Day 274 is a First-day of creation day in the 40th week. On the first day of creation, God created light and used it to displace darkness. Darkness is an agent of fear, deception, and error. Darkness blinds, confuses, and misleads. Light represents God, His Word, Knowledge, and Truth. Light makes you see things the way they are. Light reveals reality. The first season is a season of revelation that takes confusion away.

Day 274 is a Matthew 1-4 day in the 40th week. Matthew is the 40th book of Bible and holds the pattern for the 40th book of the year. Every day of the week expresses four chapters of the book. The first four chapters of Matthew are applicable to the first day of the 40th week. The first four chapters of the book are about his genealogy, birth childhood, baptism, temptation, and beginning of public ministry. The chapters are about a new beginning and the triumph of light over darkness. The first chapter presents to us the birth of Light in Jesus. It also shows how Joseph was delivered from the power of mental darkness. Joseph was confused by Mary’s story of supernatural conception and wanted to put her away secretly. God appeared to him in a dream and told him to not put Mary away because the Holy Spirit was responsible for her conception. With that light and revelation Joseph was delivered from the mistaken thought of putting Mary away. This is a day to believe God to give light to those who are in darkness; and are confused or in doubt about the truth. In the second chapter, Jesus escaped death at the hands of Herod. In the third chapter, Jesus was declared to be the Son of God at baptism. This revelation of His identity in the third chapter is the Light that birthed His public ministry. In the fourth chapter, Jesus overcame the temptations of Jesus in the wilderness and began His public ministry as Light to the world. This is a day of triumph over darkness. It is a day of new beginning.

Day 274 is a book of Joel day in the sixth 49 days of the year.  The book of Joel is the 29th book of the Bible. The book of Joel is the Prophet’s call to prayer and repentance for the disasters in the land. The book ends with God’s promise to pour out His Spirit upon all flesh. Day 274 is the first day of the tenth month. The first day of every month is significant. It belongs to God. God is First and the first belongs to Him. Further, the first day of the tenth month is for the manifestation of what is hidden and uncovered. Genesis 8:5 says, “And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month. In the tenth month, on the first day of the month, the tops of the mountains were seen”. It is a day to remove covering so that what had been hidden will be seen. It is also a day to begin solving problems. Ezra 10:16 says, “Then the descendants of the captivity did so. And Ezra the priest, with certain heads of the fathers’ households, were set apart by the fathers’ households, each of them by name; and they sat down on the first day of the tenth month to examine the matter”.

Day 274 is a Genesis – Second Samuel day in the 40th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The first day of the week is the beginning of the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the first 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the first 10 books of the Bible, God revealed Himself as Creator and Caretaker. He chose those who aligned with His purpose for blessings; and reserved judgment for those who disregard Him. The first 10 books began with the creation and fall of the man in the image and likeness of God; and ended with the emergence of the man after God’s heart sitting on the throne of God’s choice nation. David was absolutely loyal to God. He gave himself for whatever God wanted. This is a day of aligning with God and becoming a man (woman) after His heart.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the collapse and end of expressions and manifestations of darkness in your  life and world. Decree that expressions of light will triumph in this first day of the week. Today, make a quality decision to receive the word of the Lord and act on it without fear or doubts. Make a quality decision to walk in unconditional love. This is a day of sacrificial (tough) love. Today, take time to hear from God. Do not act without His direction. Follow what He says or shows. Today, seek the Lord against disasters in the week as you come into alignment. Pray against mass death and mass burial today. Call upon God for mercy. Happy 274th Day!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born on this day for a reason. The day a person is born says a lot about the identity and purpose of the person. People are born to be part of God’s solution to problems associated with the day they are born. This is a day of good news and a day to forestall evil news. The kingdom of darkness will want to make it a day of evil news. You were born on this day to be a channel of good news and a restrainer of evil news. How you fulfill this purpose will depend on your field of endeavour and the opportunities open to you. The evil one will want to make you a carrier, subject or embodiment of evil news. The evil one will want to recruit you to be an agent or cause of evil news. The kingdom of darkness will want to pervert your purpose in the plan of God. Instead of an agent of light you were made to be, Satan wants you to work for darkness. You need to reject that. You were born for Light. You were born to be devoted to God and His cause. Day 273 is a seventh-day-of-creation day in the 39th week. God ended His work of creation on the seventh day and rested. He intended His seventh day rest to be a pattern for man – to usher men into rest in their seventh seasons. When God rested on the seventh day, it wasn’t because He was tired. He did it for the blessing of those who would trust in Him. The seventh season, in the evil calendar, is for dishonoring God, harassing men, and keeping them restless with burdens and pain. God rested on the seventh day to make the seventh season a season of bringing the ‘un-resting’ and restless men into rest. This is the reason Jesus chose to heal on the Sabbath. That is the reason Jericho fell on the seventh day of marching around it; the seventh time. That is the reason Elisha told leprous Naaman to dip himself in Jordan seven times; and he was healed after taking seventh dip. 

This seventh day of the 39th week is the day to rest from the toils and struggles of the week. It is the day to be delivered from the darkness of the week. The enemy would want the struggles to continue. He would have loved the 39th chapter of Genesis to end with Joseph still in Portiphar’s house. So, the rest of the seventh season must be imposed and enforced. Jesus had to heal on the seventh day though the Jews objected to it and opposed him. The rest of the seventh season must be imposed and enforced! 

In the 39th chapter of Isaiah, the healing of Hezekiah was imposed. He was sick and close to death. God even told him he would die. When he cried to God, his life was extended by 15 years. In Jeremiah 39, the land of Judah was given rest from pollution. 

The key to entering the rest of the season is faith. Hebrews 4:3 says, “For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: “So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest,'” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world”.

Day 273 is a book of Hosea day in the sixth 49 days. As the 28th book of the Bible, Hosea is applicable to the 28th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. In the 28th book of the Bible, God commanded Hosea to marry a harlot and raise children from her. He did; and though the woman was unfaithful to him. God told the prophet to treat his wife better than she deserved. God wanted to use the prophet’s experience to teach him the meaning of love; and help him understand God’s relationship with Israel. It was not a relationship based on Israel’s performance but on God’s love and faithfulness. Israel was secure in God’s love. Day 273 is not a day of performance but of appropriation. It is by faith that people enter into the rest God intends for the seventh season. This 273rd day is the end of the Old Testament side of the sixth 49 days. In every 49-day (seven-week) season, the first 28 days constitute the Old Testament side ; and the remaining 21 days constitute the New Testament side. So, the Old Testament side of the 6th forty-nine days of the year is ending today. It should end with tokens of the grace and unconditional love of God.

Day 273 is a Malachi 4 day in the 39th week of the year. The seventh section of the 39th book are applicable to the seventh day of the 39th week of the year. The seventh is God’s end-point. It is for some a season of blessing; and for others, a season of judgment. Day 273 is a season of adjustment on earth to forestall reaction from heaven. Day 273 is a day of turning hearts to one another – children to parents; and spouses to each other. Malachi 4:1-6 says, “For behold, the day is coming, Burning like an oven, And all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble. And the day which is coming shall burn them up,” Says the LORD of hosts, “That will leave them neither root nor branch. [2] But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings; And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves. [3] You shall trample the wicked, For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet On the day that I do this,” Says the LORD of hosts. [4] “Remember the Law of Moses, My servant, Which I commanded him in Horeb for all Israel, With the statutes and judgments. [5] Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD. [6] And he will turn The hearts of the fathers to the children, And the hearts of the children to their fathers, Lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.” Day 273 is the end of the 39th week of the year. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, raise a cry against wickedness; trust in the Lord, hope in Him, and take refuge in His grace and mercy. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. This is a day of “IT IS DONE”. Today, you will have pleasure by seeking the pleasure of God. Today, make it priority to honor God. Obey Him. If you missed it anywhere, repent and return to God. This is a day to go back to Bethel. Today, I call you to believe that what God said, He would do. As you believe His word, go to rest and leave the performance of God’s word in God’s hands. Day 273 is the end of the Old Testament side of the 39th week, the sixth 49 days, and the year. Declare that the Old Testament side of the year has ended. Celebrate! On this day in 1960, the eve of Nigeria’s independence day, the British Government congratulated Nigeria, through the Prime Minister, Tafawa Balewa, for her freedom from colonization. BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born on this day for a reason. The day a person is born is key to understanding the identity, purpose and mission of that person. Ecclesiastes 3 says there is a day to be born. That means you couldn’t have been born any other day. Why were you born on this day? It is to announce that the season of waiting and pain is over. You were born to end pain and tears. You were born to end struggles. You were born to save and deliver the distressed. You were born to close old and uncomfortable chapters of people’s lives. You were born to wipe tears away from the eyes of those going through hard times. This is your ordination. The kingdom of darkness would want you to be in endless distress or be a channel of endless distress in the lives of people. Refuse to go that direction. You were made for joy. You need the presence and power of God with you to be able to stand strongly in your ordination. To enjoy that, you must be an untiring pursuer of God’s pleasure. Day 272 is a sixth day of creation day in the 39th week. On the sixth day of creation, God made land animals and man. He made man in His image and likeness; and gave man authority over the sea-air-and-earth-creatures. The sixth season is about the godly and the base; the righteous and the wicked; the spiritual and the carnal; the wise and the foolish; the holy and the profane. In Genesis 6, God distinguished Noah and his family from the rest of men. In the sixth book of the Bible, God distinguished between Israel and the Canaanites. It is a season to distinguish the irrational from the rational; the base from the spiritual; and the animalistic from the humane.  

Day 272 is a book of Daniel day in the sixth 49 days of the year. As the 27th book of the Bible, the Book of Daniel is applicable to the 27th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. In the book of Daniel, the Hebrew young men were distinguished from their Babylonian counterparts. The sixth season is a sorting season that separates those who trust in God and those who patronize idols.  It is a season when the humble are saved and promoted while the wicked and proud are destroyed. In the 27th book of the Bible, Daniel had such alignment with heaven that made it possible for him to have access to heavenly secrets. Daniel saw the future and the end in his days. Day 272 is a day to excel through godliness. It is a day of moving into your place in life by giving God His place in your life.

Day 272 is a Malachi 3: 8-18 day in the 39th week. The sixth section of the 39th book is applicable to the sixth day of the 39th week. Day 272 is a God and man day. Malachi 3:8-18 says, “Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, ‘In what way have we robbed You?’ In tithes and offerings. [9] You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation. [10] Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the LORD of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. [11] “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,” Says the LORD of hosts; [12] “And all nations will call you blessed, For you will be a delightful land,” Says the LORD of hosts. Day 272 is a day to recognize and give God His rights. Those who rob God in this season are courting trouble.

The second 9 books of the N.T are mentoring books. The pastoral epistles of Paul are in this section. This section of the Bible is for “the preparation of the man of God”.

We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. Today, show that your primary allegiance is to the God of Israel. You are made in the image and likeness of God. This is a day to commemorate and relive the creation of man in the image and likeness of God. Today, make your way back to the Lord. Even if you are not a backslider, you can still get closer to the goal of expressing the Lord – as His image and likeness. Today, stand out for God as His representative. Look into your life, and look around, for things and areas that need to be conformed to God’s standards. Today, pray that the kingdom comes, by the word of God, to establish God’s will in your life, family, church, community, nation; and in the nations of the world. Today, take a stand for God even if it means standing alone. Give Him His place in your life; and He will take you to your place in life. Ask the Lord to help you stand out for Him today. Have a happy and tremendously fruitful 272nd day! 

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born today for a reason. You were born for the troubles and problems of this day as light comes because of darkness. Your day cried out for you as the dry ground cries our rain in a hot season. You were born on this day because of who you are, what you are endowed with, and the purpose you are destined to fulfill. There couldn’t have been a better day for you to arrive this world because the problems of this day yearned for the answer in you. Every day has its people needs. This is a day of vacancies for people who would represent God on earth – in families, communities, organizations, workplaces, institutions and cities. You came to fill one of those vacancies. You were born to subdue evil and wickedness. The evil one will want you to be a victim or agent of wickedness. The kingdom of darkness will want you to be on the same side with the ungodly. If you go thàt way, you would be walking out from your ordination. To walk your ordained path, you must give unreserved attention to God’s word and live by it. You were born to be God’s agent. How you fulfill this calling depends on the field of endeavour you are labouring in. The 5th section of the 39th book of the Bible.

Day 271 is a fifth day of creation day in the 39th week. On the fifth day, God furnished the waters with living creatures – fish and sea creatures. He also made the birds of the air. Those creatures have eyes on both sides of their heads. The fifth day of creation was the beginning of the manifestation of flesh and blood creatures on planet earth. Sensory perception, voice sound, and movement, all began on the fifth day. But the creatures of the fifth day either go deep into the waters or fly above the waters and across the firmament. So, in the fifth season, men are either immersed in the waters of the flesh or soaring in the firmament of the spirit. The key to success in the fifth season is to walk in the spirit instead of being caught in the trap of the flesh. It is a season of balanced decision making. Birds fly and fish swim through balance. Spiritually minded people are balanced people. They live in the world of flesh but walk in the spirit. God began to bless His creatures on the fifth day of creation. The fifth season is a season of blessings but the enemy would want it to be a seasons of woes, disasters, and tears. God made it to be a season of life but the enemy would want it to be a season of destruction and death.

In a 39th week of tests and trials, the fifth day is a day of change. It is a turnaround day for those who trust in God; and a day of disasters for those who disregard or despise God. Ezekiel 39 is a good turnaround scripture for the fifth day of the 39th week. In this chapter, the prophet spoke of the judgment of Gog and of the restoration of the house of Jacob: 

THE DESTRUCTION OF GOG

Ezekiel 39:1-10 says,  “And you, son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal; [2] and I will turn you around and lead you on, bringing you up from the far north, and bring you against the mountains of Israel. [3] Then I will knock the bow out of your left hand, and cause the arrows to fall out of your right hand. [4] You shall fall upon the mountains of Israel, you and all your troops and the peoples who are with you; I will give you to birds of prey of every sort and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. [5] You shall fall on the open field; for I have spoken,” says the Lord GOD. [6] “And I will send fire on Magog and on those who live in security in the coastlands. Then they shall know that I am the LORD. [7] So I will make My holy name known in the midst of My people Israel, and I will not let them profane My holy name anymore. Then the nations shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel. [8] Surely it is coming, and it shall be done,” says the Lord GOD. “This is the day of which I have spoken. [9] “Then those who dwell in the cities of Israel will go out and set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and bucklers, the bows and arrows, the javelins and spears; and they will make fires with them for seven years. [10] They will not take wood from the field nor cut down any from the forests, because they will make fires with the weapons; and they will plunder those who plundered them, and pillage those who pillaged them,” says the Lord GOD”.

THE RESTORATION OF ISRAEL

Ezekiel 39:21-29 says, “I will set My glory among the nations; all the nations shall see My judgment which I have executed, and My hand which I have laid on them. [22] So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day forward. [23] The Gentiles shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity; because they were unfaithful to Me, therefore I hid My face from them. I gave them into the hand of their enemies, and they all fell by the sword. [24] According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions I have dealt with them, and hidden My face from them.”‘ [25] “Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: ‘Now I will bring back the captives of Jacob, and have mercy on the whole house of Israel; and I will be jealous for My holy name- [26] after they have borne their shame, and all their unfaithfulness in which they were unfaithful to Me, when they dwelt safely in their own land and no one made them afraid. [27] When I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them out of their enemies’ lands, and I am hallowed in them in the sight of many nations, [28] then they shall know that I am the LORD their God, who sent them into captivity among the nations, but also brought them back to their land, and left none of them captive any longer. [29] And I will not hide My face from them anymore; for I shall have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,’ says the Lord GOD.”

Day 271 is a Malachi 3:1-7 day in the 39th week. Malachi 3:1-7 is the fifth section of the 39th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the fifth day of the 39th week. In this section of the book, God speaks of sending His messenger ahead of the day of the Lord. This is a day of sending and going and of coming and returning (mobility). It is a day of offerings and of judgment. The fifth is the beginning of, and preparation for, the end. What God began on the fifth day, He perfected on the sixth day. The fifth book of the Bible was preparatory for what would happen in the sixth book of the Bible. The fifth is preparation for war in the sixth. Malachi 3:1-7 says,  “Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the Messenger of the covenant, In whom you delight. Behold, He is coming,” Says the LORD of hosts. [2] “But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire And like launderers’ soap. Judgment comes in the fifth season when the messenger of God is disregarded.

Day 270 is a fourth day of creation day in the 39th week. The fourth season is a fight-back season for darkness. That was the reason God created lluminaries on the fourth day after He had said “let there be light” on the first day. That is the reason temptations, tests, trials, troubles, persecutions, disasters, are recorded in the fourth book and chapters of the Bible. Israel’s greatest troubles en-route Canaan are recorded in the fourth book of the Bible. The adversaries of Judah appeared in the fourth chapters of Ezra and Nehemiah. The temptations of Jesus are recorded in the fourth chapters of Matthew and Luke. The persecution of the Church began in the fourth chapter of Acts.

Joseph was tempted in Genesis 39 and Hezekiah in Isaiah 39. In the fourth season, darkness fights back to regain control, obscure reality, deceive those without discernment; and destroy eventually. The enemy hopes to make the fourth season a season of pain, tears, and lamentations. This is a week of allegations, accusations, charges, defenses, and verdicts. The 39th book of the Bible, Malachi, is about God’s five-count charge against Israel, Israel’s denials and demand for proof, and God’s verdicts (Malachi 1:2, 6, 7; 2: 17; 3:8).

The third section of the 39th book of the Bible. 

Day 269 is a third day of creation day in the 39th week of the year. On the third day, God delivered the earth from the dominion of the waters; granted ‘resurrection’ to the dry ground; and established her as a solid platform for all manner operations. On the same day, He commanded the dry ground to give birth to vegetation. This is a day of overthrow and manifestation. It is a day for the revelation and unveiling of the hidden and obscure. Day 269 is a bad day for the wicked and the oppressive. It is a day of deliverance from death. God’s intention for this day is to frustrate death by snatching away would-have-been victims. Those who are not spiritually sensitive today may stretch their hands to welcome death as Adam and Eve did in the third chapter of Genesis.

Day 269 is a book of Jeremiah day in the sixth seven weeks of the year. As a prophet to the nations, and coming from a priestly background, the mission and mandate ofJeremiah was to root out some nations; and then, plant some other nations. He was called to overthrow some kingdoms and cause ofThis is a day to overthrow forces in some nations and establish some other forces. Day 268 was a day of making way where none existed; but Day 269 is for giving opportunity to people and things that have had none; or that have lacked opportunity for expression. On this third-season day, Heaven will upset the status quo to give platform to those who have little or no platform-chances. 

In Jeremiah 39, Judah was overthrown. Babylon was favored and became the new platform for the emergence of a new generation of Jews who would return to rebuild Jerusalem. The reason for the overthrow of the third season is not just the dismantling of ‘dysfunctionalism’ but also to make room for things and people that had been in obscurity. The captivity of Judah exposed Daniel, Ezekiel, Mordecai, Ezra, Nehemiah, Shedrack, Meshach, and Abednego, and others, to the world. We would never have known them if the captivity had not happened. 

Day 269 is a Malachi 2:1-9 day in the 39th week. Malachi is the 39th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 39th week of the year. The third section of this book is applicable to the third day of the 39th week. In this section of the book, the prophet focuses on a priesthood that had become dysfunctional and needed to be overthrown. Malachi 2:1-9 says, “And now, O priests, this commandment is for you. [2] If you will not hear, And if you will not take it to heart, To give glory to My name,” Says the LORD of hosts, “I will send a curse upon you, And I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, Because you do not take it to heart. [3] “Behold, I will rebuke your descendants And spread refuse on your faces, The refuse of your solemn feasts; And one will take you away with it. [4] Then you shall know that I have sent this commandment to you, That My covenant with Levi may continue,” Says the LORD of hosts. [6] The law of truth was in his mouth, And injustice was not found on his lips. He walked with Me in peace and equity, And turned many away from iniquity. [8] But you have departed from the way; You have caused many to stumble at the law. You have corrupted the covenant of Levi,” Says the LORD of hosts. Day 269 is for the overthrow and displacement of dysfunctional people and systems. As one goes, another comes. A day of overthrow for one thing, is a day of establishment for another thing. 

Day 269 is Ecclesiastes – Amos Day in the 39th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The third day of the week is the third day in the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the third 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the third 10 books of the Bible, God sent His prophets to speak to the people. They confronted the people, warned them against judgment, comforted the faithful, and brought judgment on the arrogant. The third day is for the overthrow of the rebellious and establishment of the humble and just. How you fare in this season depends on your attitude and response to the word of God. This is a day of prophetic confrontation and judgment.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. This is a day of manifestation. Do not be afraid to take a stand for the Lord. It is a season to come out of hiding and obscurity. It is a day to overthrow oppression and the oppressor. It is a day to establish the humble. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, be ready to hear His voice and respond by faith. Expect breakthrough. Be willing to sacrifice. Walk by faith! This is a day of breakthrough and pushing through barriers in the 34th week. This is a day of unveiling. It is a day of answers to prayers. Today, pray for the overthrow of dysfunctional systems in the nations and in the church. Pray that God will make a way for the manifestation of hidden platforms and producers. Pray also that the forgotten functional people and things be remembered, recognized, and restored. Today, remember that when God delivers and manifests, it is for service and production. Do not consume His mercy on your lust. On this third day of the 39th week of vengeance and mercy, the oppressor will go down and the humble shall be delivered. Today, believe God for a breakthrough. The second section of the 39th book of the Bible. 

Day 268 is a second day of creation day in the 39th week. On the second day of creation, God made the firmament to thwart and divide the waters. That day, He made way where there was no way. A second day of creation season is a time to say a loud ‘No’ to oppressive monopolies and controlling powers. 

Genesis 39 is a good illustration of what could happen on the second day of the 39th week. Joseph did the best he could in the house of his master, Portiphar; yet he ended up in jail; because of victimization. His master’s wife cast lustful eyes on him, made lustful advances and invited him to herself; but Joseph refused. Joseph tried to get her to reason but she was overcome by passion. She caught his clothes and seized him but he ran out and left his clothes in her hands. This became an exhibit against him. She raised her voice, in alarm, against Joseph. She kept Joseph’s clothes until her husband returned.  She accused Joseph before her husband. Portiphar was angered by the story and threw Joseph into a special state-VIP-prison. The Lord was with him and made way for him where there was no way. It was Joseph’s NO in this chapter that moved him forward.

Day 268 is a Book of Isaiah day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The 23rd book of the Bible is applicable to the 23rd day in the sixth 49 days of the year. In the 23rd book of the Bible, Isaiah was light to Judah when moral and spiritual darkness threatened to overtake her. He was the monopoly-breaker when Sennacherib rose against Judah. The word of prophecy in his mouth disabled the Assyrian king and his evil purposes. This is also a Psalm-23 day. Psalm 23 is light for those who walk in darkness. Day 268 is a day to rise against tide of oppression and wickedness – with prayer, prophecy, and ‘sanctified rebellion’.

The second section of the four-chapter book is applicable to the second day of the 39th week. In this section, God rejected the ways of His own people who approach Him with dishonor. He opened the door for the Gentile nations to access Him. He refused to be monopolized by those who dishonor Him. He said a loud NO to them. If they repent towards Him and cry out to Him, He would be gracious to them. Day 268 is a day to cry out to God to open or reopen closed doors.

Malachi 1:9-14 says, “But now entreat God’s favor, That He may be gracious to us. While this is being done by your hands, Will He accept you favorably?” Says the LORD of hosts. [10] “Who is there even among you who would shut the doors, So that you would not kindle fire on My altar in vain? I have no pleasure in you,” Says the LORD of hosts, “Nor will I accept an offering from your hands. [11] For from the rising of the sun, even to its going down, My name shall be great among the Gentiles; In every place incense shall be offered to My name, And a pure offering; For My name shall be great among the nations,” Says the LORD of hosts. [12] “But you profane it, In that you say, ‘The table of the LORD is defiled; And its fruit, its food, is contemptible.’ [13] You also say, ‘Oh, what a weariness!’ And you sneer at it,” Says the LORD of hosts. “And you bring the stolen, the lame, and the sick; Thus you bring an offering! Should I accept this from your hand?” Says the LORD. [14] “But cursed be the deceiver Who has in his flock a male, And takes a vow, But sacrifices to the Lord what is blemished- For I am a great King,” Says the LORD of hosts, “And My name is to be feared among the nations”.

Day 268 is First Kings – Proverbs Day in the 39th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The second day of the week is the second day in the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the second 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the second 10 books of the Bible, God wanted the kings of Israel to trust Him and lead the nation in the same direction. Beginning with Solomon, the kings of Israel began to patronize Idols. Idol worship became official in the northern kingdom following the split. Judah followed. Prophets rose in this season to call the nation back to God. Eventually, the two kingdoms went into captivity – the north fell to Assyria; and the south to the Babylonians. The Jews did return from captivity after 70 years. The last two books in this section of the Bible (Psalms and Proverbs) show that loss of faith in God is prelude to the loss of all things in the second season; but faith in God is the secret of power and strength. The faithful will triumph in the second season no matter what happens.

Mercy makes a way where there is no way. Today is a day of divine intervention and mercy. Today, release the word of the Lord against oppressive mountains in your life and in your world. Raise a cry to God against the proud and wicked in the land.

The first section of the 39th book of the Bible. 

Day 267 is a first day of creation day in the 39th week. God created light and time on the first day of creation. God created light to dominate darkness. This is a day of light. Light expresses goodness and righteousness, knowledge and wisdom. Light expresses God and godliness. Day 267 is a day of goodness, godliness, and wisdom. It is a day of cooperation with, and submission to God. This is a day to overcome evil with good; ignorance with knowledge, and foolishness with wisdom, On the first day of creation, God created time to establish order and sequence. He created time when He appointed Day and Night, Morning and Evening. Time helps to operate in sequential order. Time teaches us to do first things first. Things take their turns because of time. Everything waits for it’s time; and comes in its time.

The mystery of Day 267 must be sought in light of the week and seven weeks it belongs to. As part of the 39th week, it is the beginning of the week of tests. As part of the sixth 49 days, it is the beginning of the seven days of testing towards selection for inheritance. It is the season of testing for approval towards representing God’s interest in the remaining part (weeks 40-42) of the   sixth 49 days. This day is for the fulfillment of God’s word – whether for judgment or blessings.

The 39th chapter of Jeremiah is a good illustration of the fulfillment of God’s word on the first day of the 39th week. 

1. Zedekiah, Judah, and Jerusalem saw the fulfillment of God’s word through Jeremiah:

Jeremiah 39:5-10 says, “But the Chaldean army pursued them and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho. And when they had captured him, they brought him up to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, to Riblah in the land of Hamath, where he pronounced judgment on him. [6] Then the king of Babylon killed the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes in Riblah; the king of Babylon also killed all the nobles of Judah. [7] Moreover he put out Zedekiah’s eyes, and bound him with bronze fetters to carry him off to Babylon. [8] And the Chaldeans burned the king’s house and the houses of the people with fire, and broke down the walls of Jerusalem. [9] Then Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive to Babylon the remnant of the people who remained in the city and those who defected to him, with the rest of the people who remained. [10] But Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard left in the land of Judah the poor people, who had nothing, and gave them vineyards and fields at the same time”.

2. The king of Babylon favored Jeremiah: 

Jeremiah 39:11-14 says, “Now Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon gave charge concerning Jeremiah to Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard, saying, [12] “Take him and look after him, and do him no harm; but do to him just as he says to you.” [13] So Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard sent Nebushasban, Rabsaris, Nergal-Sharezer, Rabmag, and all the king of Babylon’s chief officers; [14] then they sent someone to take Jeremiah from the court of the prison, and committed him to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, that he should take him home. So he dwelt among the people”.

Ebed-Melech received the mercy of God as He had promised: 

Jeremiah 39:15-18 says, “Meanwhile the word of the LORD had come to Jeremiah while he was shut up in the court of the prison, saying, [16] “Go and speak to Ebed-Melech the Ethiopian, saying, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: “Behold, I will bring My words upon this city for adversity and not for good, and they shall be performed in that day before you. [17] But I will deliver you in that day,” says the LORD, “and you shall not be given into the hand of the men of whom you are afraid. [18] For I will surely deliver you, and you shall not fall by the sword; but your life shall be as a prize to you, because you have put your trust in Me,” says the LORD.'”

Day 267 is a Song of Songs Day in the sixth seven weeks (49 days) of the year. The book of Song of Songs is the 22nd book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 22nd day in the sixth seven weeks (49 days) of the year. The book illustrates the love that should exist between God and His people. He should be our first love. Day 267 is a day to demonstrate how much we love God. If we love God, we would love His people. If we love God, we would submit to His will and His word (John 14: 21-24).

The 22nd signifies an end and a new beginning; because the Hebrew alphabet ends at the 22nd letter. There are twenty-two 22nd chapters in the Bible. Two books of the Bible (First Kings and Revelation) end at the 22nd chapter. In them, God is Final Authority. As a first season day, it belongs to the Creator. God is first and the first belongs to Him.  The first is a special season of worship. It is a season to attend to, and honor, God and His Word by worship and obedience. God is the end! The 22nd is God’s ground. It signifies Divine Finality. His Counsel stands in the 22nd season. Loyalty or disloyalty to God is reckoned and recompensed in the 22nd season. This is a day of submission to God as Final Authority. In Genesis 22, God tested and rewarded Abraham’s loyalty. Those who trust in Him and honor Him can never be ashamed in the 22nd season.

Day 267 is a Malachi 1:1-8 day. It is a day to respond to God’s love by honoring Him. Malachi is the 39th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 39th week of the year. In this passage, God aired His displeasure with Esau and his descendants. He vowed to destroy Edom. Malachi 1:1-5 says, “The burden of the word of the LORD to Israel by Malachi. [2] “I have loved you,” says the LORD. “Yet you say, ‘In what way have You loved us?’ Was not Esau Jacob’s brother?” Says the LORD. “Yet Jacob I have loved; [3] But Esau I have hated, And laid waste his mountains and his heritage For the jackals of the wilderness.” [4] Even though Edom has said, “We have been impoverished, But we will return and build the desolate places,” Thus says the LORD of hosts: “They may build, but I will throw down; They shall be called the Territory of Wickedness, And the people against whom the LORD will have indignation forever. [5] Your eyes shall see, And you shall say, ‘The LORD is magnified beyond the border of Israel. 

Although God loved Jacob as a father loves his son, his descendants did not honor the Lord as a son should honor his father. Malachi 1:6-8 says, “A son honors his father, And a servant his master. If then I am the Father, Where is My honor? And if I am a Master, Where is My reverence? Says the LORD of hosts To you priests who despise My name. Yet you say, ‘In what way have we despised Your name?’ [7] “You offer defiled food on My altar, But say, ‘In what way have we defiled You?’ By saying, ‘The table of the LORD is contemptible.’ [8] And when you offer the blind as a sacrifice, Is it not evil? And when you offer the lame and sick, Is it not evil? Offer it then to your governor! Would he be pleased with you? Would he accept you favorably?” Says the LORD of hosts”.

Day 267 is a Genesis – Second Samuel day in the 39th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The first day of the week is the beginning of the Old Testament side of the week; and expresses the first 10 books of the Old Testament and the Bible. In the first 10 books of the Bible, God revealed Himself as Creator and Caretaker. He chose those who aligned with His purpose for blessings; and reserved judgment for those who disregard Him. The first 10 books began with the creation and fall of the man in the image and likeness of God; and ended with the emergence of the man after God’s heart sitting on the throne of God’s choice nation. David was absolutely loyal to God. He gave himself for whatever God wanted. This is a day of aligning with God and becoming a man (woman) after His heart.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the collapse and end of expressions and manifestations of darkness in your  life and world. Decree that expressions of light will triumph in this first day of the 39th week. Today, make a quality decision to receive the word of the Lord and act on it without fear or doubts. Make a quality decision to walk in unconditional love. This is a day of sacrificial (tough) love. Today, take time to hear from God. Do not act without His direction. Follow what He says or shows. Although the 36th season is a time of pressures, your loyalty to God and people must shine forth. Today, seek the Lord against disasters in the week. Call upon Him for mercy. Day 267 is the first day of the 39th week. God is First; and the first belongs to Him. This is a day to honor and magnify God. Although we are to honor God every day of the week, the first day of the week is a day of special honor to God. If God is not honored in the first season, He claims His right to be honored with judgment. Disasters in the first season can be traced to dishonoring God in the Season Pl. That is the story of the first book of the Bible. He honors those who honor Him in the first season. Today, honor the Lord in your heart and in all you do; then, look up to the fulfillment of His Word in your life and around you. Happy 267th day.

The seventh 2 chapters (last section) of the 38th book of the Bible. 

Day 266 is a seventh day of creation day in the 38th week. On the seventh day of creation, God ended His work and rested. He also blessed the seventh day and made it holy (distinct, sanctified, set apart). The seventh season is a distinct season. The seventh day is a day of rest and day of no-labor. It is a season of release from yokes and burdens. The seventh season is an end-point. Heaven ties up operations in the seventh season. The seventh is God’s last in any set of seven. Since God rested on the seventh day, He intends that men rest in the seventh season. The intention of the enemy for the seventh season is to give men distress and unrest. The seventh book and chapters of the Bible confirm this. Israel had no rest in the book of Judges. Many seventh chapters of the Bible are about death and destruction- except when God intervenes.

What is the key to rest in the seventh season? Absolute faith and confidence in God! When you trust God, you are free from worries and fears. When you trust God, you no longer sweat; because you are no longer expending your energy; but leaning and depending on the strength, wisdom, and integrity of God. To trust God means to cease from your labors; to cease from looking unto yourself – what you have or do not have. That is rest!

Hebrews 4:1-10 says, “Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. [2] For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. [3] For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: “So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest,'” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. [4] For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”; [5] and again in this place: “They shall not enter My rest.” [6] Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience, [7] again He designates a certain day, saying in David, “Today,” after such a long time, as it has been said: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts.” [8] For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. [9] There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. [10] For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His”.

Day 266 is a book of Ecclesiastes day in the sixth 49 days of the year. It is also a 21st chapters of the Bible day. Ecclesiastes is the 21st book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 21st day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of Ecclesiastes is not a book of rest but of laboring under the sun and grasping after the wind. Man is in despair in this book. He asks questions, makes researches, draws inferences and conclusions. The greatest finding of man in the book of Ecclesiastes is that to fear God and keep His commandments is the whole duty of man. For many, Day 266 is a day of restless wondering; but for others, it is a day of preoccupation with God and His pleasures. 

Day 266 is a Zechariah 13-14 day in the 38th week of the year. The 13th and 14th chapters of Zechariah illustrate the nature of the seventh day of the 38th week. The 13th chapter indicate that the seventh season is God’s season of war against idols, idol worshippers, and false prophets. In this war, God will save a remnant who will be loyal to Him; and whom He would acknowledge. The 14th chapter is about the day of the Lord – the day of the Lord’s operations. In this chapter, God takes responsibility for dealing with the enemies of His people; for restoring Judah, and for bringing the nations to submission.  All that His people need do is to believe His Word and watch Him bring it to pass. Many who claim to be trusting God are still laboring and sweating. They are worried about things God said He would do. They are still carrying the loads and bearing the burdens. They need to enter into rest. Day 266 is the day of God’s battle for those who believe His word and have entered into rest.

Day 266 is a Hebrews – Revelation day in the 38th week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week also has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The seventh day of the week is the third and last day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the third nine books of the New Testament. Day 266 is the day of the last battle and ultimate triumph in the 38th week. The third 9 books of the N.T are books of correction, recovery, and restoration. 

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the self-centered enemies of God. Today, raise a cry against wickedness; trust in the Lord, hope in Him, and take refuge in His grace and mercy. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. This is a day of “IT IS DONE”. Today, you will have pleasure by seeking the pleasure of God. Today, make it priority to honor God. Obey Him. If you missed it anywhere, repent and return to God. This is a day to go back to Bethel. Today, as an expression of faith in God’s word, give thanks to Him and praise Him for what He said He would do. Confess that He would do it; and then watch Him do it. Happy 266th day! 

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born in this season for a reason. Your birth-date is a statemen of identity and purpose. You were born to be an answer to the challenge of the season of your birth. As one born in the 38th week of the year, you are part of the company of God’s agents released into this world to save lives. You were born to deliver those oppressed and appointed for destruction. You were born on the seventh day of the week to fight for rest. You came in the season you were born to terminate struggles and things causing unrest in the lives of men. Your were born to search out an answer to hard questions in life. You came to tell humanity “Weep no more; it is done”. The evil one will want to make your life restless with problems. The kingdom of darkness will want you to weep through life as a victim. Give God every room in your liife. You were born to give Him pleasure. That is the key to rest in your life. Today, give thanks to God for your life and rest in His word. You can only give what you have. When you find rest in God, you can bring others into it. Happy birthday! Day 265 is a sixth day of creation day in the 38th week. The agenda for this sixth day must be seen in light of the agenda of the 38th week; and the agenda of this 20th day must be understood in the context of the agenda of the sixth 49 days. What is the agenda of God for the 38th week? To grant visions (revelations) and escapes from death. What is the agenda of the enemy for the 38th week? To blindfold and deafen ears; to kill and to destroy. What should be the agenda of man in the 38th week? To walk in spiritual sensitivity, be attentive to God, and to cry out to God for mercy and intervention.

The sixth day of the 38th week is the season of mercy and judgment. It is a season of measuring all things according divine standards by the principles and wisdom of God. It is a season of judging people and things that fall short of the divine standard and favoring the things or people that are in alignment. In the sixth season, all things are judged according to how they deviate from, or align with, divine principles and wisdom. It is when God separates the wheat from the chaff. God sentenced humanity to destruction in the sixth chapter of Genesis; and led Israel to destroy and dispossess the seven idolatrous nations of the Canaanites in the sixth book of the Bible. 

Day 265 is a book of Proverbs day in the sixth 49 days of the year. Proverbs is the 20th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 20th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of Proverbs is a book of instructions and assertive verdicts. It reveals the end of each road (way, lifestyle) a person chooses. The book of Proverbs holds us responsible for our decisions and actions. It teaches that you cannot choose a way and reject its destination. How to reject a destination is to reject the way that leads to it. The book of Proverbs shows the way to blessings; and the way to curses. Thus says the LORD, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him: [2] “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to all the surrounding peoples, when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem. [3] And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it. [4] In that day,” says the LORD, “I will strike every horse with confusion, and its rider with madness; I will open My eyes on the house of Judah, and will strike every horse of the peoples with blindness”.

Day 265 is a day of divine reaction and vengeance against things that are out of alignment with His counsel.

Day 265 is Ephesians – Philemon day in the 38th week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The sixth day of the week is the second day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the second nine books of the New Testament. Day 265 is a day to do warfare and thrive through instructions. The second 9 books of the N.T are mentoring books. The pastoral epistles of Paul are in this section. This section of the Bible is for “the preparation of the man of God”, the child of God, or the Servant of God.

We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. Today, show that your primary allegiance is to the God of Israel. You are made in the image and likeness of God. This is a day to commemorate and relive the creation of man in the image and likeness of God. Today, make your way back to the Lord. Even if you’re not a backslider, you can still get closer to the Lord. Today, stand out for God as His representative and look into your life, and look around, for things and areas that need to be conformed to God’s standards. Today, pray that the kingdom comes, by the word of God, to establish God’s will in your life, family, church, community, nation; and in the nations of the world. Today, on this sixth day of the 38th week, proclaim the 6th two chapters of Zechariah over the wicked in the land. Today, be sure to keep yourself out of the divine reaction list. Seek alignment with God through submission, obedience, and repentance. Seek God’s mercy against destruction. Happy 265th day!
