nigeria. They made way for ‘David’ – the last word in the book of Ruth. However, it is important to note that Boaz and Ruth did not give birth to David directly. They first had Obed and then Obed had Jesse the father David. Today, we are seeing Obed and Jesse but do not know what to do with them because all we want to see is David. God is at work and we need to follow Him patiently. A rod will come out of Jesse. The David we are looking for is going to come from where we least expect. It’s not just about being a musical shepherd boy in the bush but also about being once a follower of King Saul. Yes, David was part of Saul’s government. The David Nigeria needs is not just a person but also a generation and a company. It is a David-type season.

THE CHURCH WITH THE FACE OF MOSES

Often, we are confused about what the church should do or how to respond in changing times. Understanding the time is the key to knowing what we ought to do (First Chronicles 12:32). In the season of our second 49 years, the church is a people at war; a people in conflict as Moses and Israel were in Egypt. Moses was a peace-maker, a physical fighter, a spiritual fighter, and a leader. In this season, the concerned church in Nigeria has and should have the face of Moses. There was first the angry and able-bodied Moses; and then the Spiritually Empowered Moses. This church is angry with, and resistant to, oppression. Some of this church are ready to engage the enemy physically. We must go beyond the Angry Moses to the Spiritually Empowered Moses who can discipline the Pharaoh and Egypt of Nigeria.

PHASE 2: INTERVENTION AND DELIVERANCE

2016 – 2023 Is A Season Of Plagues That Will End With The Passover

The 9th seven years (2016-2023) is Exodus 7-12 season where the God of Israel declared war against Pharaoh’s Egypt through the plagues. This is the Buhari season in Nigeria. The Egyptian Pharaoh was not moved by the suffering and pain in the land and didn’t give up until he drowned at the Red Sea. This season ended with the Passover. The plagues are on-going in Nigeria. Economic hardship, banditry, abductions, and killings, are parts of the season of plagues against Egypt. As with Pharaoh and Egyptians, our leaders are confused because things are getting out of hand. As Pharaoh did not want to give up, our leaders are doing their best to hang in there. From the pattern in the book of Exodus, the last plague and Passover, for Nigeria, will happen before the end of the 9th seven years.

ABDUCTION AND KILLING OF CHILDREN

When Pharaoh devised the plan of oppressing and suppressing Israel, it led to the killing and drowning of children born to Israelites. It was a plan to maim the future of Israel and perpetually keep her in bondage. I do not know how many children Pharaoh’s government killed but that evil plan missed Moses. The kingdom of darkness is targeting the future of Nigeria. That is the reason children are targets in this season. On the night of Passover, God paid Egypt back. He killed the firstborn of all Egypt – humans and animals. Egypt started the fight; God finished it.

THE KEY TO PASSOVER IN NIGERIA

The key to the Passover experience in Nigeria is returning to the family consciousness and strengthening our hold on our righteousness in Christ. The key is returning to brotherly or family love and releasing the power of the cross. The war in the Body of Christ must cease. We must cease from spying for the adversary and from betraying one another. It is our sin against one another that is empowering the adversary against us. The Passover was a statement to Israel that Pharaoh was not the problem of Israel. Rather, Israel was the problem of Israel. At Passover, God emphasized two things: the coming together of families and the blood of the Lamb. The Passover was beyond what Moses and Aaron alone could do. All the families of Israel in Egypt triggered the Passover without anyone going to talk to Pharaoh. The Lord is calling the Church in Nigeria back to the Cross and to One-Body consciousness.

We have done enough of just binding the devil and his demons. Nine terrible plagues Moses released on Egypt could not bend Pharaoh. Our warfare prayers against ‘Egypt’ and ‘Pharaoh’ is doing something but it hasn’t done, and cannot, do the work. The restoration of communal spirit and coming under the blood that washed and saved us is the last straw that will break the camel’s back. The repentance we need mostly is repentance from sin against one another. For Israel, it all started when Joseph’s brothers sold him into slavery in Genesis 37 and lied about what they did. Before they sold him, Judah confessed he was their flesh and their bone. You cannot sell a part of your body into slavery and not end up a slave. In Exodus 1, Egyptians confessed that Israelites were more in number and mightier (militarily) than Egyptians. They dealt wisely (craftily) with Israel through propaganda and indoctrination; and by turning Israelites against Israelites. They made Israelites taskmasters over Israelites. They paid Israelites to spy and kill Israelites. They made Israelites distrust Israelites and encouraged Israelites to fight one another. The last fight Moses discouraged in Exodus 2 was between two Israelites. It was by craftiness that the feeble minority ruled the mighty majority in Egypt. “Let us love one another”. We are all Israelites but from different tribes; and even within the tribes, there are different families.

The other thing that saved Israel in Egypt was the blood of the Lamb on the lintel and doorpost of their homes. They didn’t have sufficient righteousness to save themselves. God said. “When I see the blood, I will pass over you”. I am a champion of repentance and righteousness. However, we must realize that we can’t be righteous enough, on our own, to bring about the needed change in Nigeria. We cannot earn our deliverance from the oppressor. We must repent and confess our sins to God but we must be strong in the revelation of the Cross and of the blood of Jesus the Christ. God is not going to deliver Nigerians from the oppressor by their righteousness but by His mercy and power. That is why crying out to Him and following His immediate instructions is about all we can do at this time. The blood has been poured out; and that is our protection from the destruction coming at the close of our ninth seven years.

Remember that the Destroyer on the night of Passover was not the devil but God. He said, “When I see the blood, I will pass over you”. None of the plagues of Egypt came from the devil. All came from God. The enemies of God’s people are about to go down but God’s people must come under proper cover. We have been wearing garments of ‘filthy righteousness’ that cannot protect from judgment. We have been calling and crying out against the wicked as if we are perfect in ourselves. Our purity is in the Blood of Jesus. “Nothing but the blood of Jesus” can save us from our enemies at this time.

PREPARE FOR THE PASSOVER

God instructed Israel, through Moses, to prepare for the Passover. This involved borrowing all they could borrow from Egyptians, selecting the unblemished year-old lamb on the tenth day, killing it on the 14th day, smearing the doorposts and lintel of their houses with the blood of the lamb, remaining in their houses and eating in readiness to depart. They needed to act like people ready to leave Egypt. We need the same attitude. We need to start acting and talking like our captivity is over. Our adversaries need to start wondering what we are doing. They need to start asking why we are doing what we are doing. Egyptians may have asked: “Why are they borrowing things from us?” “Why are they painting their doorposts and lintel with a red stuff?” “Why is every family killing a lamb; what are they celebrating?” We need a change of attitude as part of the preparation for Passover. Without faith, it is impossible to please God.

Moses had to educate Israelites concerning the Passover. Reenacting the Passover is our deliverance from oppression – just as it worked for Israel in Egypt. We do not need literal lambs for this coming ‘Passover’ experience. Jesus is our Passover Lamb and He had died for us. All we need do, now, is to stand strong in the finished work so that the midnight destruction will pass over us and hit our oppressors. The Lord is calling awakened believers in Nigeria to prepare for the Passover. If the Lord is telling us to prepare for Passover, He is indirectly saying that a wave of destruction is on the way. This is not fairy tale. The enemies are preparing to do their best and worst but the opposite will occur. The Lord wants to show ‘Pharaoh’ and the ‘Egyptians’ that He is the Lord. God is at war with ‘Egypt’ in Nigeria. It is a battle of Spirit against spirit. If we do not prepare for the Passover, we may not be spared. Passover is the turning-point for Nigeria and Nigerians. May the Lord grant it.

The Book of FIRST SAMUEL Pattern

The 9th seven years is also a book of First Samuel season. I covered this season in detail in my book, From Hannah to David. The 9th book of the Bible is about four principal characters: Eli and Samuel; Saul and David. It is about spiritual and political transitions in Israel. The seven-year season 2016 – 2023 is the season of Buhari administration in Nigeria. The Buhari administration has had three faces since emergence. Between May 2015 and September 2016, the administration had the face of Boaz, the redeemer. From the beginning of the 9th seven years, the administration had the face of Eli, the absent and indifferent leader. Later the administration developed the face of Saul. The 9th book of the Bible holds the pattern for each year of this seven-year season as follows:

2016-2017 (First Samuel 1-5);

2017-2018 (First Samuel (6-10);

2018-2019 (First Samuel 11-15);

2019-2020 (First Samuel 16-19);

2020-2021 (First Samuel 20-23);

2021-2022 (First Samuel 24-27); This is the season of hunting for David’s life. It is a season of great trial for David. The Lord will protect and preserve His anointed. Seeds of progress must walk circumspectly in this season.

2022-2023 is the last year in this season and expresses First Samuel 28-31. In the Exodus 7-12 pattern, this season ends with the Passover. In the 9th book of the Bible pattern, this season ends with the fall of Saul.

In this 9th season, God will reveal Himself as ‘the Lord of hosts’ in Nigeria. If you read Judges 9, the 9th book of the Bible (First Samuel) and it’s ninth chapter, the 9th chapters of Second Kings, Esther and Acts, you will discover that ninth seasons do not end the way men think it will or should. As we pray for Nigeria, we should expect a surprise to close the 9th seven years of Nigeria.

Was Israel released peacefully from Egypt? Did Saul hand over peacefully to David? As we come to the close of this season, blind Nigeria will be healed of blindness, the murderer of the innocent Nigerian will pay the ultimate price, the old guard will be set aside and Nigeria will move on.

PHASE 3: SURVIVING THE RED SEA AND THE WILDERNESS

2023 -2030 Is For Beginning The Journey To The New Nigeria, Crossing The Red Sea, And Moving Into The Necessary Wilderness And Training Ground For Canaan.

The 10th seven years (October 1, 2023 – September 30, 2030) is Exodus 13-18 season. This season is from the 64th to the 70th year of Nigeria That is the season to begin the journey to the Promised Land, cross the Red Sea travel through the wilderness with its challenges, fight with Amalek (nearby enemies of progress in Nigeria). This will be the season to restructure Nigeria towards decentralization and devolution of powers. In this season, Nigeria will be under the government of her 16th or 17th National Leader who is a type of Moses in the second book of the Bible, a type of David in the 10th book of the Bible, a type of Nehemiah in the 16th book of the Bible, and a type of Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States. The Lord himself will preserve this leader.

Nigerian believers need to be acquainted with Exodus 13-18 to help our understanding of the Exodus pattern for this season. Exodus 13 represents the end of oppression and the beginning of separation for the journey to the Nigeria of Prophecy. Exodus 14 is the crossing of the Red Sea. The oppressor will seek to reverse the irreversible. The oppressor will not want to accept defeat. There will be efforts to return Nigeria to what used to be. Pharaoh and his army will resist the irreversible change but they will drown at Nigeria’s political Red Sea. Watch out! Exodus 15-17 is about Israel’s initial wilderness experiences . Manna and Quail and water from the Rock (and even sweetening bitter water) is Jehovah’s economic intervention for the journey to New Nigeria. This season will be marked by economic hardship and ‘miracles’. Many Nigeria’s will be so discouraged at this point of the journey to New Nigeria. There will be war with Amalekites but these Amalekites of Nigeria, who attack Nigeria from the rear, will be defeated and will never be well with them again. Exodus 18 is where Moses received leadership advice from his father in-law, Jethro. Exodus 18 represents decentralization and sharing of power between the federal government, state governments, and local governments. The Moses of Exodus 18 represents the Federal Government of Nigeria. The leaders of 100s and 50s are state and local governments. The Federal Government seems to be controlling too much; and unnecessarily so; and wearing herself and Nigerians out.

2023 – 2030 IS ALSO A BOOK OF SECOND SAMUEL SEASON IN NIGERIA.

Second Samuel is the 10th book of the Bible and is also pattern for the tenth seven years of Nigeria. The book opened with the death of Saul and his three sons and the consequent fall of the house of Saul. As Exodus 13-18 marked a New beginning for liberated Israelites, the tenth book marked another new beginning for Israel with the road cleared for David (the man after God’s heart) to ascend the throne. Before all Israel anointed David, there was war between Saul’s men and David’s men. Ishbosheth was made king in place of his father, Saul. After Saul, Ishbosheth will rule Israel before David will ascend the throne. Ishbosheth means ‘Man of shame’ or ‘husband of shame’.The other name of Ishbosheth is Eshbaal and it means ‘Baal exists’ or ‘fire of Baal’. Before David will ascend the throne in Nigeria, Ishbosheth will rule. The Lord save us from bloody conflicts in this season.

Each year of the 10th seven years of Nigeria has a pattern in the tenth book of the Bible. We can tell where we are in the book each year by dividing the book into seven years as follows:

2023-2024 (Exodus 13-14; 2 Samuel 1-4);

2024-2025 (Exodus 15; 2 Samuel 5-8);

2025-2026 (Exodus 16; 2 Samuel 9-12);

2026-2027 (Exodus 16; 2 Samuel 13-15);

2027-2028 (Exodus 17; 2 Samuel 16-18);

2028-2029 (Exodus 18; 2 Samuel 19-21);

2029-2030 (Exodus 18; 2 Samuel 22-24).

PHASE 4: RESTORING THE FOUNDATIONS OF MORALITY AND INTEGRITY

2030 – 2037 Is For Camping At Sinai For An Encounter With The God Of Our Salvation And For The Birthing Of A New Covenanted Nation

The 11th seven years (October 2030 – October 2037) is Exodus is 19-24 season. This is the Bridge-season in our second 49 years. Nigeria will be at Sinai in this season to meet with God for covenant and new foundation. This is the beginning of major constitution-change in Nigeria. This is the beginning of the unfolding of a new Nigeria under God – the God that delivered Nigeria from ‘Egyptian bondage’. This is also a book of First Kings season in Nigeria. The book of second kings will give the pattern for each year of the 11th seven years. At Sinai, Israel covenanted to obey God. In the 11th book of the Bible, the kings of Israel broke God’s covenant and made Israel to sin against God. We must guard against moral relapse and decay in this season. The Lord will smile on Nigeria with Economic abundance in this season. Nigeria will also become a positive influence in the nations. People will be coming to Nigeria to hear and learn the wisdom of God – as with the nation’s and Israel in the days of Solomon. In this season there will be a divine awakening around fulfilling our God-assigned purpose among the nations of the earth. This is a season of Mount Sinai revival in Nigeria. It is the season for the revival of morality in Nigeria. It is a book first Kings season in terms of economic well-being and identity recovery. In this season, we shall see the fulfillment of the scripture “Righteousness exalts a nation”. Each year of the 11th seven years of Nigeria has a pattern in the 11th book of the Bible. We can tell where we are in the book each year by dividing the book into seven years as follows: 2030-2031 (1 Kings 1-4); 2031-2032 (1 Kings 5-7); 2032-2033 (1 Kings 8-10); 2033-2034 (1 Kings 11-13); 2034-2035 (1 Kings 14-16); 2035-2036 (1 Kings 17-19); 2036-2037 (1 Kings 20-22).

PHASE 5: ENVISIONING THE HOUSE OF GOD IN NIGERIA

2037-2044 Is A Season Of Receiving The Blueprint For The Tabernacle Of God In Nigeria

The 12th seven years (October 2037 – October 2044) is Exodus 25-30 season. This is where God began to talk to Moses about the Tabernacle. God wants a home in Nigeria in this season. This is the beginning of a 21-year season of work in the Church for the manifestion of God’s presence in and through the Church in Nigeria. This is the beginning of the New Testament side of our Second 49 years. Prophetic ministries are going to rise in this season to give the church a push to move from the revival of morality to an awakening towards manifestations of the active divine presence in Nigeria. They will be preaching and casting the vision for a new spiritual season in Nigeria. This is a season of preparation to raise human tabernacles and carriers of God in and from Nigeria. It was around this season in the second 49 years of the United States that the third great awakening broke out. It was interrupted by the Civil War but continued after the war. Dwight L. Moody began to shine in this season in the United States. This is also a Second Kings season in Nigeria. In the 12th book of the Bible, Elisha was a mobile Tabernacle of God. He wasn’t working in the temple but in the homes and streets of Israelites. In this season, many believers in Nigeria will become true tabernacles of God. You meet them and you meet God. Each year of the 12th seven years of Nigeria has a pattern in the 12th book of the Bible. We can tell where we are in the book each year by dividing the book into seven years follows: 2037-2038 (2 Kings 1-4); 2038-2039 (2 Kings 5-8); 2039-2040 (2 Kings 9-12); 2040-2041 (2 Kings 13-16); 2041-2042 (2 Kings 11-19); 2042-2043 (2 Kings 20-22); 2043-2044 (2 Kings 23-25).

PHASE 6: PREPARING MEN FOR THE BUILDING OF THE HOUSE OF GOD IN NIGERIA

2044 – 2051 Is A Season Of Calling And Separating And Commissioning People For The Work Of The Tabernacle Of God In Nigeria

The 13th seven years (October 2044 – October 2051) is Exodus 31-35 season. It is a season to continue the 21-year preparation for the tabernacle of God in Nigeria. God appointed Bezalel and his team for the work of the tabernacle in Exodus 31. They are like apostolic ministries that will be rising in the nation about this time. Aaron made the golden calf in Exodus 32. God separated the Levites here. God tells Israel to move from Sinai in Exodus 33. Moses rewrites the law in new tablets of stone in Exodus 34. In Exodus 35, God gives further guidelines about the tabernacle. The 13th prophetic week of Nigeria is a season of separation and consecration. Bezalel and his team were separated here for the work of the tabernacle. The Levites separated themselves to God when Moses asked, “Who is on the LORD’s side?”. This is a season of divine commissioning for Nigeria to go to the nations, again, for God. This is also a Book of First Chronicles season in Nigeria. In the book of First Chronicles, David was God’s separated man. The Lord will be anointing and separating Nigeria for a global assignment in her 13th seven years.

Each year of the 13th seven years of Nigeria has a pattern in the 13th book of the Bible. We can tell where we are in the book each year by dividing the book into seven years as follows:

2044-2045 (1 Chronicles 1-5);

2045-2046 (1 Chronicles 6+9);

2046-2047 (1 Chronicles 10-13);

2047-2048 (1 Chronicles 14-17); 2

048-2049 (1 Chronicles 18-21);

2049-2050 (1 Chronicles 22-25);

2050-2051 (1 Chronicles 26-29)

PHASE 7: CONSTRUCTION AND INAUGURATION OF THE HOUSE OF GOD IN NIGERIA

2051 – 2058 Is For The Manifestation Of The Tabernacle Of God In Nigeria

The 14th seven years (2051-2058) is Exodus 36-40 season. This is where the tabernacle was made, completed ,and dedicated. In the construction of the tabernaccle, the articles and parts of the sanctuary, and the priestly garments, Moses followed divine specifications strictly. He did everything as God commanded. When the tabernacle was dedicated, the glory of God filled the tabernacle. This is the season of the making of the House of God in Nigeria. A time of ‘making’ is also a time of suffering and pain. The fourteenth prophetic week is a season of fearful things but divine intervention is guaranteed. In John 14:1 Jesus said, “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.” This is the season when Nigeria will begin to fulfill God’s desire for the 21st century as revealed in Revelation 21. Revelation 21:3-4 says, “And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. [4] And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” This 14th season is also a Book of Second Chronicles season in Nigeria. The book of Second Chronicles began with the building of the temple, records the destruction of the temple, and the proclamation to rebuild the temple. God will not be homeless visitor in Nigeria in our 14th seven years.

Each year of the 14th seven years of Nigeria has a pattern in the 14th book of the Bible. We can tell where we are in the book each year by dividing the book into seven years as follows:

2051-2052 (2 Chronicles 1-6);

2052-2053 (2 Chronicles 7-11);

2053-2054 (2 Chronicles 12-16);

2054-2055 (2 Chronicles 17-21);

2055-2056 (2 Chronicles 22-26);

2056-2057 (2 Chronicles 27-31);

2057-2058 (2 Chronicles 32-36)

The journey of Nigeria’s second 49 years is a journey FROM GROANING TO GLORY. This journey should not end in tears but in joyful celebration. God has His plan for Nigeria. He wants us to triumph over corruption, wickedness, and unrighteousness in Nigeria. His grace is also available. Our part is to align with God. Let us follow His plan. Let us make corrections where we need to. What God told Moses is what He is telling the Church in Nigeria:

Exodus 25:9: “According to all that I show you, that is, the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furnishings, just so you shall make it”.

Exodus 25:40:And see to it that you make them according to the pattern which was shown you on the mountain”.

Exodus 26:30:And you shall raise up the tabernacle according to its pattern which you were shown on the mountain”.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO AT THIS TIME?

1. We need to think holistically, progressively, and procedurally. We need to keep before us the big picture of what God wants to do in Nigeria and, at the same time, go one step at a time. We need to know where we are going but we also need to know where we are each time and what we ought to do at each point. The immediate concern for most Nigerians, I believe, is to be delivered from the adversary. We cannot start the journey to Canaan until we are out of Egypt. For some, this means to break up Nigeria NOW. For others, it means to strategize and work hard to turn the table and tide with electoral votes in 2023. For others, intense and focused prayer is the answer. What should we do?

2. We should continue to pray and even intensify prayers. We need to pray earnestly to be delivered from ‘Pharaoh and Egyptians’ who want to say in power and keep others in perpetual bondage. We must pray like people in danger – as Israel did in Egypt and as Esther and Mordecai did in Persia. As we pray, we must listen to receive instructions concerning any steps we need to take. God guided Moses to release plagues against Egypt to compel Pharaoh to release Israel. We need to be guided to release unbearable spiritual force against the adversary. The oppression of Nigerians will not end except by a mighty hand. We need a re-enact of Passover in Nigeria. There is a clash of kingdoms in Nigeria. Religious kingdoms are only subdued through show of superior power (Daniel 3; 6).

3. We need to streamline voices and instructions. There are many voices speaking and giving instructions and direction to the Church in Nigeria. This can be very confusing. Moses was the channel of divine instruction to Israel in Egypt. We do not have a Moses to tell us what God wants us to do at this time. The Lord is speaking to many people but we need wisdom and humility to distill the various instructions to one clear instruction. The pride of each person or group seeking to be the lone voice is dividing us and weakening us before our enemies.

4. Pray for patience and perseverance as we journey to New Nigeria. There are difficult and trying times ahead as we transition to a New Nigeria. After leaving Egypt, God led Israel through the wilderness. Our economy is not going to change in a twinkling of an eye. As God delivers us from our oppressors, we shall go through a necessary process of recovery. There is no day-dreaming about this.

5. Pray for a revival of righteousness and morality in Nigeria. God may deliver us from the Egyptians by His mercy and mighty hand but He will not take us to the New Nigeria unless and until we covenant to put away unrighteousness from our lives and land. A holy God cannot partner with unrighteous people for long. Our government will make and enforce laws against wickedness and evil in all spheres of society. The church must disciple believers in holiness and godliness.

6. Pray for a revival of the Presence and Power of God in the land. This ought to be a consequence of the revival of righteousness. God’s presence and power will be manifest where His person and pleasure is honored.

7. Pray that God will prepare, anoint, and raise vessels of revival in Nigeria. God has hidden vessels and voices reserved for His revival projects in Nigeria. God raised Bezaleel and his company for the construction of the Tabernacle to house the presence of the Holy God. We need the emergence of vessels that understand how to walk with the Holy God and how to house His presence.

8. Pray for the children and youth of Nigeria and also intentionally mobilize them to understand, embrace, and pursue the divine agenda for Nigeria. We need the younger generation to be active in the relay and be ready to take the baton at the right time and in the right way.

9. Ask the Lord to show you the part you should play and the price you must pay for the journey to the Nigeria of Prophecy.

God bless Nigeria and all good Nigerians!

Day 234: The Mystery of August 22

0

Welcome to the 234th day! Day 234 is the third day of the 34th week; the third day of the sixth week in the fifth 49 days; the 38th day in the fifth 49 days.  This means that God’s program for the fifth Day 234 is a third season day. As a third season day, it is a final-battle day. It is August 22 in a Clear Year and August 21 in a Leap Year.

The Bible patterns for understanding Day 234 are

The third day of creation narrative.

The 38th book and chapters of the Bible

The third ten books of the Bible

Day 234 is a third day of creation day in the 34th week. At creation, the third day was God’s final battle against the waters. The battle against the waters began on the second day but was completed on the third day; when the waters were contained; and dry ground appeared and brought forth vegetation. Day 234 is a day of overthrow and of deliverance.  It is the day of dry ground. It is a game-changing day.

Day 234 is a Book of Zechariah day in the fifth 49 days of the year. Zechariah is the 38th book of the Bible and is applicable to day 38 in the fifth 49 days. The 38th book is about the restoration of Judah and the punishment of her enemies. This is a day of overthrow and establishment.

Day 234 is a 38th chapters of the Bible day in the fifth 49 days of the year. Genesis 38 focuses on the family of Judah. Judah had three sons. His first died for wickedness and his wife was given to the second who also died for refusing to raise children for his late brother. Judah refused to give Tamar to the third son, Sheila. The woman eventually found a way to get impregnated by her father in law. That was how God preserved the line through which David and the Messiah came. God makes way for the hindered in the 38th season.

In Exodus 38, Bezalel made the altar of burnt offering, the bronze laver, and other materials for the tabernacle. There is no tabernacle without the altar of burnt offering and the laver.

In Job 38, God took over from men and  began to speak to Job. His three friends had spoken, Elihu had spoken (32-37); and now, it was God’s turn to speak. He asked Job 38 questions in this 38th chapter.

Psalm 38 is a desperate cry to the Lord for help. Psalm 38:22 says,

“Make haste to help me, O Lord, my salvation!”

In Isaiah 38, Hezekiah is delivered from death and had his life extended.

In Jeremiah 38, the prophet is cast into a dungeon, for prophesying against Jerusalem. Ebed-melech helped to get Jeremiah out of the dungeon.

Ezekiel 38 is about judgment against Gog for attacking Israel.

This is a day of lifting the head of the downtrodden above waters. It is a day of manifesting the hidden and obscure. It is a day of terrorizing terrorists out of the way – a day of deliverance from death and killers.

Day 234 is Ecclesiastes – Amos Day in the 33rd week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The third day of the week is the third day in the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the third 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the third 10 books of the Bible, God sent His prophets to speak to the people. They confronted the people, warned them against judgment, comforted the faithful, and brought judgment on the arrogant. The third day is for the overthrow of the rebellious and establishment of the humble and just. How you fare in this season depends on your attitude and response to the word of God. This is a day of prophetic confrontation and judgment.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. This is a day of manifestation. Do not be afraid to take a stand for the Lord. It is a season to come out of hiding and obscurity. It is a day to overthrow oppression and the oppressor. It is a day to establish the humble. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, be ready to hear His voice and respond by faith. Expect breakthrough. Be willing to sacrifice. Walk by faith! This is a day of breakthrough and pushing through barriers in the 34th week. This is a day of unveiling. It is a day of answers to prayers. Today, pray for the overthrow of dysfunctional systems in the nations and in the church. Pray that God will make a way for the manifestation of hidden platforms and producers. Pray also that the forgotten functional people and things be remembered, recognized, and restored. Today, remember that when God delivers and manifests, it is for service and production. Do not consume His mercy on your lust. On this third day of the 34th week of vengeance and mercy, the oppressor will go down and the humble shall be delivered. Happy 234th day!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You came into this world on this day for a reason. You were born on this day because of problems that are associated with this day. You were born to fight for life and to war against death. Death terrorizes people in the 38th season. So, Heaven sent you on this day with a mandate to deliver those threatened by death. You are like Ebedmelech the Ethiopian who delivered Jeremiah from dying in the dungeon. His story is recorded in Jeremiah 38. You were born to save lives. How you do it depends on the passion, potential and preparation you have. God is the Giver and Sustainer of life. He is Life Himself. In order to fulfill the purpose of your existence, you must be in spiritual partnership with Life. Do not partner with the spirit of death. You were not born to be an agent of death but to be a channel of life. Do not join hands with those who terminate the lives of innocent people. Do not be terrified by the threats of death against your life. Give up any habit that is a threat to your own life. You cannot be romancing death if you want to save others from death. The eternal calling on your life is to fight the enemies of life and rescue those threatened by death. You will live to fulfill your purpose. Today, give thanks to the Creator for preserving your life and for the unique calling upon your life. Dedicate or rededicate your life to your purpose. Happy birthday!

Day 233: The Mystery of August 21

0

Welcome to the 233rd day of the day! Day 233 is the second day of the 34th week; the second day of the sixth week in the fifth 49 days; the 37th day in the fifth 49 days. Day 233 is a second-season day. The second day is for receiving help against obstacles and barriers. It is August 21 in a Clear Year and August 20 in a Leap Year.

The Bible patterns for understanding the Day 233 are

The second day of creation narrative

The 37th book of the Bible.

The 37th chapters of the Bible

The second 10 books of the Bible

Day 233 is a second day of creation day in the 34th week. On the second day of creation, God made the firmament to break the monotony of the oppressive waters.

On this day, God will make a way where they say there is no way. The second book and chapters of the Bible are also applicable to this day.

Day 233 is a book of Haggai day in the fifth 49 days of the year. The book of Haggai is the 37th book of the Bible and is applicable to the 37th day in the fifth 49 days. In the book of Haggai, God made way, by His word through His prophet, for the temple-work to continue – after it was stopped forcibly. This book is also about the temple because that is where men meet the One Who makes a way where there is none.

Day 233 is a 37th Chapters of the Bible Season. The 37th chapters of the Bible are also applicable to this 37th day in the fifth 7 weeks of the year. In Genesis 37, Joseph’s story began – his coat of many colors, his dreams, escape from death and sale to slavery. The Lord delivered him from death at the hands of his heartless brothers. In Exodus 37, Bezalel made the Ark of the testimony, the table of the shewbread, the gold lamp-stand, the altar of incense, the anointing oil and the incense. These are principal in offering prayers and sacrifices to the Lord for intervention. Job 37 is Elihu’s speech about the awesome majesty and wondrous works of God on earth. The 37th season is for battling monopolies and receiving help against barriers and obstacles. Psalm 37: 35-40 says, “I have seen the wicked in great power, And spreading himself like a native green tree. [36] Yet he passed away, and behold, he was no more; Indeed I sought him, but he could not be found. [37] Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright; For the future of that man is peace. [38] But the transgressors shall be destroyed together; The future of the wicked shall be cut off. [39] But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD; He is their strength in the time of trouble. [40] And the LORD shall help them and deliver them; He shall deliver them from the wicked, And save them, Because they trust in Him”. In Isaiah 37, Sennacherib threatened Judah and Hezekiah. He prayed to God and the prophet assured Hezekiah that the plans of the king of Assyria against Judah would not prosper. In Jeremiah 37, Zedekiah became king, paid no heed to Jeremiah; and the prophet is persecuted for the word of the Lord. He told the king that Judah cannot get any lasting help from Egypt against the Chaldeans. He was put in prison but released him and later put him in the court of the prison where they provided him bread daily. In Ezekiel 37, in the vision of the prophet, dry bones in the valley were raised and became a mighty army by the word of the Lord. This is a day of the miraculous intervention of God.

Day 233 is First Kings – Proverbs Day in the 34th week. The second day of the week is the second day in the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the second 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the second 10 books of the Bible, God wanted the kings of Israel to trust Him and lead the nation in the same direction. Beginning with Solomon, the kings of Israel began to patronize Idols. Idol worship became official in the northern kingdom following the split. Judah followed. Prophets rose in this season to call the nation back to God. Eventually, the two kingdoms went into captivity – the north fell to Assyria; and the south to the Babylonians. The Jews did return from captivity after 70 years. The last two books in this section of the Bible (Psalms and Proverbs) show that loss of faith in God is prelude to the loss of all things in the second season; but faith in God is the secret of power and strength. The faithful will triumph in the second season no matter what happens.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, declare that your faith will not fail; and that the faithful will triumph. Decree the downfall of those who disregard God and trust in themselves or idols, Today, prophesy and overthrow evil controlling powers by the word of the Lord. Mercy makes a way where there is no way. Today is a day of divine intervention and mercy. Today, release the word of the Lord against oppressive mountains in your life and in your world. Raise a cry to God against the proud and wicked in the land. Today, trust God to make a way where there is no way. Proclaim His word, Pray to Him. Praise Him.!Happy Day 233!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born in this for a reason. You were born to be part of the solution to problems that come in this season. You were born to be a savior, deliver, helper and way-maker. Circumstances may pressure you to become part of, or add to, the problems associated with this season. Refuse it. If you become a way-blocker to good people or a way-maker to the wicked, you will be violating your ordination and attracting negative consequences to your life. You were made to help the helpless and fight for the oppressed. To be able to stand fully in your ordination, you must be in partnership with The Way Maker of the Universe. That way, you become a channel of the Help that flows from Him. He is the Helper and you are meant to be His channel. You are a channel for answers to prayers. Be sensitive to the needs of people around you – not just your own needs or desires. Do not live a self-centered life. Today, give thanks to the Creator for your life and for preserving you. Come into alignment with His purpose for your existence. Seek how you can make a positive difference in the life of someone or in your world. Happy birthday!

Day 232: The Mystery of August 20

0

Welcome to the 232nd day of the year! Day 232 is the first day of the 34th week, the first day of the sixth week in the fifth 49 days; and the 36th day in the fifth 49 days. It is August 20 in a clear year and August 19 in a leap year. The basic Bible patterns for understanding Day 232 are

The first day of creation narrative.

The first section of chapter of the 34th book of the Bible.

The 36th book of the Bible.

Day 232 is a first day of creation day. God created light on the first day of creation. He fought and overthrew darkness on that day. The Lord is the first and the the first is the Lord’s. The first day of a week of vengeance and recompense should be a day of seeking, and coming into, alignment with God. Rebellion against God reaches peak-point in the sixth season; and makes the season a time of divine reactions and judgment. Day 232 is a day of war against darkness – its kingdom, agents and works.

Day 232 is a Nahum 1:2 day. The first section of the 34th book of the Bible is applicable to the first day of the 34th week. Nahum 1:2 reveals that Day 232 is a day of divine jealousy. God does not want want you to shift your attention from Him. He does not want you to give attention to any other voice. Nahum 1:2 says, “God is jealous, and the LORD avenges; The LORD avenges and is furious. The LORD will take vengeance on His adversaries, And He reserves wrath for His enemies”.  It was divine jealousy that made Him react against humanity in the days of Noah and in Sodom and Gomorrah.

Day 232 is a 36th chapters of the Bible day. Genesis 36 is given to the house of Esau (Edom) and their chiefs (Dukes) and Seir. Edom and Mount Seir became enemies of the Israel and represent rebellion against God. In Exodus 36, Bezalel and the other artisans begin work on the tabernacle. The people gave more than enough for the work of the tabernacle. The house of God is priority in the 36th season. Numbers 36 is about the marriage of the five daughters of Zelophehad to father’s brothers; and the permanence of inheritance in Israel.  This chapter is also about inheritance not changing hands from tribe to tribe. God overrules in the first season. Second Chronicles 36 is about the captivity and restoration of Judah. God’s word rules in the 36th season. In Job 36, Elihu speaks on God’s behalf proclaiming His goodness, justice, and majesty. Psalm 36 is an oracle concerning the transgression of the wicked; and about the goodness and mercy of God. In Isaiah 36, Sennacherib comes against Judah and Hezekiah to harass God’s people. Wickedness rises in the sixth season and must be subdued. In Jeremiah 36, the prophet’s scroll is read in the temple and is destroyed by the king Jehoiakim. Jeremiah curses the king childlessness and severe judgment; and rewrites the scroll. Men may rise up against the word of the Lord in the first season but the counsel of God will stand. In Ezekiel 36, God speaks passionate blessings to Israel against the hurts she had suffered from the nations.

Day 232 is a book of Zephaniah day. The 36th book of the Bible is Zephaniah; and it is applicable to the 36th day in the fifth 49 days of the year. The 36th book of the Bible is about the day of the Lord’s indignation. The 36th season is a season of divine reactions against the rebellious; and a season of blessings and favor for the humble.

Day 232 is a Genesis – Second Samuel day in the 34th week. The first day of the week is the beginning of the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the first 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the first 10 books of the Bible, God revealed Himself as Creator and Caretaker. He chose those who aligned with His purpose for blessings; and reserved judgment for those who disregard Him. The first 10 books began with the creation and fall of the man in the image and likeness of God; and ended with the emergence of the man after God’s heart sitting on the throne of God’s choice nation. David was absolutely loyal to God. He gave himself for whatever God wanted. This is a day of aligning with God and becoming a man (woman) after His heart.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the collapse and end of expressions and manifestations of darkness in your  life and world. Decree that expressions of light will triumph in this first day of the 34th week. Today, make a quality decision to receive the word of the Lord and act on it without fear or doubts. Make a quality decision to walk in unconditional love. This is a day of sacrificial (tough) love. Today, take time to hear from God. Do not act without His direction. Follow what He says or shows. Although the 36th season is a time of pressures, your loyalty to God and people must shine forth. Today, seek the Lord against disasters in the week. Call upon Him for mercy. Happy 232nd Day!

Day 231: The Mystery of August 19

0

Welcome to the 231st day of the year! Day 231 is the seventh day of the 33rd week; the seventh day of the fifth week in the fifth 49 days; the 35th day in the fifth 49 days. It is August 19 in a clear year and August 18 in a leap year. The basic Bible patterns for understanding Day 231 are

The seventh day of creation narrative.

The seventh chapter of the 33rd book of the Bible

The 35th book of the Bible.

Day 231 is a seventh day of creation day. It is a seventh season day. What is the mystery of a seventh season? God ended his work and rested on the seventh day. God blessed the seventh day and made it holy. The seventh day is a day of freedom from struggles, toil, distress, and disease. It is a season dedicated to the pursuit of God’s pleasure. It is a blessed season. Day 231 is a blessed day of release from toil and labor. God saves and destroys in seventh season. The seventh book and chapters of the Bible bear witness to this. In every season God reacts against things and people that are out of alignment with His purpose and plan for that season.

Day 231 is a Micah-chapter-seven day. The seventh chapter of the 33rd book of the Bible is applicable to the seventh day of the 33rd week of the year. The seventh chapter of Micah is about God and His judgments. This chapter shows four things to God’s people be preoccupied with on Day 231. They are judgment, faith, hope, and grace.

JUDGMENT: Micah 7:1-4 says, “Woe is me! For I am like those who gather summer fruits, Like those who glean vintage grapes; There is no cluster to eat Of the first-ripe fruit which my soul desires. The faithful man has perished from the earth, And there is no one upright among men. They all lie in wait for blood; Every man hunts his brother with a net. That they may successfully do evil with both hands- The prince asks for gifts, The judge seeks a bribe, And the great man utters his evil desire; So they scheme together. The best of them is like a brier; The most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge; The day of your watchman and your punishment comes; Now shall be their perplexity”.

FAITH: Micah 7:5-7 says, “Do not trust in a friend; Do not put your confidence in a companion; Guard the doors of your mouth From her who lies in your bosom. For son dishonors father, Daughter rises against her mother, Daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; A man’s enemies are the men of his own household. Therefore I will look to the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me”.

HOPE: Micah 7:8-17 says, “Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; When I fall, I will arise; When I sit in darkness, The LORD will be a light to me. [9] I will bear the indignation of the LORD, Because I have sinned against Him, Until He pleads my case And executes justice for me. He will bring me forth to the light; I will see His righteousness. [10] Then she who is my enemy will see, And shame will cover her who said to me, “Where is the LORD your God?” My eyes will see her; Now she will be trampled down Like mud in the streets. [11] In the day when your walls are to be built, In that day the decree shall go far and wide. [12] In that day they shall come to you From Assyria and the fortified cities, From the fortress to the River, From sea to sea, And mountain to mountain. [13] Yet the land shall be desolate Because of those who dwell in it, And for the fruit of their deeds. [14] Shepherd Your people with Your staff, The flock of Your heritage, Who dwell solitarily in a woodland, In the midst of Carmel; Let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, As in days of old. [15] “As in the days when you came out of the land of Egypt, I will show them wonders.” [16] The nations shall see and be ashamed of all their might; They shall put their hand over their mouth; Their ears shall be deaf. [17] They shall lick the dust like a serpent; They shall crawl from their holes like snakes of the earth. They shall be afraid of the LORD our God, And shall fear because of You”.

GRACE: Micah 7:18-20 says, “Who is a God like You, Pardoning iniquity And passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy. [19] He will again have compassion on us, And will subdue our iniquities. You will cast all our sins Into the depths of the sea. [20] You will give truth to Jacob And mercy to Abraham, Which You have sworn to our fathers From days of old”.

Day 231 is a 35th season day. It is the 35th day in the fifth 49 days of the year. To understand the mystery of the seventh day of the fifth week in the fifth 49 days, we must seek understanding of the mystery of the 35th season from the 35th book and chapters of the Bible.

Habakkuk is the 35th book of the Bible. In the 35th book of the.Bible, the prophet cried to God against violence and injustice. God told him He would use another nation to judge His people. The prophet protested that God wanted to use a wicked nation to judge His people; but God told him that the nation, too, would be judged.

In Genesis 35, God commanded to return to Bethel and dwell there. That move required a clean up from idolatry in his house. He had a fresh encounter with God in this passage (9-15). The 35th is a time to return to roots and foundation. Genesis 35 was also a season of pain and tears in the life of Jacob. Deborah (Rebekah’s nurse) died here. Rachel also died here after giving birth to Benjamin – the twelfth son of Jacob. Isaac, his father, also died here; at the age of 180. The other painful thing here is that Reuben had sex with his father’s concubine, Bilhah (Rachael’s maidservant – the mother of Dan and Naphtali). This would cost him his birthright. Reuben ruined his destiny here. Errors of the 35th season are costly.  The 35th season is an endpoint. Even Jacob’s story ended here. He was no longer active after this 35th chapter of Genesis. The 35th season is a no-longer-season. Exodus 35 is about laws concerning the Sabbath and about free-will offerings for the work of the tabernacle. Moses introduced Bezalel to the people. Exodus 35 is about the Lord’s day and the Lord’s House. The 35th season is the Lord’s season. It is a seventh season. Numbers 35 is about the land of the Levites, the Cities of Refuge, and laws relating to Murder and bloodshed. Day 231 is not a day to shed blood but a day to save lives. In the 35th chapter of Second Chronicles, Josiah and all Judah returned to the Lord and observed a ground-shaking Passover; such as had never happened since the days of Samuel. After this great revival, Josiah heedlessly entered into war with the King of Egypt and died in battle. He went to intervene in a battle that was not his own. He was warned against it but he did not listen. He died an unnecessary death. Errors of the 35th season are costly. Job 35 reveals that the 35th season is a time to return to God or to look to Him. Job 35:9-11 says, “Because of the multitude of oppressions they cry out; They cry out for help because of the arm of the mighty. [10] But no one says, ‘Where is God my Maker, Who gives songs in the night, [11] Who teaches us more than the beasts of the earth, And makes us wiser than the birds of heaven?’

Psalm 35 is a prayer to God in adversity. The 35th season is a time to look in God’s direction.

Isaiah 35 reveals that the 35th season can be a great turn-around season if people turn to God. It can become a season of no more sighing or sorrow. Isaiah 35:1-10 says, “The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them, And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose; [2] It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice, Even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, The excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the LORD, The excellency of our God. [3] Strengthen the weak hands, And make firm the feeble knees. [4] Say to those who are fearful-hearted, “Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you.” [5] Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. [6] Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert. [7] The parched ground shall become a pool, And the thirsty land springs of water; In the habitation of jackals, where each lay, There shall be grass with reeds and rushes. [8] A highway shall be there, and a road, And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it, But it shall be for others. Whoever walks the road, although a fool, Shall not go astray. [9] No lion shall be there, Nor shall any ravenous beast go up on it; It shall not be found there. But the redeemed shall walk there, [10] And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, And sorrow and sighing shall flee away”.

In Jeremiah 35, the sons of Rechab overcame the temptation to drink wine in the house of God. The remained loyal to their father. They became a reference point to all Judah. Judah would be punished but the house of Rechab shall prosper. Decisions of the 35th season will either bring blessings or curses. In Ezekiel 35, the Son of Man is commanded to prophesy against Mount Seir. God vowed to make Mount Seir desolate. The word desolate is used eight times in this chapter; out of about the forty times it is used in the entire book.

Day 231 is a Hebrews – Revelation day in the 32nd week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week also has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The seventh day of the week is the third and last day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the third nine books of the New Testament. Day 231 is a day of the last battle and ultimate triumph in the 33rd week. The third 9 books of the N.T are books of correction, recovery, and restoration.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, raise a cry against wickedness; trust in the Lord, hope in Him, and take refuge in His grace and mercy. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. This is a day of “IT IS DONE”. Today, you will have pleasure by seeking the pleasure of God. Today, make it priority to honor God. Obey Him. If you missed it anywhere, repent and return to God. This is a day to go back to Bethel. Seek intervention and be ready to intervene where necessary and possible. Today, give it all up for God. Be willing to sacrifice your interests, preference, and pleasures, to please God and bless humanity. Happy 231st day!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were in this season for a reason. You came on this day that we may know you are and why you came. You were born on this day because you are a stopper and remover of things that should not continue. You were born to be ‘the expected one’. You were born to fulfill a dream. The evil kingdom will fight to get rid of you but your secret of continuity is alignment with, and loyalty to God. Today, give thanks to God for your life and position yourself to be ‘the stàndard’.

Day 230: The Mystery of August 18

0

Welcome to a new day!

FIVE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DAY: These will help you to view the day from its different prophetic angles.

Today Is

  1. August 18 (in a Clear year) but August 17 (in a Leap year).

2. The sixth day of the 33rd Week (August 13-19 in a Clear year/ August 12-18 in a Leap year).

3. The 34th day in the fifth 7 Weeks of the year. (July 16 – September 2 in a clear year/ July 15 – September 1 in a leap year).

4. The 230th day of the year (from January 1). In this article, this day will be called Day 230

5. it is a sixth-season day since it is the sixth day of the 33rd week of the year.

SIX BIBLICAL PATTERNS FOR THE DAY

The Bible patterns for understanding this 230th day are

1. The sixth day of creation narrative.(Genesis 1: 24-31)

2. The sixth book of the Bible (Joshua)

3. The sixth chapters of the books of the Bible.

4. Micah 6 (the sixth chapter of the 33rd book of the Bible).

5. The 34th book of the Bible (Nahum) and 34th chapters of the Bible.

6. The second 9 books of the New Testament (‘Ephesians – Philemon).

Day 230 is a sixth-day-of-creation day. God perfected and completed the creation of flesh and blood on the sixth day of creation. God began that day with the creation of land animals – beasts, cattle, and creeping things. He closed the day with the creation of man. He made man in His image and after His likeness – to rule and have dominion over the other living creatures. What God did on the sixth day of creation shapes manifestations in sixth seasons of life like Day 230. In the sixth season, manifestations of the flesh, leading to rebellion, reaches a peak. This often leads to judgment . God passed judgment on evil and wicked humanity in the sixth chapter of Genesis. He drove the Canaanites from their land in the sixth book of the Bible. The Creator seeks the expression of His image and likeness in the sixth season. In this season, if He does not see the man He made, it leads to contention with man. He gives grace to His Own and punishes rebels in this season. God judges predator-wickedness in this season. Day 230 is a day of spiritual conflict between the Image of God and the lower creation. It is a day to subdue, rule, and have dominion. It is a day of divine provision and supplies against hardship. In the sixth season, God blesses and instructs His own to succeed and possess their possessions.

Day 230 is a Micah-chapter-six day. The sixth chapter of the 33rd book of the Bible is applicable to the sixth day of the 33rd week of the year. In the sixth chapter of Micah, the Creator contended with His people and scorned their superficial loyalty. He did not see His image and likeness in them. Micah 6:1-8 says, “Hear now what the LORD says: “Arise, plead your case before the mountains, And let the hills hear your voice. [2] Hear, O you mountains, the LORD’s complaint, And you strong foundations of the earth; For the LORD has a complaint against His people, And He will contend with Israel. [3] “O My people, what have I done to you? And how have I wearied you? Testify against Me. [4] For I brought you up from the land of Egypt, I redeemed you from the house of bondage; And I sent before you Moses, Aaron, and Miriam. [5] O My people, remember now What Balak king of Moab counseled, And what Balaam the son of Beor answered him, From Acacia Grove to Gilgal, That you may know the righteousness of the LORD.” [6] With what shall I come before the LORD, And bow myself before the High God? Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, With calves a year old? [7] Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, Ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? [8] He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?”

The Lord threatened judgment against His people for their wickedness. Micah 6:9-16 says, The LORD’s voice cries to the city- Wisdom shall see Your name: “Hear the rod! Who has appointed it? Are there yet the treasures of wickedness In the house of the wicked, And the short measure that is an abomination? Shall I count pure those with the wicked scales, And with the bag of deceitful weights? For her rich men are full of violence, Her inhabitants have spoken lies, And their tongue is deceitful in their mouth. “Therefore I will also make you sick by striking you, By making you desolate because of your sins. You shall eat, but not be satisfied; Hunger shall be in your midst. You may carry some away, but shall not save them; And what you do rescue I will give over to the sword. “You shall sow, but not reap; You shall tread the olives, but not anoint yourselves with oil; And make sweet wine, but not drink wine. For the statutes of Omri are kept; All the works of Ahab’s house are done; And you walk in their counsels, That I may make you a desolation, And your inhabitants a hissing. Therefore you shall bear the reproach of My people.” The wicked do not prosper in sixth seasons.

Day 230 is a book-of-Nahum day. The book of Nahum is the 34th book of the Bible and is applicable to the 34th day in the fifth seven weeks of the year. The book is about God’s vengeance against Nineveh. The sixth season is when God rises against His enemies. In this season, He dispossess His adversary and gives the inheritance to His representation. In the sixth season, He separates the saints from the sinners and gives power to saints against the sinners. God seeks His representation and reacts against ungodliness in the sixth season. God is jealous when the man He made in His image and likeness is possessed by His adversary. Man was created on the sixth day to rule and dominate anything that is, or seeks to get, out of alignment with God.

Day 223 is Ephesians – Philemon day in the 33rd week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The sixth day of the week is the second day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the second nine books of the New Testament. Day 223 is a day to thrive through instructions. The second 9 books of the N.T are mentoring books. The pastoral epistles of Paul are in this section. This section of the Bible is for “the preparation of the man of God”.

Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. Today, show that your primary allegiance is to the God of Israel. You are made in the image and likeness of God. This is a day to commemorate and relive the creation of man in the image and likeness of God. Today, make your way back to the Lord. Even if you’re not a backslider, you can still get closer to the Lord. Today, stand out for God as His representative and look into your life, and look around, for things and areas that need to be conformed to God’s standards. Today, pray that the kingdom comes, by the word of God, to establish God’s will in your life, family, church, community, nation; and in the nations of the world. Today, on this sixth day of the 33rd week, do not set yourself against God as Israel did in Exodus 32, as Sennacherib did in Second Chronicles 32, or as Jonah did when he ran from God in the 33rd book of the Bible. This is a day of full alignment with God. Today, stand in the name of the Lord and judge ungodliness. Stand out as a fully submitted agent of God. Happy 230th day!

Day 229: The Mystery of August 17

0

Welcome to a new day!

FIVE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DAY: These will help you to view the day from its different prophetic angles.

Today Is

  1. August 17 (in a Clear year) but August 16 (in a Leap year).

2. The fifth day of the 33rd Week (August 13-19 in a Clear year/ August 12-18 in a Leap year).

3. The 33rd day in the fifth 7 Weeks of the year. (July 16 – September 2 in a clear year/ July 15 – September 1 in a leap year).

4. The 229th day of the year (from January 1). In this article, this day will be called Day 229

5. it is a fifth-season day since it is the fifth day of the 33rd week of the year.

SIX BIBLICAL PATTERNS FOR THE DAY

The Bible patterns for understanding this 229th day are

1. The fifth day of creation narrative.(Genesis 1: 20-23)

2. The fifth book of the Bible (Deuteronomy)

3. The fifth chapters of the books of the Bible.

4. Micah 5 (the fifth chapter of the 33rd book of the Bible).

5. The 33rd book of the Bible (Micah) and 33rd chapters of the Bible.

6. The first 9 books of the New Testament (‘Matthew – Galatians).

Day 229 is a fifth day of creation day. God created birds and sea creatures on the fifth day of creation. They were not just living creatures, but perceptive moving creatures. The fifth day of creation was a day beginnings – flesh and blood, sensory perception, voice sounds, movement, blessing pronouncement, fruitfulness and multiplication.

In the fifth season, God intends blessings, fruitfulness, multiplication, abundance, strength, life, and freedom, to accompany deep spirituality. The enemy wants the fifth season to bring fleshly manifestations leading to curses, barrenness, famine, scarcity, lack, disease, bondage, disasters, and death. The fifth book and chapters of the Bible indicate that the fifth is a season of instructions, corrections, judgment – blessings or curses, healings, deliverances, and provisions. Day 229 is for the full expression of life – abundant life.

Day 229 is a Micah chapter 5 day. It is a book-of-Micah day in a book-of-Micah week. It is a core fifth-season day. The fifth chapter of the 33rd book of the Bible is applicable to the 5th day of the 33rd week. The fifth chapter of Micah is about judgment and redemption. It gives a word about the coming of Israel’s Messiah who would be born in Bethlehem. It is about how the birth and emergence of a Ruler and a Deliverer.

Micah 5:2-9 says, “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting.” [3] Therefore He shall give them up, Until the time that she who is in labor has given birth; Then the remnant of His brethren Shall return to the children of Israel. [4] And He shall stand and feed His flock In the strength of the LORD, In the majesty of the name of the LORD His God; And they shall abide, For now He shall be great To the ends of the earth; [5] And this One shall be peace. When the Assyrian comes into our land, And when he treads in our palaces, Then we will raise against him Seven shepherds and eight princely men. [6] They shall waste with the sword the land of Assyria, And the land of Nimrod at its entrances; Thus He shall deliver us from the Assyrian, When he comes into our land And when he treads within our borders. [7] Then the remnant of Jacob Shall be in the midst of many peoples, Like dew from the LORD, Like showers on the grass, That tarry for no man Nor wait for the sons of men. [8] And the remnant of Jacob Shall be among the Gentiles, In the midst of many peoples, Like a lion among the beasts of the forest, Like a young lion among flocks of sheep, Who, if he passes through, Both treads down and tears in pieces, And none can deliver. [9] Your hand shall be lifted against your adversaries, And all your enemies shall be cut off”.

The fifth chapter of Micah is also about divine reaction to idolatry. The sin of idolatry is detestable and can hardly be ignored in the fifth season. Micah 5:10-15 says,

“And it shall be in that day,” says the LORD, “That I will cut off your horses from your midst And destroy your chariots. [11] I will cut off the cities of your land And throw down all your strongholds. [12] I will cut off sorceries from your hand, And you shall have no soothsayers. [13] Your carved images I will also cut off, And your sacred pillars from your midst; You shall no more worship the work of your hands; [14] I will pluck your wooden images from your midst; Thus I will destroy your cities. [15] And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury On the nations that have not heard.”

Day 229 is a book of Micah Day in the fifth 7 weeks of the year. Micah is the 33rd book of the Bible and Day

229 is the 33rd day in the fifth 7 weeks of the year. Micah’s book opens with threats of judgment. God does not tolerate rebellion in the fifth season. He makes it clear that obedience will produce blessings; and disobedience, curses. The judgment of the fifth season is often very swift. Think of the Philistines in First Samuel 5; Gehazi in Second Kings 5, and Ananias and Sapporo in Acts 5. The blessings of the season is also great and enormous.

Day 229 is a 33rd chapters of the Bible day. The 33rd chapters of the Bible reveal six things about the 33rd season.

1. It is a time to meet face-to-face with the fearful and not be harmed. In Genesis 33, Jacob came face to face with his brother, Esau and there was no trouble. This 33rd day of the fifth 49 days, do not be afraid. The Lord is going before you to make a way.

2. It is a season to move on to the next level and place. Exodus 33:1-3 says, “Then the LORD said to Moses, “Depart and go up from here, you and the people whom you have brought out of the land of Egypt, to the land of which I swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, ‘To your descendants I will give it.’ [2] And I will send My Angel before you, and I will drive out the Canaanite and the Amorite and the Hittite and the Perizzite and the Hivite and the Jebusite. [3] Go up to a land flowing with milk and honey; for I will not go up in your midst, lest I consume you on the way, for you are a stiff-necked people.” In Exodus 33, God commanded Moses and the people to move – after the Golden Calf failure. Moses coveted the presence of God and even spoke face to face with God in the Tabernacle of meeting – after God said His presence would not go with Israel because of their rebelliousness. In Numbers 33, Israel’s journey from Egypt to Jordan is summarized – according to starting and stopping points. Three words implying motion (move, departed, went) is used 42 times in this chapter. The word ‘camped’ is also used 42 times in Numbers 33. The death of Aaron at 123 years, on Mount Hur, is recorded in this chapter.  His son Eleazar took over from him. Today, the Lord is prompting you to move from camping. This is a no-stopping day. The Lord wants you to move and move and move.

3. It is a season of blessing, redemption, and restoration. In Deuteronomy 33, Moses blessed the children of Israel before his death. Simeon is not mentioned among the tribes here. In Job 33, Elihu corrects Job for his words against God. He emphasizes the Sovereignty of God. He also spoke of ransom, redemption, and of a mediator. You do not need any of those three unless there is trouble. They are needed in the 33rd season. In Jeremiah 33, God promised to cause the captivity of Judah to return and to restore Jerusalem. The Lord is speaking blessings over your life today. Stand to receive your portion.

4. It is a season of judgment. Second Chronicles is about the evil reign of Manasseh. Although he repented, God decreed captivity against Judah because of the sins of Manasseh. Manasseh ruled the longest in Judah but his death is recorded in this chapter. His son and successor,  Amon, also ruled and died in this chapter. This chapter ends with the emergence of Josiah – the reformer-grandson of Manasseh. Isaiah 33 is about the judgment coming to Zion and to the Plunderer that had not been plundered. Today, the Lord will bring down the wicked in your life, family, and nation. He will raise replacements who will reverse the works of the wicked in the land.

5. It is a season to rejoice in the Lord and praise His name. Psalm 33 is a call to rejoice in the Lord and praise Him (1-3) for His powerful word (4-12) and for His sovereign and saving power (13-22). This is a day of joy. The Lord will keep pain and sorrow far from you.

6. It is a watchman season. In Ezekiel 33, the prophet is a appointed a watchman because to warn the people of impending disaster. News of the fall of Jerusalem came to Ezekiel in this chapter. Ezekiel 33 is about the certainty of the judgment. Today, stand on the watch, with spiritual senses on alert.

Day 229 is a Matthew – Galatians day in the 32nd week. It is a day of the compassionate intervention of God. Every week is like a journey through the Bible having an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and expresses the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The fifth day of the week is the beginning of the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the first nine books of the New Testament. The first 9 books of the NT are about Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Church. The books are about the love and grace of God granting salvation and justification to humanity by faith. This is a day to enter experientially into the New Testament side of the week. It is a day of answers to prayers, fulfillment of prophecies, and delivery of promises. The New Testament side is the spiritual and deeper side. The New Testament side is the side of manifestation. The old has passed away; and the new has begun. Dreams for the week are expected to come to pass and promises should be fulfilled. Expect deliverance and divine intervention.

DECREE AND DECLARE: At creation, God spoke His will into each day. He made us in His image and likeness; and expects us to release His will into each day.  Decree this day that the flesh will not overtake the spirit in your life, family,, organization, and nation. Decree a change in the week and declare that today is the beginning of the New Testament side of the 33rd week. As a Book-of-Matthew day, decree that Emmanuel (God is with us) takes over. As a New Testament type day, decree that the love of God will overtake human error and failure. Today, submit to the spirit against the flesh. Walk in the spirit and make no room for the flesh. The fifth season is a season of giving spiritual interpretations to earthly manifestations. Today, make it your watchword to walk in the spirit and obey God’s Word. Walking in the spirit is the key to gaining all. Birds (representing the spirit) fly above and eat from the land, the sea, and the air. Today, cry out to God against oppression and for the pains in your life. Speak out also. Trust Him to intervene in your affairs. Determine to make a next-level move. It’s time to shift base in the spirit! Happy 229th day. Today, put yourself on the side of blessing by choosing obedience instead o curses by choosing disobedience.

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born in this season for a season. Your arrival on this day is related to who you are and why you came. You were born on this core fifth-season day to express fullness of life. You were born to stop the things that hinder full expression of life – disease, death, poverty, barrenness, and the likes. Those negative forces may turn against you because you were designed to subdue them. I pray you will be strong daily to fulfill the purpose of your existence. Happy birthday!!!

Day 228: The Mystery of August 16

0

Welcome to a new day!

FIVE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DAY: These will help you to view the day from its different angles.

Today Is

  1. August 16 (in a Clear year) but August 15 (in a Leap year).

2. The fourth day of the 33rd Week (August 13-19 in a Clear year/ August 12-18 in a Leap year).

3. The 32nd day in the fifth 7 Weeks of the year. (July 16 – September 2 in a clear year/ July 15 – September 1 in a leap year).

4. The 228th day of the year (from January 1). In this article, this day will be called Day 228

5. it is a fourth-season day since it is the fourth day of the 33rd week of the year.

SIX BIBLICAL PATTERNS FOR THE DAY

The Bible patterns for understanding this 228th day are

1. The fourth day of creation narrative.(Genesis 1: 14-19)

2. The fourth book of the Bible (Numbers)

3. The fourth chapters of the books of the Bible.

4. Micah 4 (the fourth chapter of the 33rd book of the Bible).

5. The 32nd book of the Bible (Jonah) and 32nd chapters of the Bible.

6. The last 9 books of the Old Testament (‘Obadiah – Malachi).

Day 228 is a fourth-day of creation day. God made the luminaries on the fourth day of creation to give light to the earth; to rule the day and the night, to divide the darkness from the light, and to be for seasons. God returned to deal with darkness on the fourth day because the fourth season is a fight-back season for darkness – to cause confusion, fear, and stumbling. The key to triumph in the fourth season is light from God’s Word, God’s Spirit, and God’s human agents. Make no room for mental darkness today. The fourth book and fourth chapters of the Bible reveal that, in fourth seasons, men face temptations that often lead to shooting themselves in the foot. Day 228 is a day to walk cautiously and with great sensitivity of spirit. It is a day to be guided by God’s lights – His word, His Spirit, and His people. You need discernment today!

Day 228 is a Book of Jonah day. Jonah is the 32nd book of the Bible and is applicable to this 32nd day in the fifth 7 weeks of the year. In this book, the prophets was overcome by His emotions and disobeyed God’s word. He ran into trouble by running from the presence of God. He repented and God gave his life and ministry a second chance. Today, watch out against wrestling with God. Watch out against diversions or deviations from God’s plan. If you miss it, make a roundabout turn. God is merciful.

Day 228 is also a 32nd Chapters of the Bible day. In Genesis 32, Jacob wrestled with God. In Exodus 32, Aaron made the golden calf. In Numbers 32, the tribe of Reuben and the tribe of Gad opted to dwell in the land before Jordan. In Deuteronomy 32, Moses spoke of how Jeshurun grew fat and forsook the God that made her. He also spoke of the consequences of that choice; and warned the present generation to beware of falling out of line with God. In Second Chronicles 32, Sennacherib rose up against Judah and God. In Job 32, Elihu rebukes Job and his three friends for being out of line with God in their speeches. Psalms 32 warns against obstinacy before God. In Jeremiah 32, the prophet’s faith in God is tested when God instructed him to buy the field of his uncle Hanani. This is a day of temptation and tests.

Day 228 is a Micah chapter 4 day. The fourth chapter of the 33rd book of the Bible is applicable to the fourth day of the 33rd week. In the fourth chapter of Micah, the prophet spoke about the restoration of Zion when she shall become the light of the nations. Micah 4:1-8 says, “Now it shall come to pass in the latter days That the mountain of the LORD’s house Shall be established on the top of the mountains, And shall be exalted above the hills; And peoples shall flow to it. [2] Many nations shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, To the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, And we shall walk in His paths.” For out of Zion the law shall go forth, And the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. [3] He shall judge between many peoples, And rebuke strong nations afar off; They shall beat their swords into plowshares, And their spears into pruning hooks; Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, Neither shall they learn war anymore”. [4] But everyone shall sit under his vine and under his fig tree, And no one shall make them afraid; For the mouth of the LORD of hosts has spoken. [5] For all people walk each in the name of his god, But we will walk in the name of the LORD our God Forever and ever. [6] “In that day,” says the LORD, “I will assemble the lame, I will gather the outcast And those whom I have afflicted; [7] I will make the lame a remnant, And the outcast a strong nation; So the LORD will reign over them in Mount Zion From now on, even forever. [8] And you, O tower of the flock, The stronghold of the daughter of Zion, To you shall it come, Even the former dominion shall come, The kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.”

The fourth chapter of Micah also reveals that Zion will go through darkness in the hands of nations before her light comes. Micah 4:9-13 says, “Now why do you cry aloud? Is there no king in your midst? Has your counselor perished? For pangs have seized you like a woman in labor. [10] Be in pain, and labor to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, Like a woman in birth pangs. For now you shall go forth from the city, You shall dwell in the field, And to Babylon you shall go. There you shall be delivered; There the LORD will redeem you From the hand of your enemies. [11] Now also many nations have gathered against you, Who say, “Let her be defiled, And let our eye look upon Zion.” [12] But they do not know the thoughts of the LORD, Nor do they understand His counsel; For He will gather them like sheaves to the threshing floor. [13] “Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion; For I will make your horn iron, And I will make your hooves bronze; You shall beat in pieces many peoples; I will consecrate their gain to the LORD, And their substance to the Lord of the whole earth.”

Day 228 is Obadiah – Malachi day in the 33rd week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The fourth day of the week is the day closing the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the last nine books of the Old Testament. Day 228 is the bridge-day leading to the New Testament side of the 33rd week. The books of the ‘Minor Prophets’ are part of the last 9 books of the O.T. They are about judgment and promises of restoration. Day 228 is the day of the dominion of the Voice of God in the nations.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day to redeem the day from bondage to corruption. This is a turning-point day. It is a day of breaking into a new ground. It is a new beginning. Genesis 32 was a new beginning for Jacob. Exodus 32 was a new beginning for Israel after the matter of the golden calf. Numbers 32 was a new beginning for two and a half tribes of Israel. Job 32 was new beginning in Job’s story. Second Chronicles 32 was a new beginning for Hezekiah. The 32bd book of the Bible was a new beginning for both Jonah and the people of Nineveh. Today, decree that God’s will fills the day as the waters cover the sea. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, raise your voice against wickedness and oppression wherever it is found. Prophesy! Today, also pray to be more sensitive in the spirit; to pick up necessary signals that would help you triumph over the enemy and keep darkness away. Today, pray to be delivered from falling into temptation. Pray to be preoccupied with the person of God; and to be focused on His mandate and His revealed purpose for your life. Be careful to weigh every decision in light of God’s purpose for your life; and God’s purpose for the time. Happy Day 228!

Day 226; The Mystery of August 14

0

Day 226 is the second day of the 33rd week. It is the second day of the fifth week in the fifth 49 days. It is also the 30th day in the fifth 49 days of the year. It is August 14 in a clear year and August 13 in a leap year. The basic Bible patterns for understanding Day 226 are

The second day of creation narrative.

The second chapter of the 33rd book of the Bible

The 30th book and chapters of the Bible.

Day 226 is a second day of creation day. On the second day of creation, God made the firmament. He created the firmament to divide the waters and create space between the waters. With the firmament, God broke the strength of the dominating waters on the second day of creation. What God did with the firmament made room for other things to exist; because the things that had not yet come into manifest existence were crying out to Him. That is a picture of what God intends for Day 226. He wants to release forces that would make a way where there is no way. He wants to overthrow space-blockers hindering you. He wants to thwart and destroy evil monopolies frustrating God’s purpose for your life. Day 226 is a day to release the power of God against obstacles on your way. It is a day to find or make a way by the supernatural power of God. It is a day to pray, prophesy, and walk in wisdom. On this day in 2020, Israel and UAE struck a historic deal to establish and normalize diplomatic ties (Abraham Accord). God is making a way where there is no way!

Day 226 is a Micah chapter 2 day. Micah is the 33rd book of the Bible and is applicable to the 33rd week. The second chapter of the 33rd book is applicable to the second day of the 33rd week. In this chapter, the prophet declared war against oppressors “who devise iniquity” in the land. Micah 2:1-5 says, “Woe to those who devise iniquity, And work out evil on their beds! At morning light they practice it, Because it is in the power of their hand. They covet fields and take them by violence, Also houses, and seize them. So they oppress a man and his house, A man and his inheritance. Therefore thus says the LORD: “Behold, against this family I am devising disaster, From which you cannot remove your necks; Nor shall you walk haughtily, For this is an evil time. In that day one shall take up a proverb against you, And lament with a bitter lamentation, saying: ‘We are utterly destroyed! He has changed the heritage of my people; How He has removed it from me! To a turncoat He has divided our fields.'” Therefore you will have no one to determine boundaries by lot In the assembly of the LORD. They were space-blockers making life difficult for others; and Micah was God’s firmament breaking their evil dominion with the prophetic word. What Micah did in the 2nd chapter of the 33rd book is a picture of what God intends for the second day of the 33rd week. Day 226 is a day of war against oppressors.

Day 226 is a book of Amos day. Amos is the 30th book of the Bible and is applicable to the 30th day in the fifth 49 days of the year. In the 30th book of the Bible, Amos, prophesied judgment by fire, against Judah, Israel, and other nations – for their transgressions and acts of wickedness. The book of Amos is full of divine threats. In this book, God threatened to send devouring fire against the palaces of wicked kingdoms.

Amos 1:2-15 says, “And he said: “The LORD roars from Zion, And utters His voice from Jerusalem; The pastures of the shepherds mourn, And the top of Carmel withers.” Thus says the LORD: “For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment, Because they have threshed Gilead with implements of iron. But I will send a fire into the house of Hazael, Which shall devour the palaces of Ben-Hadad. I will also break the gate bar of Damascus, And cut off the inhabitant from the Valley of Aven, And the one who holds the scepter from Beth Eden. The people of Syria shall go captive to Kir,” Says the LORD. Thus says the LORD: “For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment, Because they took captive the whole captivity To deliver them up to Edom. But I will send a fire upon the wall of Gaza, Which shall devour its palaces. I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, And the one who holds the scepter from Ashkelon; I will turn My hand against Ekron, And the remnant of the Philistines shall perish,” Says the Lord GOD. Thus says the LORD: “For three transgressions of Tyre, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment, Because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom, And did not remember the covenant of brotherhood. But I will send a fire upon the wall of Tyre, Which shall devour its palaces.” Thus says the LORD: “For three transgressions of Edom, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment, Because he pursued his brother with the sword, And cast off all pity; His anger tore perpetually, And he kept his wrath forever. But I will send a fire upon Teman, Which shall devour the palaces of Bozrah.”  Thus says the LORD: “For three transgressions of the people of Ammon, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment, Because they ripped open the women with child in Gilead, That they might enlarge their territory. But I will kindle a fire in the wall of Rabbah, And it shall devour its palaces, Amid shouting in the day of battle, And a tempest in the day of the whirlwind. Their king shall go into captivity, He and his princes together,” Says the LORD”.

This is a season of reaction and response. God responds to, and reacts against, pride and arrogance in the second season. He gives help to the humble; but humiliates the proud and haughty in the second season,

Day 226 is First Kings – Proverbs Day in the 33rd week. Eventually, the two kingdom went into captivity – the north fell to Assyria; and the south to the Babylonians. The Jews did return from captivity after 70 years. The last two books in this section of the Bible (Psalms and Proverbs) show that loss of faith in God is prelude to the loss of all things; but faith in God is the secret of power and strength. The faithful will triumph no matter what happens.

COMMAND THE MORNING

God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, declare that your faith will not fail; and that the faithful will triumph.
