Day 264: The Mystery of September 21

Welcome to the 264th day of the year. Day 264 is the fifth day of the 38th week; the fifth day of the third week in the sixth 49 days; the 19th day in the sixth 49 days. It is September 21 in a clear year and September 20 in a leap year. Day 264 is a fifth season day. It could also be called a 19th season day. As a fifth season day, the key to understanding it is the fifth-day creation story; plus the fifth book and chapters of the Bible. As a 19th season day, we get our clue from the 19th book and chapters of the Bible. The 19th is the fifth of the third-seven. As part of the 38th week, Day 264 is a Zechariah 9-10 day.

Day 264 is a fifth day of creation day in the 38th week, On the fifth day of creation, furnished the waters with seas creatures. In fifth seasons, the enemy wants to use the waters as instrument of destruction – not preserving or sustaining life. He also wants to make it a season of fire instead of water. God furnishes in the fifth season but the enemy devastates in the same season. On the fifth day of creation, God made swimming-flying living creatures. That was the first time he made flesh and blood creatures; but that was also the first time He made creatures that could make conscious movement. In the fifth season, God blesses with life and freedom; while the enemy attacks with death and demobilizing forces. On the fifth day of creation, God blessed His creation, for the first time, with fruitfulness and multiplication. The fifth season is a season of blessing; but the enemy seeks to make it a season of decimation and woes. 

The 38th book of the Bible is a good illustration of the life God intends on the fifth day of the 38th week. Before God created on the fifth day, the waters were uninhabited. He gave inhabitants to the waters and made the waters a habitation. The book of Zechariah says, “Run, speak to this young man, saying: ‘Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls, because of the multitude of men and livestock in it” (Zechariah 2:4). The 14-chapter book uses the word inhabit (or its derivatives) in 14 verses. This is not a day of devastation but of furnishing. It is not a day to be empty but a day to be filled. It is not a day to be homeless but a day of rehabilitation.

Day 264 is a book of Psalm day in the sixth 49 days of the year. Psalm is the 19th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 19th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of Psalms is about the redeemed that has found sufficiency in God. He stands on the Word of God, prays to God, sings to Him, praises Him, and boasts in Him. Day 264 is a day of absolute trust in God. It is a day to think about God, talk about God, and live in God.

Day 264 is a Zechariah 9-10 day in the 38th week. The fifth 2 chapters of the 38th book of the Bible, is applicable to the fifth day of the 38th week. The ninth chapter of Zechariah opens with a statement in parentheses: (For the eyes of men And all the tribes of Israel Are on the LORD). Both chapters (9 and 10) are full of promises. Zechariah 9:8,11,16-17 says, “I will camp around My house Because of the army, Because of him who passes by and him who returns. No more shall an oppressor pass through them, For now I have seen with My eyes. [11] “As for you also, Because of the blood of your covenant, I will set your prisoners free from the waterless pit. [16] The LORD their God will save them in that day, As the flock of His people. For they shall be like the jewels of a crown, Lifted like a banner over His land- [17] For how great is its goodness And how great its beauty! Grain shall make the young men thrive, And new wine the young women”. 

Zechariah 10:6-8 says, “I will strengthen the house of Judah, And I will save the house of Joseph. I will bring them back, Because I have mercy on them. They shall be as though I had not cast them aside; For I am the LORD their God, And I will hear them. [7] Those of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, And their heart shall rejoice as if with wine. Yes, their children shall see it and be glad; Their heart shall rejoice in the LORD. [8] I will whistle for them and gather them, For I will redeem them; And they shall increase as they once increased”.

Day 264 is a Matthew – Galatians day in the 38th week. It is a day of the compassionate intervention of God. Every week is like a journey through the Bible having an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and expresses the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The fifth day of the week is the beginning of the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the first nine books of the New Testament. The first 9 books of the NT are about Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Church. The books are about the love and grace of God granting salvation and justification to humanity by faith. This is a day to enter experientially into the New Testament side of the week. It is a day of answers to prayers, fulfillment of prophecies, and delivery of promises. The New Testament side is the spiritual and deeper side. The New Testament side is the side of manifestation. The old has passed away; and the new has begun. Dreams for the week are expected to begin to come to pass and promises should be fulfilled. Expect deliverance and divine intervention.

DECREE AND DECLARE: At creation, God spoke His will into each day. He made us in His image and likeness; and expects us to release His will into each day.  Decree this day that the flesh will not overtake the spirit in your life, family,, organization, and nation. Decree a change in the week and declare that today is the beginning of the New Testament side of the 38th week. As a Book-of-Matthew day, decree that Emmanuel (God is with us) has taken over. As a New Testament-type day, decree that the love of God will overtake human error and failure. Today, submit to the spirit against the flesh. Walk in the spirit and make no room for the flesh. The fifth season is a season of giving spiritual interpretations to earthly manifestations. Today, make it your watchword to walk in the spirit and obey God’s Word. Walking in the spirit is the key to gaining all. Birds (representing the spirit) fly above and eat from the land, the sea, and the air. Today, cry out to God against oppression and for the pains in your life. Speak out also. Trust Him to intervene in your affairs and in the affairs of people around you. Determine to make a next-level move. It’s time to shift base in the spirit! Today, put yourself on the side of blessing by choosing obedience instead of curses by choosing disobedience.

Today, raise your voice and decree from the gates against devastations, loss of inhabitants or loss of habitations. Decree against losses – of health, lives, and possessions. Decree, today, that the waters shall be responsible and not waste lives or cause devastations. Happy 264th day!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born on this day for a reason. This is your day to be born. Ecclesiastes 3 says there is a time to be born. You were born for the needs of this day. Every day has its problems and answers. The gate of each day opens to welcome people it needs and closes to send off people it doesn’t need. You came as an answer to the problems. This is a day of full expression of life – not in self-indulgence but for glorifying God. The kingdom of darkness releases, on this day, forces that limit full expression of life – disobedience, curses, destruction, destitution, hunger, disease, death. You are set against anything that works against full expression of life. The kingdom of darkness will fight to make you an agent or victim of forces that hinder full expression of life. That is the reason those who are born o deliver others from poverty may struggle with poverty. Those who are born to heal the sick may struggle with sickness. God wants you to have victory over enemies warring against full expression of life. Today, give thanks to God for your life and position yourself to be the deliverer you were born to be. THIS DAY IN HISTORY: On this date in 1776, Part of New York City was burned shortly after being occupied by British forces. In 1921, a storage silo in Oppau, Germany, exploded and killed 500–600 people. In 1934, a large typhoon hit western Honshū, Japan, killing more than 3000 people. Day 263 is a fourth-season day. It is a fourth season in the 38th week. It is September 20 in a Clear Year; and September 19 in a Leap Year. Day 263 is a fourth day of creation day in the 38th week. God made luminaries on the fourth day of creation. The fourth day is a fight-back season for darkness. This Is a day of heavenly vigilance and surveillance against destruction in the 38th week. This is an 18th season in the sixth 49 days. It is a book of Job day in the sixth 49 days. Desire and seek revelation. Pursue and strengthen relationship with God and with men. Request divine protection and preservation. Be watchful and careful in feasting and celebrations. This is a day of illumination against destruction and the destroyer. Men fall in the eighteenth season for lack of revelation. That was how Ahab perished in Second Chronicles 18. He died for despising revelation.

Ezekiel 38 is a great illustration for the fourth day of the 38th week. In Ezekiel 38, God told the prophet to declare to Gog what she would do, and what would happen to her, in the latter days. Gog, with her great company of allies, would decide to go against the people of God. But it would be for her destruction. God would call for a sword against her on that day. If Gog feared God and respected revealed truth, she would trod softly where Israel was concerned. If the Gog of this day does not regard God or His Word, she would drive headlong to her destruction. Revelation is useless if we would not pay due attention to it.

Day 263 is a Zechariah 7-8 day in the 38th week. The fourth two chapters of the 38th book of the Bible is applicable to the fourth day of the 38th week. The fourth season is a season of conflict and controversy. It is a season of questions and arguments.. It is a season of defenses and corrections. In this section of the book, the people went to inquire from the Lord if they should continue with the fasts as they had done previously. The Lord put it to them that they had never fasted properly because they neglected the weightier matters of righteous and justice. He told them that was the reason for captivity they and their fathers suffered. The Lord showed them where they went wrong; and what they should do right. He challenged them to do ‘the works’ and get ready for the blessings. Day 263 is a day of corrections. It is the day of ‘the guiding lights’.

Day 263 is a book of Job day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of Job is the 18th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 18th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of Job opens with a godly man suffering at the hands of Satan for his godliness. He went through a rough non-verbal cross-examination at the hands of the adversary. Not understanding what was happening to him or the reasons for it, he asked questions, his friends blamed him for his troubles, but he defended and justified himself. Neither his friends nor himself could help matters. God stepped in from Job 38, told everyone their wrongs, and moved to change Job’s situation. Day 263 is a day to receive correction. It is not a day to keep doing what you have been doing; or going where you have been going. It is a day to receive correction and take steps in the right direction. 

Day 263 is a day expressing the 18th chapters of the Bible. In Genesis 18, God spoke to Abraham about His plans to destroy Sodom. In Revelation 18, Babylon was destroyed. This is a day of judgment. In Ezekiel 18, God said the Soul that sins shall die. Intercession is needful today.

Day 263 is the twentieth day of the ninth month. This is a day to confront men with light from God’s word. It is a day to come before the Word of God. The book of Ezra has a pattern for this day. Ezra 10:7-9 says, “And they issued a proclamation throughout Judah and Jerusalem to all the descendants of the captivity, that they must gather at Jerusalem, [8] and that whoever would not come within three days, according to the instructions of the leaders and elders, all his property would be confiscated, and he himself would be separated from the assembly of those from the captivity. [9] So all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered at Jerusalem within three days. It was the ninth month, on the twentieth of the month; and all the people sat in the open square of the house of God, trembling because of this matter and because of heavy rain. This is a day to give time and attention to the Word of God – the Light that guides men away from darkness.

Day 263 is Obadiah – Malachi day in the 38th week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The fourth day of the week is the day closing the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the last nine books of the Old Testament. Day 263 is the bridge-day leading to the New Testament side of the 38th week. The books of ‘the minor prophets’ are part of the last 9 books of the O.T. They are about judgment and promises of restoration. Day 235 is the day of the dominion of the Voice of God in the nations. 

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree that Light will overtake darkness. the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, raise your voice against wickedness and oppression wherever it is found. Prophesy! Prophesy!! Prophesy!!! Today, also pray to be more sensitive in the spirit; to pick up necessary signals that would help you triumph over the enemy and keep darkness away. Today, pray to be delivered from falling into temptation. Pray to be preoccupied with the person of God; and to be focused on His mandate and His revealed purpose for your life. Be careful to weigh every decision in light of God’s purpose for your life; and God’s purpose for the time. Today, proclaim an end to woes and declare the dawn of a new day in the fifth 49 days. Today, reflect and receive correction before the Lord. It is time to change and move in the right direction. The change you want will come from the change you make. Happy Day 263!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born on this day because it was your time to be born. Ecclesiastes 3 says there is a time to be born. The time to be born is the time when what you have is needed. You came to be, and bring, an answer to problems associated with this day. This is a day when darkness seeks to overtake people. This is a day of guiding lights made to deliver people from the fear, confusion, deception, error and destruction that come with (mental) darkness. This is a day of releasing wisdom against mental darkness. You were born a luminary. You were born to be a guiding light. How you do this depends on the field of your deployment. The kingdom of darkness will want you to go astray and get lost so that the light in you will be turned to darkness. Jesus came into this world as Light. He was tempted in the fourth chapters of Matthew and Luke so that the Light in Him may be damaged. This is a day of temptations. You came to work against temptations – not to become a tempter or a victim of temptations. You were born to overcome temptations and help others to do the same. To stand in your ordination, you must pursue wisdom and discernment. Today, give thanks to God for your life and pray for grace to fulfill your mission and purpose in life. Happy birthday!

ON THIS DAY, in 2018, there was shooting in a distribution center in Aberdeen, Maryland; and it killed four people – including the perpetrator.

This day in 2020, there was a violence-ridden governorship election in Edo State Nigeria. The APC Governor, Obaseki, had defected to the PDP months earlier. He was expected to lose re-election in Edo – the stronghold and domain of the former APC National Chairman, Adams Oshiomole. He ran for re-election against the ruling party and won. The ruling party lost. This happened in the 30th year of Edo State.

On this day in USA: “An envelope addressed to the White House containing ricin, a lethal substance was intercepted”. The sender of the substance planned to destroy. Discernment blocked the way.

Day 262: The Mystery of September 19

Welcome to the 262nd day of the year! Day 262 is the third day of the 38th week; the third day of the third week in the sixth 49 days; the 17th day in the sixth 49 days. This is a core third-season day. It is September 19 in a Clear Year; and September 18 in a Leap Year. The Bible patterns for understanding Day 262 are the third day of creation narrative, the third 2 chapters of the 38th book of the Bible, and the 17th book and chapters of the Bible.

Day 262 is a third day of creation day in the 38th week. The third day of the week is a game-changing day in the week. The week takes a it’s new course from that day. On the third day of creation, God moved the waters under heaven to one place; manifested the dry ground; and commanded the dry ground to bring forth vegetation. It is a miracle for dry ground to bring forth vegetation. The third season is when life comes out of dry places. It is when positive things happen from unexpected places. Day 262 is for the overthrow of dysfunctional and counterproductive platforms. It is day of revealing and manifesting hidden platforms. It is a day of releasing life from death. It is a day of revival.

This third day of the 38th week is for the overthrow of prevailing situations and the manifestation of new platforms or solutions. It is a day when impossible things are made possible. Isaiah 38 is a great illustration for the third day of the 38 week. In Isaiah 38, Hezekiah was sick unto death, in the 14th year of his reign, and the prophet went to him with a word from the Lord that he would not survive the sickness. The king wept bitterly and cried to the Lord; and the Lord sent the prophet with another word that his life has been extended by fifteen years. The recovery of Hezekiah from his sickness was a miraculous third-season experience. The guaranteed 15-year extension of his life was another miraculous expression of grace.  In the third season, God removes barriers to manifestation, grants breakthrough-exposures, and gives responsibility. Day 262 is a day of new life.

Day 262 is a Book of Esther day in the sixth 49 days of the year. Esther is the 17th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 17th day in the sixth 49 days (seven weeks) of the year. The 17th book of the Bible is a book of overthrows and revelations and manifestations. Vashti was the first to be deposed. Esther was chosen to replace her. The second to go down were Bigthan and Teresh – who wanted to assassinate the king. Mordecai exposed their plot and they were executed. Mordecai was later honored for this. The third was Haman who plotted the destruction of Mordecai and all Jews. His wicked heart was exposed and he was hanged on the gallows he had prepared for Mordecai. In the 17th book of the Bible, orphaned Esther became the queen of the land; and through her, a people appointed unto death became rulers in the land. Day 262 is a day to expose hidden men and things. Some things swept under the carpet would come to light, and be revealed, today. Evil projections will also be reversed. It is a new day!

Day 262 is also a 17th chapters of the Bible day in the sixth 49 days of the year. In Genesis 17, God said Abraham and Sarah would have their son when they were 100 and 90 respectively. In Exodus 17, Israel drank water from a dry rock when Moses struck the rock by the word of the Lord. In Numbers 17, Aaron’s dry rod budded and brought forth ripe almond fruits overnight. In First Kings 17, ravens fed Elijah and a widow’s last meal sustained three people for many days. In Matthew 17, Peter fetched tribute-money, for Jesus and himself, from the mouth of a fish. Day 262 is a day of pleasant turn-arounds for those who trust in God.

Day 262 is a Zechariah 5-6 day in the 38th week. The third 2 chapters of the 38th book of the Bible is applicable to the third day of the 38th week. In this section of the 38th book, Zechariah had three visions: the vision of the flying scroll, the vision of the basket, and the vision of the four chariots between the mountains. The section ends with an instruction to receive a crown for Joshua. This section is about judgment, a search, and a crowning. The first vision speak of judgment (written curses) on the thief and the deceiver. Day 262 is a day of judgment on thieves and deceivers. This agrees with what is written in the 17th book of the Bible. Vashti, Haman, Bigthan and Teresh were liars and deceivers. They pretended to be working for the king but were working against him. Haman was a thief. He stole, and still wanted to steal, the honor that belonged to Mordecai. They were all brought down. The curses on “flying scroll” came upon them. A search was made for their replacement; as in the vision of the four chariots (representing the four spirits of heaven) sent to “Go, walk to and fro throughout the earth.” They found rest for God’s Spirit in the North Country as Esther was found to be pleasing to the King. Both Esther and Mordecai were crowned in the 17th book of the Bible; as a crown was received in Zechariah 6 for Joshua from those who came from Babylon. 

Day 262 is Ecclesiastes – Amos Day in the 38th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The third day of the week is the third day in the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the third 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the third 10 books of the Bible, God sent His prophets to speak to the people. They confronted the people, warned them against judgment, comforted the faithful, and brought judgment on the arrogant. The third day is for the overthrow of the rebellious and establishment of the humble and just. How you fare in this season depends on your attitude and response to the word of God. This is a day of prophetic confrontation and judgment.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. This is a day of manifestation. Do not be afraid to take a stand for the Lord. It is a season to come out of hiding and obscurity. It is a day to overthrow oppression and the oppressor. It is a day to establish the humble. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, be ready to hear His voice and respond by faith. Expect breakthrough. Be willing to sacrifice. Walk by faith! This is a day of breakthrough and pushing through barriers in the 38th week. This is a day of unveiling. It is a day of answers to prayers. Today, pray for the overthrow of dysfunctional systems in the nations and in the church. Pray that God will make a way for the manifestation of hidden platforms and producers. Pray also that the forgotten functional people and things be remembered, recognized, and restored. Today, remember that when God delivers and manifests, it is for service and production. Do not consume His mercy on your lust. On this third day of the 38th week of vengeance and mercy, the oppressor will go down and the humble shall be delivered. Today, look to God for the overthrow of hindering circumstances in the nation, and in your life, family, and organization. Happy 262nd day!

On this day in 2020, a bus carrying over 30 passengers returning from burial plunged into Akaeze-Ukwu River in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. Only five people were rescued that night and taken to hospital. 

On this day in 2022, the remains of Queen Elizabeth II was buried. She died September 8, 2022 at age 96 and reigned 70 years and 214 days. His first son, former Prince of Wales, succeeded her as King Charles III.

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born on this day for a reason. You were born to be part of God’s solution to problems associated with this day. This is a day when ‘wrong people’ seek dominance and even want to overshadow or destroy the right people. So, this is a day of war against rebels and killers. You were born to frustrate and displace dysfunctional people and systems. The kingdom of darkness wants to kill on this day but God wants to give and preserve lives. You came for the sustenance and preservation of life. You were born to be an agent of life but the kingdom of darkness will want you to serve the opposite purpose or even be a victim. It is important to stand in your ordination as an agent of life. This is a day of conflict between Haman (agent of death) and Mordecai (agent of life). God is Life and as His agent you must be in alignment with Him. Rebellion against God is alignment with death. Death came into the world when Adam and Eve got out of alignment with death. Pray and determine that you will stay in alignment with the Spirit of Life. Do not cooperate with the enemy of God and Life in any way. Today, give thanks to God and pursue peace with God. Strengthen yourself in your ordination. Happy birthday!

Day 261: The Mystery of September 18

Welcome to the 261st day of the year. Day 261 is the second day of the 38th week; the second day of the third week in the sixth 49 days; the 16th day in the sixth 49 days. Day 261 is a second-season day. It is September 18 in a Clear Year; and September 17 in a Leap Year. The Bible patterns for understanding Day 261 are the second day of creation narrative, the second two chapters of the 38th boolk of the Bible, and the 16th book and chapters of the Bible.

Day 261 is a second day of creation day in the 38th week. After the first day of creation, water still covered everywhere. There was no room or space to accommodate anything else. Water monopolized space. Light did not and does not require space. On the second day, God created the firmament to divide the waters horizontally. So, God created space through the firmament on the second day. This is symbolic of His operations in the second season, God releases help to break monopolies and make a way where there is no way. The firmament is symbolic of spiritual force released through prayer, praises, prophecy and prophetic actions. Like the second day of creation narrative, the second book and chapters of the Bible reveal that God makes a way where there is no way in second seasons.

Jeremiah 38 is a good illustration of making way where there is no way in the 38th week. The prophet was accused of unpatriotic, anti-Judah, activities and utterances; because he told them Judah would fall to the Babylonian army. They wanted him to prophesy and motivate the army of Judah to fight and resist the Babylonians; but that would contradict what God had revealed to him. Prophets are not motivational speakers. They are servants and messengers of God. They simply speak the word of God; whether it motivates or not. They motivate people who are on the right path and demotivate those who are going the wrong way.

Jeremiah was thrown into a miry pit and he sunk into the mire. They wanted him to remain there, suffer, and starve to death. God had mercy on him and sent him help. One of the King’s eunuchs, Ebed-melech, the Ethiopian, heard about Jeremiah’s condition, spoke to the king, and convinced him to help release the prophet from the dungeon. The king obliged and permitted Ebed-melech to look for 30 men who would work with him to pull Jeremiah out of the dungeon. That was how Jeremiah escaped dying in the dungeon. Jeremiah was pulled out and remained in the court of the prison until Jerusalem was taken by the Babylonians. The purpose of the help God gives in the second season is to enable one fulfill purpose. Jeremiah was released from the dungeon so he could continue to speak the truth. The king later summoned Jeremiah to hear if there is any word from the Lord. The prophet told him what God had revealed to him; the benefits of obeying the Lord and the consequences of disobedience. The king did not have the courage to line up with the word of God. He feared the people more than he feared God. 

Jeremiah 38:17-20 says, “Then Jeremiah said to Zedekiah, “Thus says the LORD, the God of hosts, the God of Israel: ‘If you surely surrender to the king of Babylon’s princes, then your soul shall live; this city shall not be burned with fire, and you and your house shall live. [18] But if you do not surrender to the king of Babylon’s princes, then this city shall be given into the hand of the Chaldeans; they shall burn it with fire, and you shall not escape from their hand.'” [19] And Zedekiah the king said to Jeremiah, “I am afraid of the Jews who have defected to the Chaldeans, lest they deliver me into their hand, and they abuse me.” [20] But Jeremiah said, “They shall not deliver you. Please, obey the voice of the LORD which I speak to you. So it shall be well with you, and your soul shall live”.

Day 261 is a Zechariah 3-4 day in the 38th week. The second two chapters of the 38th book of the Bible are applicable to the second day of the 38th week of the year. In this section of the 38th book, God acted in favor of Joshua the high priest and in favor of Zerubbabel, the governor. In the third chapter, Satan stood to oppose Joshua the high priest. God rebuked Satan and changed the filthy garment of Joshua. In the fourth chapter, God promised to help Zerubbabel against the ‘mountain’ before him. That mountain the building project. Zechariah 4:6-10 says, “So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the LORD of hosts. [7] ‘Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone With shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”‘” [8] Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying: [9] “The hands of Zerubbabel Have laid the foundation of this temple; His hands shall also finish it. Then you will know That the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you. [10] For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see The plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the LORD, Which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth.”

This section of the 38th book of the Bible reveals that God comes as a Monopoly Breaker’ to help His people in second seasons like Day 261. He fights opposition and resistance for His people; and makes a way where there is no way.

Day 261 is a book of Nehemiah day in the sixth 49 days of the year. Nehemiah is the 16th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 16th day in the sixth 46 days (seven weeks) of the year. Nehemiah was a domestic staff of the king of Persia when he received the burden and vision to rebuild the ruined walls of Jerusalem. He did not have the time or resources for the work. He had spent time in prayer before God but could not go further than that. God made a way for him to mention his thoughts to the king. He found favor before the king. The Persian king gave him time and resources to go and rebuild the walls. Nehemiah travelled to Judah, shared the vision with his people, and mobilized them for the work. The enemies of the Jews in the land sought ways to frustrate the work but did not succeed. Nehemiah and his people completed the work in 52 days. After building the walls, Nehemiah focused on building the people to stay loyal to God. Heaven opens doors and makes ways, mysteriously, in 16th seasons. He Israel food in the wilderness in Exodus 16. The resurrection of Jesus is recorded in Mark 16. In Acts 16, God miraculously opened prison doors to Paul and Silas, and loosed their chains, after they prayed and sang praises with chains and shackles. Day 261 is a day of freedom from bonds. It is a day of miraculous interventions and answers to prayers.

Day 261 is First Kings – Proverbs Day in the 38th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The second day of the week is the second day in the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the second 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the second 10 books of the Bible, God wanted the kings of Israel to trust Him and lead the nation in the same direction. Beginning with Solomon, the kings of Israel began to patronize Idols. Idol worship became official in the northern kingdom following the split. Judah followed. Prophets rose in this season to call the nation back to God. Eventually, the two kingdoms went into captivity – the north fell to Assyria; and the south to the Babylonians. The Jews did return from captivity after 70 years. The last two books in this section of the Bible (Psalms and Proverbs) show that loss of faith in God is prelude to the loss of all things in the second season; but faith in God is the secret of power and strength. The faithful will triumph in the second season no matter what happens.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, declare that your faith will not fail; and that the faithful will triumph. Decree the downfall of those who disregard God and trust in themselves or idols, Today, prophesy and overthrow evil controlling powers by the word of the Lord. Mercy makes a way where there is no way. Today is a day of divine intervention and mercy. Today, release the word of the Lord against oppressive mountains in your life and in your world. Raise a cry to God against the proud and wicked in the land. Today, trust God to make a way where there is no way. Proclaim His word, Pray to Him. Praise Him. Today, stand for the truth and by the truth. God will make a way for you where there is no way. Happy Day 261!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born on this day for a reason. The day you came into the world says a lot about who you are and why you exist. You were born on a day when help is a great need. So, you were sent to be a solution to problems associated with your day of arrival. You were born a helper and a way-maker. As light is born for darkness, you came to end the problem of your day. The evil one and the kingdom of darkness will want to fill your life with problems and eventually turn you into a problem. The kingdom of darkness will want to use your life lesser and selfish purposes by. Do not succumb to that. Pursue alignment with the Creator’s heart for humanity. Do not live for yourself. Day 260: The Mystery of September 17

Welcome to the 260th day of the year. Day 260 is the first day and beginning of the 38th week. It is the first day and beginning of the third week in the sixth 49 days; the 15th day in the sixth 49 days. This is a first-season day. It is September 17 in a Clear Year; and September 16 in a Leap Year. Day 260 is a first day of creation day in the 38th week. The first day of creation was a day of new beginnings, It was the beginning of the demonstration of the dominion of God on this side of existence. On that day, God began to reorder circumstances by His Word. God did four significant things on that day. 1. He called light into existence, by His word, to dispel the prevailing darkness. 2. He separated the light from the darkness. 3. He gave names to light and darkness. He called the light day; and called the darkness night. 4. He also created time by instituting morning and evening and making the first day. Day 260 is a day of light dominating darkness. It is a mastering and subduing the kingdom of darkness by the word of God. This is a day of seizing control and saying No to the kingdom of darkness. It is a day to call forth a new beginning and declare an end to the reign of darkness in your world and over the earth. God is Light and there is no darkness in Him. 

Day 260 is the beginning of the ‘week of the last battle’ against the life-threatening waters in the sixth 49 days of the year. This is the week when the enemy puts out his toughest and fiercest fight in the sixth 49 days. He comes against men with life threatening pressures. Today, let us take the power from the kingdom of day – from demonic spirits causing fear, confusion, deception, and stumbling. Pray. Declare the word. Obey God and apply His Word. Shun every cooperation or partnership with the kingdom of darkness today. Darkness will have no sway today. Let the Lord be magnified. His word rules.

Day 260 is a Zechariah 1-2 day. The book of Zechariah is the 38th book of the Bible; and the first two chapters of the book applicable to the first day of the 38th week of the year. The book of Zechariah is God’s announcement of His intention to pluck up “the horns that scattered Judah”; and end the abuse of his people at the hands of foreigners. Zechariah 1:13-17 says, “And the LORD answered the angel who talked to me, with good and comforting words. [14] So the angel who spoke with me said to me, “Proclaim, saying, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts: “I am zealous for Jerusalem And for Zion with great zeal. [15] I am exceedingly angry with the nations at ease; For I was a little angry, And they helped-but with evil intent.” [16] ‘Therefore thus says the LORD: “I am returning to Jerusalem with mercy; My house shall be built in it,” says the LORD of hosts, “And a surveyor’s line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.”‘ [17] “Again proclaim, saying, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts: “My cities shall again spread out through prosperity; The LORD will again comfort Zion, And will again choose Jerusalem.”‘”  Zechariah 2:10-13 says, “Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion! For behold, I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,” says the LORD. [11] “Many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and they shall become My people. And I will dwell in your midst. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you. [12] And the LORD will take possession of Judah as His inheritance in the Holy Land, and will again choose Jerusalem. [13] Be silent, all flesh, before the LORD, for He is aroused from His holy habitation!”.

The book of Zechariah is a declaration of the end of the era and reign of darkness over God’s people. Day 260 is the beginning of a positive new day for those who fear God.

Day 260 is a Book of Ezra day in the sixth 49 days of the year. Ezra is the 15th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 15th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of Ezra is about the Proclamation of King Cyrus that ended the Babylonian captivity of the Jews; and released the Jews to return to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple; which the Babylonians had destroyed. They returned and began to rebuild the temple amid great opposition from the adversaries of Judah in the land. They triumphed and the building was completed. After the rebuilding of the physical temple, Ezra went to Jerusalem to rebuild the lives of the people spiritually.

In the first 10 books of the Bible, God revealed Himself as Creator and Caretaker. He chose those who aligned with His purpose for blessings; and reserved judgment for those who disregard Him. The first 10 books began with the creation and fall of the man in the image and likeness of God; and ended with the emergence of the man after God’s heart sitting on the throne of God’s choice nation. David was absolutely loyal to God. He gave himself for whatever God wanted. This is a day of aligning with God and becoming a man (woman) after His heart.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the collapse and end of expressions and manifestations of darkness in your  life and world. Decree that expressions of light will triumph in this first day of the 38th week. Today, make a quality decision to receive the word of the Lord and act on it without fear or doubts. Make a quality decision to walk in unconditional love. This is a day of sacrificial (tough) love. Today, seek alignment with God and His Word; through obedience, repentance, and prayer. On this day, in 2018, Syria downed Russia’s military plane and the fifteen-man crew perished. They hurt the allies thinking they were hurting Israel. No clear vision! Today, take time to hear from God. Do not act without His direction. Follow what He says or shows. Although the 38th season is a time of pressures, your loyalty to God and people must shine forth. Today, seek the Lord against disasters in the week. Call upon Him for mercy. Happy 260th Day!

BORN ON THIS DAY? Ecclesiastes 3: 2 says there is a time to be born. The day you were born was your day to be born – whether it came before or after the expected day. You came into this world at the right time. You were born in that season for a reason. All things show up when they are needed. Heaters are for cold seasons and air conditioners are for hot seasons. You were born on this day because the world needed you. You came as an answer to prayer. You were born to be part of the Creator’s solution to problems associated with the day of your birth. Although you came as a little baby, you were equipped with answers. A person’s day of birth is clue to understanding the person’s spiritual identity and the person’s mission on earth. You were born to be a change agent and a status quo breaker. As light was born to end the tyranny of darkness, you were born on this Book of Ezra day to bring certain challenges to an end. Day 259: The Mystery of September 16

Welcome to the 259th day of the year! Day 259 is the seventh and last day of the 37th week; the seventh day of the second week in the sixth 49 days; the fourteenth day in the sixth 49 days of the year. This is a seventh-season day.  It is September 16 (the 16th day of the ninth month) in a Clear Year; and September 15 in a Leap Year. The Bible patterns for understanding Day 259 are the 7th day of creation narrative, the 7th section of the 37th book of the Bible, and the 14th book and chapters of the Bible.

Day 259 is a seventh day of creation day. The seventh day or season is a divinely appointed season of rest. It is not just about resting physically but also about getting relief from yokes and burdens. God intended the season to be a season of freedom from laborious toil and struggles. It is a season healing and deliverance. It is a season when troubles end. The walls of Jericho fell after Israel marched around it once every day for six days; and seven times on the seventh day. Naaman was healed of leprosy after dipping himself seven times in River Jordan; by the command of Prophet Elisha. Jesus particularly chose the seventh day for His healing acts. The rest of the season is ‘rest in God’. It is the rest that comes from trusting God. The intention of God is to give rest, in the seventh season, to those who trust Him.

Psalms 37 speaks of this rest that comes from trusting God. Psalm 37:1-11 says, “Do not fret because of evildoers, Nor be envious of the workers of iniquity. [2] For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, And wither as the green herb. [3] Trust in the LORD, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. [4] Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. [5] Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. [6] He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday. [7] Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass. [8] Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret – it only causes harm. [9] For evildoers shall be cut off; But those who wait on the LORD, They shall inherit the earth. [10] For yet a little while and the wicked shall be no more; Indeed, you will look carefully for his place, But it shall be no more. [11] But the meek shall inherit the earth, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace”.

Day 259 is a Haggai 2:20-23 day. The last section of the 37th book of the Bible is applicable to the last day of the 37th week of the year. In this section of the book, the Lord speaks as a Savior taking up the battle of His people against their enemies. Haggai 2:20-23 says, “And again the word of the LORD came to Haggai on the twenty-fourth day of the month, saying, [21] “Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying: ‘I will shake heaven and earth. [22] I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms; I will destroy the strength of the Gentile kingdoms. I will overthrow the chariots And those who ride in them; The horses and their riders shall come down, Every one by the sword of his brother. [23] ‘In that day,’ says the LORD of hosts, ‘I will take you, Zerubbabel My servant, the son of Shealtiel,’ says the LORD, ‘and will make you like a signet ring; for I have chosen you,’ says the LORD of hosts.” The seventh-season day like Day 259 is a day of war and destruction against the enemies of the Lord; it’s a day of intervention and deliverance for the people of God. Day 259 is a day of the Lord’s battle.

Day 259 is a Book of Second Chronicles day in the sixth 49 days of the year. In this book, Solomon built and completed the temple of God. Israel had rest from war in the 40 years of Solomon’s reign. When Judah began to decline spiritually, God raised great kings in Asa, Jehoshaphat, Hezekiah, and Josiah, to lead the nation back to God. The last chapter of the book has both the account of the fall of Judah and the account of the restoration of Judah. The book ended with good news – the proclamation of Cyrus to free the Jews to return and rebuild the House of God in Jerusalem. Day 259 is a day of intervention and rest.

On this day in 2020, Israel signed a peace treaty with two Arab States – United Arab Emirate and Bahrain – at the White House. They took a stand for Israel’s rest.

Day 259 is a day of the last battle and ultimate triumph in the 37th week. The third 9 books of the N.T are books of correction, recovery, and restoration.

We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, raise a cry against wickedness; trust in the Lord, hope in Him, and take refuge in His grace and mercy. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. This is a day of “IT IS DONE”. Today, you will have pleasure by seeking the pleasure of God. Today, make it priority to honor God. Obey Him. If you missed it anywhere, repent and return to God. This is a day to go back to Bethel. Today, God will fight for you. Put your confidence in God and trust Him to take on your battles. The wicked may seem to be winning or to have won; but the Lord is at work to bring down the wicked. This is a day of divine intervention. Happy 259th day!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born in this season for a reason. The day you were born is clue to who you are and what you came to do in the world. Things happen in their time. Children are born in their times to be part of the Creator’s solution to problems associated with the day they were born – even problems that could have hindered you from being born. You were born on the seventh day of the 37th week because you were born to be a saviour and deliverer. You were born to give people rest from their troubles and struggles. How you do this depends on your field of labor – philanthropy, medicine, politics, religion, business and so on. Since you were born to free people from their struggles, the evil one will labor to surround you with distress so you will never rise to help others. The kingdom of darkness may tempt you to dishonor God with your life – so your life will become a battle ground. Do not live a self-centred life. Live your life to please God and have compassion for people. That is the secret of success for the September 16 baby. Day 258: The Mystery of September 15

Welcome to the 258th day of the year! Day 258 is the sixth day of the 37th week; the sixth day of the second week in the sixth 49 days; the thirteenth day in the sixth 49 days of the year. Day 258 is a sixth season day. It is September 15 in a Clear Year; and September 14 in a Leap Year. The Bible patterns for understanding Day 258 are the 6th day of creation narrative, the 6th section of the 37th book of the Bible, and the 13th book and chapters of the Bible.

Day 258 is a sixth day of creation day. On the sixth day of creation, God made man and land animals. He made man in Hs image and likeness and gave man authority to rule over all moving creatures. God blessed man with (1) fruitfulness and multiplication (2) Power to rule over all moving creatures (3) provision of herbs for food. The sixth season is the time to do the work and enjoy the provisions. 

In the sixth season, God measures men, seeking His image in them. In the sixth season, God makes those who express His heart and mind to stand as His representatives; and reacts against those who have fallen out of alignment. In the sixth chapter of Genesis, Noah was God’s image and representation; while the rest of the families of the earth, who were out of alignment, were marked for destruction. In the sixth book of the Bible, Joshua and Israel were the expression and representatives of God; while the Canaanite nations were out of alignment and set apart for judgment. 

The sixth day is a day of judgment. It is also a day of grace. The 37th chapter of Jeremiah is a good illustration for the sixth day of the 37th week. In that chapter, Jeremiah stood alone as the expression and representative of God. He had the word of the Lord for the season. Zedekiah, the princes of Judah, and their prophets and people, had gone out of alignment and were sentenced to judgment. They fought Jeremiah and resisted his words. They accused the prophet of defecting to the Babylonians; and of speaking against his country; and put him in jail. The king brought him out of the pit and favored him. He paid a great price for standing as God’s agent in a crooked generation; but he also found favor. Expressing the mind in the sixth attracts hatred. Joseph paid that price in Genesis 37. There, destiny drew the line between him and his brothers. The grace of God saved him from the hands of his wicked brothers. The key to expressing God in the sixth season like Day 258 is to hold on to God’s word and treasure it in your heart with all boldness and courage.

Day 258 is a Haggai 2:10-19 day. The sixth section of the 37th book of the Bible is applicable to the sixth day of the 37th week of the year. In this section of the 37th book, although the people had become defiled before and had faced judgment, the Lord said He would bless them because of their change of heart. Being out of alignment with God in a sixth season brings judgment. Returning to God in a sixth season brings blessings. Haggai 2:10-19 says, “On the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the LORD came by Haggai the prophet, saying, [11] “Thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘Now, ask the priests concerning the law, saying, [12] “If one carries holy meat in the fold of his garment, and with the edge he touches bread or stew, wine or oil, or any food, will it become holy?”‘” Then the priests answered and said, “No.” [13] And Haggai said, “If one who is unclean because of a dead body touches any of these, will it be unclean?” So the priests answered and said, “It shall be unclean.” [14] Then Haggai answered and said, “‘So is this people, and so is this nation before Me,’ says the LORD, ‘and so is every work of their hands; and what they offer there is unclean. [15] ‘And now, carefully consider from this day forward: from before stone was laid upon stone in the temple of the LORD- [16] since those days, when one came to a heap of twenty ephahs, there were but ten; when one came to the wine vat to draw out fifty baths from the press, there were but twenty. [17] I struck you with blight and mildew and hail in all the labors of your hands; yet you did not turn to Me,’ says the LORD. [18] ‘Consider now from this day forward, from the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, from the day that the foundation of the LORD’s temple was laid-consider it: [19] Is the seed still in the barn? As yet the vine, the fig tree, the pomegranate, and the olive tree have not yielded fruit. But from this day I will bless you.'” Day 258 is a day to return to God – His Word, His way, His will, and His blessings.

Day 258 is a book of First Chronicles day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of First Chronicles is the 13th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 13th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of First Chronicles is about returning to root, foundation, and basics. The first 9 chapters of the book is dedicated to genealogies and family trees. The first chapter opened with Adam. The 10th chapter is about the end of Saul’s life and reign. The focus of the book is David – the man after God’s heart. The narrative of David’s reign ran from the 11th chapter till the end of the book. As a 13th season, Day 258 is a day to give attention to your root and family tree; a day to return to our root in God. The 13th book and chapters reveal that it is s day of separation and placement. It is a day to be where you belong. It is day to separate wheat from chaff.

Day 258 is Ephesians – Philemon day in the 37th week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The sixth day of the week is the second day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the second nine books of the New Testament. Day 258 is a day to do warfare and thrive through instructions. The second 9 books of the N.T are mentoring books. The pastoral epistles of Paul are in this section. This section of the Bible is for “the preparation of the man of God”.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree distinction for the just, decree separation to God and to purpose, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. Today, show that your primary allegiance is to the God of Israel. You are made in the image and likeness of God. This is a day to commemorate and relive the creation of man in the image and likeness of God. Today, make your way back to the Lord. Even if you’re not a backslider, you can still get closer to the Lord. Today, stand out for God as His representative and look into your life, and look around, for things and areas that need to be conformed to God’s standards. Today, pray that the kingdom comes, by the word of God, to establish God’s will in your life, family, church, community, nation; and in the nations of the world. Happy 258th day!

PRAYER: Today, grant me Lord, to become the expression of Your mind and heart in all I do. Deliver me from the terror of those who are out of alignment with you.

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born in this season for a reason. All things happen in their time. Babies come into the world in their time. That is the reason Ecclesiastes 3:2 says there is a time to be born. All things come when they are needed. So, the day you were born is a clue to your identity and purpose. Every day has its problems and answers. You were born to be an answer to problems associated with your day of birth. This is a day of rebellion against God in the 37th week. So, it is a day of conflict between forces that express God and forces that express the evil one or nature. You were born on this to join God’s army in the war against evil. You were born to fight for God. The evil one will work hard to recruit you to fight or rebel against God. The kingdom of darkness will labor to pervert your purpose and confuse you to work against the purpose of your existence. Put yourself on God’s side. Stay in alignment with Him and His ways. Day 257: The Mystery of September 14

Welcome to the 257th day of the year. Day 257 is the fifth day of the 37th week; the fifth day of the second week in the sixth 49 days; the twelfth day in the sixth 49 days. It is September 14 in a clear year; and September 13 in a leap year. Day 257 is a fifth season day. The Bible patterns for understanding Day 257 are the fifth day of creation narrative, the fifth section of the 37th book of the Bible, and the 12th book and chapters of the Bible.

Day 257 is a fifth day of creation day. God began to make flesh and blood creatures (moving living things), and to bless creation, on the fifth day. In It is a departure day in the sixth 49 days. The 12th day (season) is a season of departures involving shifts, escapes, and deaths. The twelfth is a time of negative and positive departures. It is a season that must be manned properly to yield the greatest results. Otherwise, the twelfth season could turn into a season of disasters and negative departures. 

Day 257 is a new beginning in the 37th week. The vision-story of Ezekiel in the valley of dry bones is a good illustrations for a fifth day in a 37th week. Disaster had occurred in battle and many lives were wasted. Their dry bones were scattered all over the valley. God asked the prophet if the bones could live again. Ezekiel answered, “O Lord GOD, You know.” Then God commanded the prophet to speak His Word to the dry bones. God gives life to the dead in the fifth or twelfth seasons. He makes a way of escape in the fifth and twelfth seasons. Ezekiel obeyed and began to speak God’s word to the dry bones. The scattered bones came together and sinews and flesh came on the bones. But there was no Iife in them. God told him to command breath to enter the lifeless bodies from the four winds of the earth. Ezekiel prophesied “and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army”. Day 257 is a day to renew lives and hope. Day 257 is a season of revival. Day 257 is a season of restoration. 

Day 257 is book of Second Kings day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of Second Kings is the 12th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 12th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. In the 12th book of the Bible, both Elijah and Elisha performed mighty works with the spoken word and directive prophecy. Day 257 is therefore a day of the spoken. It is a day to declare the Word of the Lord. It is a day to work through words. Twice in this book, the dead came back to life – in the fourth chapter and in the 13th chapter. There were also miracles of healing and provision in the book; and they all happened by the spoken. Prophetic words and their fulfillment dominated the book. Day 257 is for prophesying and performing the Word of the Lord. It is a day of intervention by the word of the Lord. It is an Elisha-ministry day.

Day 257 is a Haggai 2:6-9 day. This fifth section of the 37th book of the Bible is applicable to the fifth day of the 37th week of the year. The fifth day is a new beginning. In this section of the 37th book, the prophet declares a glorious new beginning for the temple: “For thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; [7] and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the LORD of hosts. [8] ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the LORD of hosts. [9] ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the LORD of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the LORD of hosts.”

Day 257 is a Matthew – Galatians day in the 37th week. It is a day of the compassionate intervention of God. Every week is like a journey through the Bible having an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and expresses the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The fifth day of the week is the beginning of the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the first nine books of the New Testament. The first 9 books of the NT are about Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Church. The books are about the love and grace of God granting salvation and justification to humanity by faith. This is a day to enter experientially into the New Testament side of the week. It is a day of answers to prayers, fulfillment of prophecies, and delivery of promises. The New Testament side is the spiritual and deeper side. The New Testament side is the side of manifestation. The old has passed away; and the new has begun. Dreams for the week are expected to come to pass and promises should be fulfilled. Expect deliverance and divine intervention.

DECREE AND DECLARE: At creation, God spoke His will into each day. He made us in His image and likeness; and expects us to release His will into each day.  Decree this day that the flesh will not overtake the spirit in your life, family,, organization, and nation. Decree a change in the week and declare that today is the beginning of the New Testament side of the 33rd week. As a Book-of-Matthew day, decree that Emmanuel (God is with us) takes over. As a New Testament type day, decree that the love of God will overtake human error and failure. Today, submit to the spirit against the flesh. Walk in the spirit and make no room for the flesh. The fifth season is a season of giving spiritual interpretations to earthly manifestations. Today, make it your watchword to walk in the spirit and obey God’s Word. Walking in the spirit is the key to gaining all. Birds (representing the spirit) fly above and eat from the land, the sea, and the air. Today, cry out to God against oppression and for the pains in your life. Speak out also. Trust Him to intervene in your affairs and in the affairs of people around you. Determine to make a next-level move. It’s time to shift base in the spirit! Today, put yourself on the side of blessing by choosing obedience instead of curses by choosing disobedience. Today, I declare a new beginning over you in the name of Jesus Christ. Expect it. Happy 257th day.

ON THIS DAY IN 2023

 A United Airlines jet headed to Rome, carrying 270 passengers and 14 crew members, turned around less than an hour into the flight and descended rapidly after what the airline termed an indication of possible loss of cabin pressure.

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born on this day for a reason. You came to be part of the Creator’s solution to problems associated with this day. You were born on this day because of who you are and the mission you came to fulfill. The day you were born speaks volumes about your spiritual identity and purpose. The 14th day of the 9th month (Day 257) is a day of intervention. It is a day when helpers and saviours are needed. You are a helper to humanity. You were born and spiritually endowed to intervene. The evil one will fight to overwhelm you with problems so that you will never have space to think of others. The kingdom of darkness will fight to make you a problem instead of the helper you were born to be. You must keep your eyes on your ordination. Build a strong connection and relationship with the Almighty God and His Christ Jesus. He will intervene in your life and make you His channel of intervention to others. Refuse to be a channel of troubles and problems into the lives of others. You were born to be an Elisha or saviour to your world. Today, give thanks to God for your life. Seek God and look around for how He may use you to intervene in the lives of others. Happy birthday!

Day 256: The Mystery of September 13

Welcome to the 256th day of the year! Day 256 is the fourth day of the 37th week; the fourth day of the second week in the sixth 49 days; and the eleventh day in the sixth 49 days of the year. This is a fourth-season day. It’s September 13 in a clear year and September 12 in a leap year. The Bible patterns for understanding Day 256 are the fourth day of creation narrative, the fourth section of the 37th book of the Bible, and the eleventh book and chapters of the Bible. 

Day 256 is a fourth day of creation day. On the fourth day, God created the luminaries to be for light and signs and seasons; and to divide and rule the day and the night; darkness and light. God made luminaries on the fourth day because the fourth season is a fight-back season for darkness, confusion and disorder. The luminaries put a check on darkness, confusion, and disorder. The fourth season is a bridge-season. Darkness seeks to overrun people in their fourth seasons; and in the fourth seasons of life. The fourth book and chapters of the Bible attest to this. Israel divided into two kingdoms in the season of the fourth king. The adversaries of Judah are mentioned in the fourth chapters of Ezra and Nehemiah. The temptations of Jesus are recorded in the fourth chapters of Matthew and Luke. The persecution of the early church started in Acts 4. Many of those who came out of Egypt perished in the fourth book of the Bible. The fourth season is a time to resist and withstand the incursions and infiltration of darkness, confusion, and disorder – coming through men, circumstances, or spirits. Day 256 is a day to lift up a standard against Darkness and deception.

The intimidating stance of Sennacherib in Isaiah 37 illustrates what could be a fourth season experience in a 37th week. Darkness, operating through Sennacherib wanted to overrun Hezekiah and Judah. Fear could have defeated Hezekiah and Judah; but the king found help by going to the prophet and by humbling himself to seek God in prayer at the House of God. Prophets are fourth-season people. They are spiritual luminaries in a season of spiritual darkness (by the words they speak). The fourth-seven books of the Bible (Song of songs – Hosea) are prophetic books. The house of God; which is the house of prayer, is a great channel of help in the fourth season. In prayer, we access the Light that drives darkness away; because God is Light. Hezekiah used a combination of prophetic ministry (ministry of the word) and prayer to access the help he needed. When Hezekiah consulted the prophet, he received the word; after he prayed, he also received the word. The Word is Light; and light is the answer to darkness. If the word takes its place in our hearts, fear and anxiety can have no place in us.

Day 256 is a Haggai 2: 1-5 day. Haggai is the 37th book of the Bible; and the fourth section of the 37th book is applicable to the fourth day of the 37th week. The word that came from the prophet in this passage came on the 21st day of the 7th month; to prepare them to move into the fourth week of the seventh from the next day. Haggai 2:1-5 says, “In the seventh month, on the twenty-first of the month, the word of the LORD came by Haggai the prophet, saying: [2] “Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to the remnant of the people, saying: [3] ‘Who is left among you who saw this temple in its former glory? And how do you see it now? In comparison with it, is this not in your eyes as nothing? [4] Yet now be strong, Zerubbabel,’ says the LORD; ‘and be strong, Joshua, son of Jehozadak, the high priest; and be strong, all you people of the land,’ says the LORD, ‘and work; for I am with you,’ says the LORD of hosts. [5] ‘According to the word that I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt, so My Spirit remains among you; do not fear!’  The word from Haggai was a word of comfort and reassurance; because fear and discouragement attack men’s heart in the fourth seasons of life. Think of how weary and discouraged Israel was in the fourth book of the Bible. On this 256th day of the day, be strong and do not be afraid.

Day 256 is a Book-of-First-Kings day. The book of First Kings is the eleventh book of the Bible; and is applicable to the eleventh day in the sixth 49 days of the year. In this book, although Israel advanced economically and socially, she declined spiritually and politically. In this book, the nation split into two and had two kings; idol worship was legitimized, and prophets rose to confront. Elijah rose in this season to confront the darkness seeking to overtake the land. Day 256 is a season for both prophetic comfort and confrontation. Today, refuse to fear or be discouraged by anything. Speak a word of encouragement, comfort, and reassurance to a weary hear.

Day 256 is Obadiah – Malachi day in the 37th week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The fourth day of the week is the day closing the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the last nine books of the Old Testament. Day 256 is the bridge-day leading to the New Testament side of the 34th week. The books of ‘the minor prophets’ are part of the last 9 books of the O.T. They are about judgment and promises of restoration. Day 256 is the day of the dominion of the Voice of God in the nations. 

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, raise your voice against wickedness and oppression wherever it is found. Prophesy! Prophesy!! Prophesy!!! Today, also pray to be more sensitive in the spirit; to pick up necessary signals that would help you triumph over the enemy and keep darkness away. Today, pray to be delivered from falling into temptation. Pray to be preoccupied with the person of God; and to be focused on His mandate and His revealed purpose for your life. Be careful to weigh every decision in light of God’s purpose for your life; and God’s purpose for the time. Today, proclaim an end to woes and declare the dawn of a new day in the fifth 49 days. Today,  as you seek God in prayer and in the word, stand on the Word. Darkness cannot cross the Light-line. Happy 256th day.

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born in this season for a reason. Everything has its time. People are born in their seasons. That is the reason Ecclesiastes 3 says there is a time to be born. A time to be born is when the earth cries for you and what you’re endowed with. As rain falls when it’s needed, people are born when the earth needs them. The season of your birth speaks volumes about who you are and why you exist. You were born on this day because you’re part of the Creator’s solution to problems associated with this day. It’s unfortunate that some who are born to be solutions end up becoming problems. This fourth day of the week is a day when wisdom and discernment is needed. It is a day to be guided by divine light. You were born to be light. You were born to be a guiding light in time of darkness. You were born to show the way and deliver people from mistakes and stumbling. You should be an embodiment of wisdom but the evil one will fight hard to see you are trapped in darkness and by foolishness. To prosper in your ordination, you should be a student and disciple of the Wisdom of God. You should be a follower of the ways of God. If you are not connected to the Light, you cannot give light. Today, give thanks to God for your life and make a commitment to be in alignment, daily, with the Wisdom of God. Happy birthday!

Day 255: The Mystery of September 12

Welcome to the 255th day of the year! Day 255 is the third day of the 37th week; the third day of the second week in the sixth 49 days; the tenth day in the sixth 49 days. Day 255 is a third-season day. The Bible patterns for understanding Day 255 are the third day of creation narrative, the third section of the 37th book of the Bible, and the tenth book and chapters of the Bible. 

Day 255 is a third day of creation day. On the third day of creation, God overthrew and contained the waters over the dry ground; and gave the dry ground opportunity to manifest, become productive, and fulfill its purpose. This is a day of battle oppressive and dysfunctional platforms. It is a season of raising new, useful, empowering, sustaining, and credible, platforms. God raises sustaining platforms in the third season. God brought forth the earth on the third day of creation. The Levites and priests of Israel were descendants of the third son of Jacob. They were spiritual sustainers of the nation. Their story is in the third book of the Bible. The third book and chapters of the Bible reveal that God calls platform-men, and raises human platforms, in the third season. On this third day of the 37th week, believe God to raise platforms of deliverance. This is a day of new platforms. In Genesis 37, God moved Joseph to Egypt because his father’s house had become a toxic platform and because Egypt would be the new platform for this platform-person. Joseph was a platform-person. God used him to save Egypt and his own family. Today, thank God for the platform people that would be born, revealed, enlightened, promoted, transferred to begin to take their places in this week.

Day 255 is a Haggai 1: 12-15 day. Haggai is the 37th book of the Bible. The third section of the 37th book of the Bible is applicable to the 3rd day of the 37th week. The third day is a day of action. It is a day of receiving the word and acting on it. Haggai 1:12-15 says, “Then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, with all the remnant of the people, obeyed the voice of the LORD their God, and the words of Haggai the prophet, as the LORD their God had sent him; and the people feared the presence of the LORD. [13] Then Haggai, the LORD’s messenger, spoke the LORD’s message to the people, saying, “I am with you, says the LORD.” [14] So the LORD stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and worked on the house of the LORD of hosts, their God, [15] on the twenty-fourth day of the sixth month, in the second year of King Darius”.  Day 255 is for stepping out to act on the word for the week. God demands compliance and obedience on the third day and in third seasons. It is a day to hear and do. It is a day to act on divine direction or instruction. 

Why did they resume the work on the house of God in this season? The house of God is a platform for good in the 37th season. In Exodus 37, Bezalel and the other artisans were engaged in the work of the tabernacle. In Isaiah 37, Hezekiah obtained help by going to pray against Sennacherib in the house of God. In the 37th book of the Bible, Haggai, God drew the attention of God’s people back to the House of God they needed to build and complete. The house of God is a sustaining platform in a season uncertainties. No other ground is worthy. You are the house of God. Prepare to house Him today.

Day 255 is a book of Second Samuel day. The second book of Samuel is the tenth book of the Bible; and is applicable to Day 255 (the tenth day in the sixth 49 days of the year).  In this book, God overthrew the enemies of David and settled him. The tenth book and chapters of the Bible reveal that God answers prayer in the 10th season. He answered David in the tenth book of the Bible. He answered Joshua in the tenth chapter of Joshua. He answered Cornelius in Acts 10. Day 255 is a 10th day season; and is a day of answers to prayers. He will answer you today! 

Day 255 is Ecclesiastes – Amos Day in the 37th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The third day of the week is the third day in the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the third 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the third 10 books of the Bible, God sent His prophets to speak to the people. They confronted the people, warned them against judgment, comforted the faithful, and brought judgment on the arrogant. The third day is for the overthrow of the rebellious and establishment of the humble and just. How you fare in this season depends on your attitude and response to the word of God. This is a day of prophetic confrontation and judgment.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. This is a day of manifestation. Do not be afraid to take a stand for the Lord. It is a season to come out of hiding and obscurity. It is a day to overthrow oppression and the oppressor. It is a day to establish the humble. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, be ready to hear His voice and respond by faith. Expect breakthrough. Be willing to sacrifice. Walk by faith! This is a day of breakthrough and pushing through barriers in the 37th week. This is a day of unveiling. It is a day of answers to prayers.

Today, pray for the overthrow of dysfunctional systems in the nations and in the church. Pray that God will make a way for the manifestation of hidden platforms and producers. Pray also that the forgotten functional people and things be remembered, recognized, and restored. Today, remember that when God delivers and manifests, it is for service and production. Do not consume His mercy on your lust. On this third day of the 37th week (of deliverance from death), the oppressor will go down and the humble shall be delivered. Happy 255th day!!!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born in a season for a reason. The day of birth is a pointer to identity and purpose. It says something about who you are and why you are here. The law of times and seasons ensures that things come when they are needed – when they are answers to problems. The day a child is born is the day the child is needed to fill a vacuum. Moses was born when his people needed, and cried for, a deliverer. So, you were born in your time. You were born to be part of God’s solution to problems associated with the day you were born. This is a day when reliable solid platforms are needed. Dry ground (earth) manifested on the third day. This is a day when life preservers and sustainers are needed. You were born to be a platform for sustaining life. The evil one will want you dead or to be an agent of death. The kingdom of darkness will want you to be a carrier of sin and death instead of righteousness and life. You were born to have unquestioning submission to God rather than spend your life in rebellion against God. Today, give thanks to God for your life and consecrate yourself to Him to life for the life of others. You came “that they may live”. God will use you to strengthen and sustain others. You are water, dry ground, and vegetation to your world. Happy birthday!
