Day 173 is a fifth day of creation day in the 25th week. What did God do on the fifth day of creation?
a). God began to make flesh-and-blood creatures. This means that God gives attention to the material side of life in the fifth season; so that men will have strength to walk in the spirit. He heals in the fifth season. Peter’s shadow healed the sick in Acts 5. The woman with the issue of blood was healed in Mark 5. Naaman was healed in Second Kings 5.
The fifth season is a season of fasting and denying the flesh. It is not a season to be overcome by the flesh. Read Joshua 5, Second Kings 5, Acts 5, First Corinthians 5, and Galatians 5.
b). God began to create moving creatures – the sea creatures to swim and the birds to fly. The fifth season is a season of freedom of movement. In John 5, Jesus released the impotent man to take up his bed and go home. He gave freedom to the demon-possessed man in Mark 5.
c). God made living creatures in abundance. God delivers from scarcity in fifth seasons. Israel began to eat the fruit of Canaan in Joshua 5. He helped Peter catch fish after a night of failure in Luke 5.
d). God made perceptive creatures that can see, hear, feel, smell, and taste. God gives prophetic perceptive ability in the fifth season. It is a season to be watchful, discerning, and sensitive. Elisha demonstrated prophetic perceptive ability in Second Kings 5 and his servant Gehazi could not escape detection. Spiritual sensitivity is the key to safety in a fifth season Day 173.
e). 0God made voice-sound producing creatures. The fifth season is not a season to keep silent. It is a season to voice prayer, praises, thanksgiving to God. It is a season to verbalize your faith.
Day 173 is a Lamentations 3: 45-66 day in the 25th week. The fifth 22 verses of the book of Lamentations are applicable to the fifth day of the 25 week of the year. This section shows that this is a season and a day to be heard. It is a day to cry to God against pressures and receive answers from God.
Lamentations 3:45-66 says, “You have made us an offscouring and refuse In the midst of the peoples. [46] All our enemies Have opened their mouths against us. [47] Fear and a snare have come upon us, Desolation and destruction. [48] My eyes overflow with rivers of water For the destruction of the daughter of my people. [49] My eyes flow and do not cease, Without interruption, [50] Till the LORD from heaven Looks down and sees. [51] My eyes bring suffering to my soul Because of all the daughters of my city. [52] My enemies without cause Hunted me down like a bird. [53] They silenced my life in the pit And threw stones at me. [54] The waters flowed over my head; I said, “I am cut off!” [55] I called on Your name, O LORD, From the lowest pit. [56] You have heard my voice: “Do not hide Your ear From my sighing, from my cry for help.” [57] You drew near on the day I called on You, And said, “Do not fear!” [58] O Lord, You have pleaded the case for my soul; You have redeemed my life. [59] O LORD, You have seen how I am wronged; Judge my case. [60] You have seen all their vengeance, All their schemes against me. [61] You have heard their reproach, O LORD, All their schemes against me, [62] The lips of my enemies And their whispering against me all the day. [63] Look at their sitting down and their rising up; I am their taunting song. [64] Repay them, O LORD, According to the work of their hands. [65] Give them a veiled heart; Your curse be upon them! [66] In Your anger, Pursue and destroy them From under the heavens of the LORD. Day 173 is a day to raise your voice to God and cry out for intervention.
Day 173 is a book of Ezekiel day in the fourth 49 days of the days of the year. Ezekiel is the book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 26th day in the fourth seven weeks of the year. Ezekiel is a fifth-season book. Prophet Ezekiel was a man of spiritual sight. Much of what is written in the book were visions God gave him. Ezekiel 1:1 says, “Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the River Chebar, that the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God”. This 173rd day is a day of life in the spirit. It is a day to live in the spirit and from the spirit.
Day 173 is a Matthew – Galatians in the 25th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The fifth day of the week is the first day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the first 9 books of the New Testament. The first 9 books of the New Testament are about the ministry of Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Church. It is about prophecies and expectations fulfilled. It is about God’s great intervention and the desire of the ages. It is about grace and mercy. It is about salvation and justification. It is about the love of God in Christ Jesus. This 173rd day is the beginning of the New Testament side of the 25th week. It is the beginning of the blessings-side of the week. It is also the beginning of the end of curses in the week. It is the beginning od recovery, redemption, and restoration in the week.
DECREE AND DECLARE: At creation, God spoke His will into each day. He made us in His image and likeness; and expects us to release His will into each day. Decree this day that the flesh will not overtake the spirit in your life, family,, organization, and nation. Decree a change in the week and declare that today is the beginning of the New Testament side of the week. . Decree the recovery of the lost, the redemption of the fallen, and the restoration of the ruined. Decree healing, deliverance, and freedom. Today, do not keep silent. Cry out to God against the problems in your life; your would be heard. This is a day to be delivered from anything that obstructs the full expression of life – bondage, sickness, poverty, and death. As a Book-of-Matthew day, decree that Emmanuel (God is with us) takes over. As a New Testament type day, decree that the love of God will overtake human error and failure. Today, submit to the spirit against the flesh. Walk in the spirit and make no room for the flesh. The fifth season is a season of giving spiritual interpretations to earthly manifestations. Today, make it your watchword to walk in the spirit and obey God’s Word. Walking in the spirit is the key to gaining all. Birds (representing the spirit) fly above and eat from the land, the sea, and the air. Today, cry out to God against oppression and for the pains in your life. Speak out also. Trust Him to intervene in your affairs and in the affairs of people around you. Determine to make a next-level move. It’s time to shift base in the spirit! Today, put yourself on the side of blessing by choosing obedience instead of curses by choosing disobedience. Happy 173rd day!
