Today Is

  1. 1. June 3 (Clear year); June 2 (Leap year).

2. The 7th day of the 22nd Week (May 28 – June 3 in a Clear year/ May 27 – June 2 in a Leap year)

3. The 7th day in fourth 7 Weeks of the year. (May 28 July 15).

4. The 154th day of the year (from January 1). In this article, this day will be called Day 154

5. A seventh-season day because it is the 7th day of the 22nd week of the year.

FOUR BIBLICAL PATTERNS FOR THE DAY

There are four basic biblical patterns for this day:

1. The 7th day of creation (Genesis 2: 1-3)

2. Songs of Solomon 8

3. The 7th book of the Bible (Judges)

4. The third and last 9 books of the New Testament.

Day 154 is a seventh day of creation in the 22nd week. The seventh day is marked for rest, honoring God, and freedom from toil. It is a blessed day. Of the seven days of creation, the seventh day is the only one God blessed. There was no work to bless on this day; so, God blessed the day itself. As a seventh-day season, Day 154 is a blessed day. It is a day that makes things work for people. What happens when a day is blessed? When a person, family, a marriage, a field, or a project, is blessed, things go well for the blessed. When a day is blessed, things go well on that day; and people enjoy the day. A blessed day brings forth good things for people. A blessed day has an atmosphere of blessings. Even if you are not blessed, the blessing on the day could rob off on you. In the days of Jesus’ ministry on earth, He gave healings and deliverances to many people on the seventh (Sabbath) day. The reason God blessed the seventh day is because the evil one intends it to be a day of curses and struggles. You don’t have to have what the enemy intended; when you can have what God intends for the day. May this seventh-season day yield good for you and all yours.

Day 154 is a Song of Songs chapter 8 season. The seventh and last section of the 22nd book of the Bible is applicable to the seventh and last day of the 22nd week. In this section (after the first line of the ninth verse), the Beloved ceased speaking; except in 8:13 where he called the Shulamite “You who dwell in the gardens“; and desired to hear her voice. Dwelling in the garden is a reference or an allusion to enjoying the finished work. The garden had been planted; and now, she dwells in it. This reminds us how God planted a garden East of Eden and put man there. Genesis 2:8 says, “The LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed”. Day 154 is a season to dwell in the garden God had planted; to enjoy the finished work.

Day 154 is not a season of laboring but a season of receiving fruits from labors. Song of Songs 8:11-12 says, “Solomon had a vineyard at Baal Hamon; He leased the vineyard to keepers; Everyone was to bring for its fruit A thousand silver coins. My own vineyard is before me. You, O Solomon, may have a thousand, And those who tend its fruit two hundred”. This is the season for the Lord to receive His due and pleasure from His people. There is no discussion of work in this section of the book; it’s all talk about family, home, and love. The Shulamite speaks about his brother and mother; and the brothers speak about their little sister and marriage. It’s all reflection, imagination, wishes, and dreams. Day 154 is not for projects but for people; it is not for fields but for fellowship and families; it is not for lands but for love. I pray your Day 154 is a truly blessed day.

Day 154 is a seventh book of the Bible day in the 22nd week. It is a unique seventh-day season. It is the end of an end-point. Day 154 is the seventh day in the 22nd week. Both the seventh and the 22nd are Hebrew end-points. There are so many issues in the 7th book of the Bible; but the ook is named JUDGES because the issue of intervention stands out in the book. Day a154 is a day of intervention. It is also a 7th chapters of the Bible day. Many seventh chapters of the Bible breathe intervention. Noah’s Ark saved lives in the 7th chapter of Genesis. Elisha intervened in Second Kings 7. Jesus intervened in the seventh chapters of Mark and Luke. This is a day of intervention.

Day 154 is a Hebrews – Revelation day in the 22nd week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week also has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. T the third and last day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the third nine books of the New Testament. Today is a day of the last battle and ultimate triumph in the week. The third 9 books of the N.T are books of correction, recovery, and restoration. May this seventh day of the week be a season of recovery in your life.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, raise a cry against wickedness; trust in the Lord, hope in Him, and take refuge in His grace and mercy. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. This is a day of “IT IS DONE”. It is a day to enter into rest through faith. Today, you will have pleasure by seeking the pleasure of God. Today, make it priority to honor God. Obey Him. If you missed it anywhere, repent and return to God. This is a day to go back to Bethel. Have a happy 154th day!
