Day 67: The Mystery of March 8

0

Welcome to the 67th day of the year! This is the fourth day of the tenth week; and the eighteenth day in the second 49 days of the year. Day 67 is March 8 in a clear year and March 7 in a leap year. The Bible keys for understanding and interpreting ‘Day 67’ is the fourth day of creation narrative; the 67th chapter of Psalms (no other book of the Bible has a 67th chapter), the 18th book of the Bible, and the fourth three chapters of Second Samuel. We’ll consider those four:

1. Day 67 is a fourth day of creation day in the tenth week. On the fourth day of creation, God acted against darkness, disorganization, confusion, and deception by creating the luminaries. The sun, moon, and stars were created to be guiding lights. That is the reason God said they would give light and be for signs and seasons. Before the advent of clocks calendars, and compasses, the luminaries guided humanity. The were also made to divide the day from the night; and then rule the day and the night. In the 67th season, God gives light against the operations of darkness. In this season, God wants men to triumph over spiritual powers of darkness by means of the His Word (the sun), prophetic revelations (the moon), and wise counsel (the stars). The fourth season is a fight-back season for darkness. That is the reason you need the lights to keep darkness from having sway. The Bible reveals that the tempter and adversary appears in the fourth season.

1967 was a fourth-season year; and the Israeli and Nigeria wars happened within the fourth 49 days of the year. In 1967 (June 5-10), Israel fought a six-day war against Egyptian, Jordanian, and Syrian forces that crushed the militaries of their foes and left them in shameful defeat. The same year, on July 6, the 30-month Nigeria-Biafra war began. On June 8, the fourth day of Israel’s six day war, Israeli fighter jets and warships mistakenly fired at USS Liberty (thinking it was an Egyptian warship); killing 34 and wounding 171. That was a fourth season confusion. You need to look well before you leap on a fourth day.

2. Day 67 is a book of Job day in the second 49 days of the year. The book of Job is the eighteenth book of the Bible; and Day 67 is the eighteenth day in the second 49 days of the year. In the book of Job, Satan was responsible for Job’s calamities. Job did not know; so, he blamed God for his troubles. Job’s friends, also, did not know Satan was responsible; so, they blamed Job; accusing him of secret sins. Darkness (absence of revelation) blinded Job and his friends from seeing the adversary. The 67th season is, and be, a season of confusing trials.

3. Day 67 is a Second Samuel 13-15 day in the tenth week. This fourth day of the tenth week expresses the fourth section (13-15) of the tenth book of the Bible. In these three chapters, David faced trials and temptations. In the 13th chapter, one of David’s sons, Amnon, raped one of David’s daughters, Tamar (Absalom’s sister). Absalom killed his stepbrother for defiling his sister. He went to exile. In the 14th chapter, he returned. In the 15th chapter, he stole Israel from his father and proclaimed himself king. This was the beginning of trouble in David’s house. Those three chapters of the tenth book of the Bible are chapters of deception. Day 67 is a day of temptation and trials. It is the test day of the tenth week. May the Lord keep you from falling.

4. Day 67 is a Psalm-67 day. Psalm 67 gives us clue about passing the test of the week. The first thing is to seek the mercy of God against the temptations of the day through PRAYER. Jesus taught His disciples that praying can deliver from temptations (Luke 22:40). Psalm 67:1-2 says “God be merciful to us and bless us, And cause His face to shine upon us, Selah. That Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations”. Answers to prayer make it possible for God to be known. Praying ensures triumph in the hour of temptation. Those who trust themselves see shame. The news of happenings in the 67th season go very far. The second thing is a lifestyle of PRAISE. If you keep your heart heart and mind on God, the tempter cannot distract or deceive you. Four times, in this chapter, the psalmist declares his motive, “Let (all) the peoples praise you” Psalm 67:3,5 says, “Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples praise You. [5] Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples praise You”. If you magnify God in the season of temptation and trial, the earth would respond favorably to you. It also means that if you belittle God in the hour of temptation, the earth will work against you. Psalm 67:5-7 says, “Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples praise You. [6] Then the earth shall yield her increase; God, our own God, shall bless us. [7] God shall bless us, And all the ends of the earth shall fear Him”. The 67th season is season of mercy, help, and blessing that impacts the peoples, the nations, and the earth; and leaves unforgettable lessons behind for living men. Such kindness of the Lord is unprecedented. The fourth season is a season of great things and great tidings that spread abroad. It is also a season of great trials and tests.

Day 67 is the last day on the Old Testament side of the tenth week. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week is the Old Testament side; and has guiding light in the 39 books of the Old Testament. Day 67 is the end of the Old Testament side of the tenth week; and has its guiding light in the las nine books of the Old Testament. So, Day 67 is Obadiah – Malachi day in the 10th week. The book of Jonah belongs here. The book of Haggai also belongs here. This is a season to stay focused on the will of God and keeping distractions away. On this fourth day of the week, I pray the Lord would deliver you from the temptations and trials of the day.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, raise your voice against wickedness and oppression wherever it is found. Prophesy! Prophesy!! Prophesy!!! Today, also pray to be more sensitive in the spirit; to pick up necessary signals that would help you triumph over the enemy and keep darkness away. Today, pray to be delivered from falling into temptation. Pray to be preoccupied with the person of God; and to be focused on His mandate and His revealed purpose for your life. Be careful to weigh every decision in light of God’s purpose for your life; and God’s purpose for the time. Today, proclaim an end to woes and declare the dawn of a new day. Happy 67th day!

Day 66: The Mystery of March 7

0

Welcome to the 66th day of the year. Day 66 is the third day of the tenth week. It is the third day of the third week in the second seven weeks of the year. It is a core third-season day. It is also the seventeenth day in the second 49 days of the year. Day 66 is March 7 day in a clear year; and March 6 in a leap year. This day has its pattern in the third day of creation narrative; and in the 66th book and chapters of the Bible.

Day 66 is a third-day-of-creation day. On the third day of creation, God overthrew the waters that stood over the earth; He manifested the dry ground and commanded it to bring forth vegetation. The earth was revealed on the third day and reconnected to the heavens. The third season is a time of dismantling barriers between heaven and earth. It is a time to take away things that inhibit the earth from direct fellowship with heaven. It is also also Satan’s time of seeking to disconnect the earth from fellowshipping with heaven. That is the reason Leviticus is the third book of the Bible. That is also the reason the evil one tempted people to sin against God in the third chapters of the Bible. The voice of God comes in the third season. The third day was the first time God spoke to His creation to take on the responsibility of bringing forth another creation. The third chapters reveal that the voice of God comes to men in the third season. It is God’s recruitment season. The call of Adam, Moses, Samuel, John the Baptist, and Jesus, is recorded in third chapters. The third season is for establishing connection between heaven and earth. Day 66 is a special day of communication between heaven and earth. It also a day of overthrows, a day of new platforms, a day of the voice of God, and a day of sustenance.

Day 66 is a Second Samuel 9-12 day in the tenth week. As Day 66 is the third day of the tenth week, Second Samuel 9-12 is the third four chapters of the tenth book of the Bible. The ninth chapter is about David taking over the sustenance of Mephibosheth, Jonathan’s son. In the tenth chapter, the Ammonites misunderstood and mistreated David and Israel. The devil deceived them. The Syrians allied with the Ammonites to fight Israel. David defeated them. In the eleventh chapter, the devil gave David a bad push in his affair with Bathsheba leading to the murder of her husband. In the 12th chapter, Nathan confronted David. He repented and God forgave Him; but the child died. The birth of Solomon is also recorded in the 12th chapter. The chapter closes with David’s capture of Rabbah and other cities of Ammon. Day 66 is a day of receiving a word from the Lord, a day of conquests and triumphs, and a day of generating material sustenance. The devil also speaks loudly in third seasons like Day 66. It is a day of temptation and irrationality. Beware of the tempter. Be watchful.

Day 66 is a book-of-Revelation day. Revelation is the 66th book of the Bible. This book opens with John hearing the voice of Jesus Christ; and being sent to write the word of the Lord to the seven churches of Asia. The word ‘voice’ is used in about 38 verses in this book. The 66th book of the Bible is ‘The Revelation of Jesus Christ’. In that book, John had the privilege of seeing the works of God and hearing of the words of the Lord. In this book, God overthrew the old heaven and earth and made a new heaven and earth. In this book, also, John is given a revelation of the kingdoms of this earth becoming the kingdom of our God and of His Christ. The book of Revelation also says a lot about deception. In the entire Bible, the word ‘deceive’ is used in 73 verses. It is used 7 times in the book of Revelation alone. Day 66 is a day to watch against deception. Day 66 is a day of voices. Day 66 is a day of overthrow and renewal. May this day be, for you, a day of “IT IS DONE”.

Day 66 is a 66th chapters-of-the-Bible day. Psalms and Isaiah are the only books of the Bible that have up to 66 chapters. Psalm 66 reveals that the 66th season is for praising and magnifying the Lord for His triumphs. It is a season of testimonies. It is a season to call out to men to “come and see” and “come and hear” the works of the Lord. Psalm 66 shows that the 66th season is the Lord’s season of exploits. Isaiah 66 shows that the 66th season is a season of the Lord’s vengeance. It is a season of wrath against His enemies; and a season of comfort for the righteous. It is a season of reckoning and closing accounts. It is a season of the revelation of the Lord’s sovereignty and majesty.

The Bible ends with Revelation as the 66th book. The Bible opened with God saying “Let there be”; and ended with God saying “It is done”. The book of Isaiah, the 23rd and first prophetic book of the Bible, ends at the 66th chapter. Isaiah is a book of “Thus says the Lord”. The number 66 represents ‘from the first to the last’; but 66th stands for ‘the last’; the last word, the last battle, or the final triumph. Day 66 is the day of the last battle in the tenth week. It is the day of establishing God’s will in families, communities, and nations through spiritual warfare. This is also applicable to people, organizations, or nations, in their 66th year. In Nigeria, the year 1966 was a year of bloody coup and counter-coup from which the nation is yet to recover. It brought down the great and mighty in the land. This 66th day, may the Lord God keep our lands from bloodshed and sorrowful tears.

Day 66 is a book-of-Esther day in the second 49 days of the year. Esther is the seventeenth book of the Bible; and is applicable to the seventeenth day in the second 49 days of the year. In that book, God overthrew Persian people-platforms and established a Jewish people-platform. On this 66th day, may the Lord’s will be established in your life, family, church, organization, community, and nation. May the dysfunctional be overthrown and replaced.

Day 66 is Ecclesiastes – Amos day in the tenth week of the year. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days belong to the Old Testament side; while the remaining three days belong to the New Testament side. Day 66 is the third day in the Old Testament side of the tenth week; and has its guiding light in the third ten books of the Bible. The Major Prophets are part of the third ten books. They overthrew some kingdoms and established other kingdoms by the word of the Lord. Day 66 is a day of overthrows and establishment.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. This is a day of manifestation. Do not be afraid to take a stand for the Lord. It is a season to come out of hiding and obscurity. It is a day to overthrow oppression and the oppressor. It is a day to establish the humble. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, be ready to hear His voice and respond by faith. Expect breakthrough. Be willing to sacrifice. Walk by faith! This is a day of breakthrough and pushing through barriers in the week. This is a day of unveiling. It is a day of answers to prayers. Today, pray for the overthrow of dysfunctional systems in the nations and in the church. Pray that God will make a way for the manifestation of hidden platforms and producers. Pray also that the forgotten functional people and things be remembered, recognized, and restored. Today, remember that when God delivers and manifests, it is for service and production. Do not consume His mercy on your lust. On this third day of the week, the oppressor will go down and the humble shall be delivered. Today, raise your voice in judgment against oppression and the oppressor. Also, prophesy the vindication, deliverance, and establishment of the just. Happy 66th day!

PRAYERS FOR THE 66TH DAY

1. O Lord, deliver me today from the deceiver and deception.

2. O Lord, deliver me from temptations to sin against you today.

3. O Lord, help me to hear your voice today. Remove from me impediments to hearing and seeing spiritually. Help me to walk in the spirit.

4. O Lord, overthrow the wicked and their wickedness today..

Day 65: The Mystery of March 6

0

Welcome to the 65th day of the year! Day 65 is the second day of the tenth week. Day 65 is also the 16th day in the second 49 days of the year. The 65th is the second day of the tenth-seven. Day 65 is a second-season day. Day 65 is March 6 in a clear year; and March 5 in a leap year. The keys to understanding this second-season day are the account of the second day of creation; the 65th book of the Bible, the 65th chapters of the Bible, the second four chapters of the tenth book of the Bible, and the second ten books of the Bible.

Day 65 is a second-day-of-creation day in the tenth week. God created the firmament on the second day to bring room and space into existence. Without the firmament, nothing else would have existed; except darkness, light, and water. From the story of the second day of creation, we deduce that the 65th day is for dismantling space-blockers. On this 65th day, may the Lord dismantle the space-blockers in your life. Today, He would make a way where there is no way.

Day 65 is a Second Samuel 5-8 day. The book of Second Samuel is the tenth book of the Bible; and is applicable to the tenth week of the year. The second four chapters of the tenth book of the Bible applicable to the second day of the tenth week. In the fifth chapter, David became king of all Israel and sacked the Jebusites who occupied Jerusalem and took the city from them. They were space-blockers. Jerusalem became the stronghold of Zion: the City of David, and the home of the Ark of Covenant. The new king also defeated the Philistines who had been long time enemies of Israel. They killed Samson. They killed the sons of Eli. They killed Saul and his sons. They were thorns in the flesh of Israelites; but David defeated and drove them back. In the sixth chapter, David brought the Ark of God into Jerusalem. In the seventh chapter, David offered to build a fitting house for the Presence of God. God stopped him and made an everlasting, off-limit, covenant with him. In the 8th chapter, David subdued the Moabites, Syrians, and Edomites. This 65th day, the Lord will clear the way for you to move on.

Day 65 is a book-of-Jude day. Jude, the 65th book of the Bible, reveals that the 65th is a season to contend for the things that were once delivered to you. The 65th day is not a time to get discouraged by the way things are; but a time to keep your eyes on God; and contend for the things that should be. This would require the dismantling of some forces. Jude addresses the ‘space-blockers’, and the ancient ‘space-blockers’ God had overthrown, in his book. Jude 4-13 says, “For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ. [5] But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe. [6] And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day; [7] as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. [8] Likewise also these dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries. [9] Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, “The Lord rebuke you!” [10] But these speak evil of whatever they do not know; and whatever they know naturally, like brute beasts, in these things they corrupt themselves. [11] Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, have run greedily in the error of Balaam for profit, and perished in the rebellion of Korah. [12] These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; [13] raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever”. In verses 16-19, Jude says, “These are grumblers, complainers, walking according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage. [17] But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ: [18] how they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. [19] These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit”. Day 65 is a day to dismantle and displace space-blockers. Wise people avoid being space-blockers in the 65th season.

Day 65 is a Psalm 65 day. Psalm 65 is a celebration of God who makes a way where there is no way. Psalm 65:1-13 says, “Praise is awaiting You, O God, in Zion; And to You the vow shall be performed. [2] O You who hear prayer, To You all flesh will come. [3] Iniquities prevail against me; As for our transgressions, You will provide atonement for them. [4] Blessed is the man You choose, And cause to approach You, That he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Of Your holy temple. [5] By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation, You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth, And of the far-off seas; [6] Who established the mountains by His strength, Being clothed with power; [7] You who still the noise of the seas, The noise of their waves, And the tumult of the peoples. [8] They also who dwell in the farthest parts are afraid of Your signs; You make the outgoings of the morning and evening rejoice. [9] You visit the earth and water it, You greatly enrich it; The river of God is full of water; You provide their grain, For so You have prepared it. [10] You water its ridges abundantly, You settle its furrows; You make it soft with showers, You bless its growth. [11] You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance. [12] They drop on the pastures of the wilderness, And the little hills rejoice on every side. [13] The pastures are clothed with flocks; The valleys also are covered with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing”.

Day 65 is Isaiah 65 day. Isaiah 65 opens with God’s impatience with space-blockers, “Who walk in a way that is not good, According to their own thoughts; [3] A people who provoke Me to anger continually to My face; Who sacrifice in gardens, And burn incense on altars of brick; [4] Who sit among the graves, And spend the night in the tombs; Who eat swine’s flesh, And the broth of abominable things is in their vessels; [5] Who say, ‘Keep to yourself, Do not come near me, For I am holier than you!’ These are smoke in My nostrils (Isaiah 65:2-5). Isaiah 65 ends with God’s vow to make all things new. Isaiah 65:17-25 says, “For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind. [18] But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; For behold, I create Jerusalem as a rejoicing, And her people a joy. [19] I will rejoice in Jerusalem, And joy in My people; The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, Nor the voice of crying. [20] “No more shall an infant from there live but a few days, Nor an old man who has not fulfilled his days; For the child shall die one hundred years old, But the sinner being one hundred years old shall be accursed. [21] They shall build houses and inhabit them; They shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit. [22] They shall not build and another inhabit; They shall not plant and another eat; For as the days of a tree, so shall be the days of My people, And My elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands. [23] They shall not labor in vain, Nor bring forth children for trouble; For they shall be the descendants of the blessed of the LORD, And their offspring with them. [24] “It shall come to pass That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear. [25] The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, The lion shall eat straw like the ox, And dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain,” Says the LORD. The 65th day is a day to make all things new in the week.

Day 65 is First Kings – Proverbs Day in the tenth week. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week is Old Testament – the beginning of the work of the week. The remaining three days of the week is New Testament – the perfection of the work of the week. The Old Testament side of the week is the foreseeing season. The New Testament side of the week is the fulfillment season. Day 65 is the second day in the Old Testament side of the week; and has its guiding light in the second ten books of the Bible. Israel battled to survive in those books. She went up in the days of Solomon, went down, even to captivity, in the season of the kings that followed, and rose again from captivity. God made a way where there was no way. The books of Job, Psalms, and Proverbs, are celebration of the Way-Maker God. In the 65th season, God makes a way where there is no way. Pure faith in God is the secret of the godly in the 65th season.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, declare that your faith will not fail; and that the faithful will triumph. Decree the downfall of those who disregard God and trust in themselves or idols, Today, prophesy against evil controlling powers and overthrow them by the word of the Lord. Mercy makes a way where there is no way. Today is a day of divine intervention and mercy. Today, release the word of the Lord against oppressive mountains in your life and in your world. Raise a cry to God against the proud and wicked in the land. Today, trust God to make a way where there is no way. Proclaim His word, Pray to Him. Praise Him. On this 65th day, God is waiting to dismantle and displace space-blockers. Cry out to Him to deal with space-blockers in line with Zechariah 10:1. Happy 65th day!

Day 64: The Mystery of March 5/4

0

Welcome to the 64th day of the year. The 64th day is the first day and beginning of the tenth week of the year. Day 64 is also the 15th day in the second 49 days of the year. This is March 5 in a Clear year; and March 4 in a leap year. The Bible patterns for understanding the 64th day are 1) the first day of creation narrative; 2) the 64th book of the Bible; 3) the 64th chapters of the Bible; 4) the first three chapters of Second Samuel, the 10th book of the Bible.

Day 64 is a first day of creation day in the tenth week. God created light on the first day to dispel darkness. So, without the intervention of Light, Day 64 is a day of darkness. God is Light and there is no darkness in Him. It is the presence and intervention of God that makes Day 64 a day of Light. Today, may the light shining through you overthrow and triumph over the dominating darkness. As God divided the light from the darkness on the first day of creation, may He separate you, today, from the crowd you shouldn’t be part of.

Day 64 is a Second Samuel 1-4 day in the 10th week. Second Samuel is the tenth book of the Bible and has 24 chapters. The first four chapters of the tenth book of the Bible is applicable to the first day of the tenth week. This section of the book is full of evil news and mourning. News of the death of Saul and Jonathan came to David in the first chapter of the book. David mourned on that day. He executed the Amalekite that brought him the sad news, and Saul’s crown; because the man confessed he helped Saul die. In the second chapter, Abner killed Asahel, Joab’s brother. In the third chapter, Joab killed Abner as he brought elders of Israel to make covenant with David; and the son of Jesse was thrown into mourning again. In the fourth chapter, the servants of Ishbosheth (Saul’s son that succeeded him) conspired against him and killed him. They beheaded him and brought his head to David – seeking favor. David executed them. The stories in the opening chapters of Second Samuel were stories that brought grief to David. Good things were happening for him but it was mixed with so much pain. May the Lord keep sorrowing and mourning far from you today! Evil news will not pollute your joy today!

Day 64 is a book of Third John day. Third John is the 64th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 64th day of the year. John wrote this epistle to “Beloved Gaius”. This book breathes out three things: the first is CONCERN. 3 John 1:2 says, “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers”. The second is COMMENDATION. 3 John 1:5 says, “Beloved, you do faithfully whatever you do for the brethren and for strangers”. Demetrius is also commended in verse 12. The third is CONDEMNATION. John condemned the proud and pompous attitude of Diotrephes towards the brethren (verses 9-11). In the 64th book of the Bible, John prays the great ‘Prosperity Prayer’; commends the liberality of Gaius, and lashes out against Dotrephes “who loves to have the preeminence” among the brethren. The 64th book of the Bible reveals that the 64th day is a day of remembrance of good works and evil works.

Day 64 is a Psalm 64 day. Psalm 64 reveals that the 64th season is for crying out to God. The 10th season (week) is a season when pressure mounts against the righteous with intense force. This compels the righteous to cry out to God. So, the 64th season is for crying out to God against wickedness and securing His intervention. Psalm 64 bears witness to that. Psalm 64:1-10 says, “Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation; Preserve my life from fear of the enemy. [2] Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, From the rebellion of the workers of iniquity, [3] Who sharpen their tongue like a sword, And bend their bows to shoot their arrows-bitter words, [4] That they may shoot in secret at the blameless; Suddenly they shoot at him and do not fear. [5] They encourage themselves in an evil matter; They talk of laying snares secretly; They say, “Who will see them?” [6] They devise iniquities: “We have perfected a shrewd scheme.” Both the inward thought and the heart of man are deep. [7] But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; Suddenly they shall be wounded. [8] So He will make them stumble over their own tongue; All who see them shall flee away. [9] All men shall fear, And shall declare the work of God; For they shall wisely consider His doing. [10] The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and trust in Him. And all the upright in heart shall glory.

Day 64 is Isaiah 64 day. Isaiah 64:1-4 reveals that God works for those who trust Him in the 64th season. It says, “Oh, that You would rend the heavens! That You would come down! That the mountains might shake at Your presence- [2] As fire burns brushwood, As fire causes water to boil- To make Your name known to Your adversaries, That the nations may tremble at Your presence! [3] When You did awesome things for which we did not look, You came down, The mountains shook at Your presence. [4] For since the beginning of the world Men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, Nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him”

Day 64 is Genesis – Second Samuel day in 10th week. Going through any seven days, seven weeks, or seven years is like taking a journey through the Bible. The first four days of the week is the Old Testament side of the week. The last three days of the week is the New Testament side of the week. This first day of the 10th week has its pattern and guiding light in the first 10 books of the Bible. In those book, God views people and nations according to how they align with Light or darkness. In those books, men who align with God are separated from the rest – in family or nation. They are books of separation, distinction, and difference. Today, may the Lord pick you out and separate you from the crowd.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the collapse and end of expressions and manifestations of darkness in your life and world. Decree that expressions of light will triumph in this first day of the week. Today, make a quality decision to receive the word of the Lord and act on it without fear or doubts. Make a quality decision to walk in unconditional love. This is a day of sacrificial (tough) love. Today, take time to hear from God. Do not act without His direction. Follow what He says or shows. Today, seek the Lord against disasters in the week as you come into alignment. Call upon Him for mercy.!

On this day, pray that the Lord would scatter and terrify the wicked by His presence. Take a determined stand against evil. Pray that you will not be the carrier, or subject, of evil news; and that mourning will be far from you. Happy 64th day!

Day 63: The Mystery of March 4

0

Welcome to the 63rd day of the year. This is the day of the redeemed when Heaven goes to war on behalf of the anointed. Day 63 is the seventh and last day of the ninth week. It is also the fourteenth day in the second 49 days of the year. Day 63 is March 4 in a clear year and March 3 in a leap year. The Bible patterns for understanding the 63rd day are 1) the seventh day of creation narrative; 2) the 63rd book of the Bible; 3) the 63rd chapters of the Bible; 4) the seventh section, or last four chapters (28-31), of First Samuel, the 9th book of the Bible.

Day 63 is a seventh-day-of-creation day in the 9th week. God did not create anything on the seventh day. He rested on that day; and so, blessed and sanctified the seventh day. It was a no-work, and no-worries, day. God did not rest because of tiredness; but because He had made all things ready. Nothing was left undone. The seventh season is when it ends. From the seventh day we learn that Day 63 is a time to believe and declare that the battle is over. The rest of the seventh season is a rest of faith. It is a rest we enter into by believing God’s word that it is done. The seventh season is for release from struggles. Today, rest in the grace of the finished work. Live in the consciousness that all is done and that the prayers are answered.

Day 63 is a First-Samuel 28-31 day in the 9th week. The last section chapters of the 9th book of the Bible is applicable to the last day of the 9th week of the year. In this seventh section of First Samuel, David no longer needed to fight for himself. In the 28th chapter, Saul went to consult the witch at Endor and there received his death sentence. He went to a witch instead of turning to God in repentance. Can you imagine the contradiction of looking for (the spirit of) Samuel in the house of a witch? In the 29th chapter, David went to fight for Achish in a battle against Israel. The lords of the Philistines recognized him and objected. The king discharged him and he returned to his base at Ziklag. He did not have to go to war where he would be expected to fight Saul and all Israel. In the 30th chapter, Amalekites raided Ziklag where David and his men lived; burnt their camp and took away their wives and children, David and his men pursued and recovered all. In the 31st chapter, Saul and his sons died in the battle against the Philistines. This season must have been very tough for David. He lived hypocritically among Philistines until the death of Saul. Living a double life is not God’s intention for the season. God delivered him from double dealing. Today, may the Lord deliver you from battles you shouldn’t fight with your hands. This is a day to stand still and see the salvation of God.

Day 63 is a book-of-Second-John day. Second John is the 63rd book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 63rd day of the year. This book is about walking in the ‘truth’, keeping ‘commandments’, and holding to the ‘doctrine’. The seventh season is not a time to do your pleasure but a time to do God’s pleasure. It is a season of devotion to God. The 63rd season is a time to watch out against error and deception.

Day 63 is a Psalm 63 day. It is a day to cling to the Lord, pursue fellowship with Him, and be wrapped up in His love. The 63rd season is the Lord’s sabbath and is about Him, His power, glory, loving kindness, name, wings, and right hand. It is a season to desire and seek the manifestation of the saving power and majesty of God. Psalm 63:1-2 says, “O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water. [2] So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory”. Psalm 63:9-10 says, “But those who seek my life, to destroy it, Shall go into the lower parts of the earth. [10] They shall fall by the sword; They shall be a portion for jackals”. This declaration of the psalmist agrees with what happened to Saul in First Samuel 31.

Day 63 is an Isaiah 63 day. In Isaiah 63, the Lord is Redeemer, Avenger, and Savior. Day 63 is for celebrating the loving kindness of the Lord expressed in His salvation and deliverance. Isaiah 63 is a revelation that the battle had been fought and won. Isaiah 63:3-6 says, “I have trodden the winepress alone, And from the peoples no one was with Me. For I have trodden them in My anger, And trampled them in My fury; Their blood is sprinkled upon My garments, And I have stained all My robes. [4] For the day of vengeance is in My heart, And the year of My redeemed has come. [5] I looked, but there was no one to help, And I wondered That there was no one to uphold; Therefore My own arm brought salvation for Me; And My own fury, it sustained Me. [6] I have trodden down the peoples in My anger, Made them drunk in My fury, And brought down their strength to the earth.”

Day 63 is Hebrews – Revelation Day in the 9th week. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The last three days of the week belongs to the New Testament side of the week. It is the ‘good news’ part of the week. The last day of the week has its guiding light in the last nine books of the Bible. They are books of recovery and restoration. Day 63 is a day of recovery and restoration. May it be a day of fulfillment for you.

Day 63 is a 14th Book and chapters of the Bible day (in the Second 49 days of the year). As the 14th day in the Second 7 weeks of the year, Day 63 has its guiding light in the 14th book and 14th chapters of the day. The 14th book and 14th chapters of the Bible reveal that the 14th season is the Lord’s season of intervention and vengeance. God drowned Pharaoh’s army in the Red Seas in Exodus 14. God lengthened Hezekiah’s life and destroyed Sennacherib in the 14th year of Hezekiah’s reign. Day 63 is a day of intervention and vengeance. Look up!

Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, raise a cry against wickedness; trust in the Lord, hope in Him, and take refuge in His grace and mercy. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. This is a day of “IT IS DONE”. Today, you will have pleasure by seeking the pleasure of God. Today, make it priority to honor God. Obey Him. If you missed it anywhere, repent and return to God. This is a day to go back to Bethel.

Day 61: The Mystery of March 2

2

Welcome to the 61st day of the year! Day 61 is the fifth day of the ninth week; and the 12th day in the second 49 days of the year. Day 61 is March 2 in a Clear Year and March 1 in a Leap year. It is a fifth season day. The Bible patterns for understanding the 61st day are 1) the fifth day of creation narrative; 2) the 61st book of the Bible; 3) the 61st chapters of the Bible; 4) Chapters 20-23 of First Samuel, the 9th book of the Bible.

Day 61 is a fifth day of creation day. On the fifth day, God made the living creatures that fly (birds) and those that swim (fish and other sea creatures). Flesh and blood creatures, with ability for sensory perception, began to exist on the fifth day. God also began to bless on the fifth day. The fifth day is a day of abundant life and blessing. It is a season to wrestle against things that limit life and blessings. It is a season to war against forces that prey on life and its blessings. Day 61 is a day to live above the waters or beneath the waters.

Day 61 is a First Samuel 20-23 day. This fifth section of First Samuel, reveals that the 61st season is a season of conflict between fleshly and spiritual forces; a season of preservation from death and a season of freedom from limitations. The chase after David continued in the 20th chapter. Jonathan, David’s wife, and Samuel, helped David escaped death in this section. Above all, David was preserved by His relationship with God. He fled to Gath in First Samuel 21 to escape from Saul. There, he hoped to offer himself to serve the king of Gath but when some Philistines recognized him as the enemy of the land, he feigned madness and was left to go. That way, he escaped death. In the 22nd chapter, 400 thugs joined him. In the same chapter, Saul murdered priests of the Lord because of a gossip that one of them had supported David and helped him escape. Only one of the priests, Abiathar, the son of Ahimelech, escaped. In the 23rd chapter, David and his six hundred men saved the city Keilah from the Philistines. He received Abiathar the priest at Keilah and began to inquire from the Lord about his movements. Through seeking God, he began to have access to secrets. He left Keilah and went to Ziph because of divine intelligence reports. Saul traced him to Ziph. Jonathan helped him; and at last God delivered him from Saul through a rumor that the Philistines were invading Israel.y 61 is a book of Deuteronomy day in a book of First Samuel week. It is a day of choosing, through peace with God, life against death and blessings against curses. David chose the right way but Saul chose to go the wrong way. Day 61 is a day to enjoy life and blessings through loyalty to God.

Day 61 is a book of Second Peter day. Second Peter, the 61st book of the Bible shows that the 61st season is for giving and receiving “all things that pertain to life and godliness”.  It is a season of “exceeding great and precious promises by which we become partakers of the divine nature”.  It is a season to watch out against those deceivers who go unsent and un-anointed. It is a season to watch out against scoffers who make light of God’s promises. It is a season of steadfastly standing on God’s word and advancing from one level of strength to another. It is a season of the dominion of righteousness and rebuilding ruins – “a new heaven and a new earth where righteousness dwells”.

Day 61 is a 61st chapters of the Bible day. The 61st chapters of the Bible indicate that the 61st season is a season of good tidings and good works. It is a season to give and receive what is lacking or missing. It is a season to cause change and make a difference. It is a season of renewal and restoration. It is a season of joy for the works of the Lord. It is a season to end pains, lift  burdens, terminate yokes, and cause groaning to cease. It is a season when the Lord sends His anointed ones to give and minister needed help. Go forth because He has anointed and sent you; and be willing to receive those He has anointed and sent to you. Psalm 61 is the cry of one overwhelmed with trouble. It is because of the cry of Psalm 61 that the ministry of Isaiah 61 is released. Isaiah 61 seems like an answer to the prayer in Psalm 61:1-2; and the rest of the psalm (verses 3-8) is a testimonial of God’s intervention.Isaiah 61 captures this properly: Isaiah 61:1-3 says, “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, Because the LORD has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; [2] To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, [3] To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.”

Day 61 is a Book of Second Kings day in the Second 49 days of the year. The 61st day of the year is the 12th day in the second 7 weeks of the year. Second Kings is the 12th book of the Bible and is applicable to the 12th day in the second seven weeks of the year. The 12th book of the Bible opens with Elisha’s ministry of prophetic intervention that saw the sick healed, the barren conceive, the dead raised, and gave hope to the hopeless. He brought joy to the afflicted and needy. Day 61 is a day of life-saving and life-changing interventions.

Day 61 is a Matthew – Galatians day in the 9th week. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. Day 61 is the beginning of the New Testament side of the ninth week of the year; and has its guiding light in the first nine books of the New Testament. The first 9 books of the New Testament are the narratives and interpretations of the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. They are also about the Holy Spirit and the Church. Day 61 is a Jesus-day. It is a day of good news. It is a day of salvation. The first 9 books of the NT are about the love and grace of God granting salvation and justification to humanity by faith. This is a day to enter experientially into the New Testament side of the week. It is a day of answers to prayers, fulfillment of prophecies, and delivery of promises. The New Testament side of the week is the spiritual and deeper side. The New Testament side is the side of manifestation. The old has passed away; and the new has begun. Dreams for the week are expected to come to pass and promises should be fulfilled. Expect deliverance and divine intervention today!

DECREE AND DECLARE: At creation, God spoke His will into each day. He made us in His image and likeness; and expects us to release His will into each day. Decree this day that the flesh will not overtake the spirit in your life, family,, organization, and nation. Decree a change in the week and declare that today is the beginning of the New Testament side of the week. As a Book-of-Matthew day, decree that Emmanuel (God is with us) takes over. As a New Testament type day, decree that the love of God will overtake human error and failure. Today, submit to the spirit against the flesh. Walk in the spirit and make no room for the flesh. The fifth season is a season of giving spiritual interpretations to earthly manifestations. Today, make it your watchword to walk in the spirit and obey God’s Word. Walking in the spirit is the key to gaining all. Birds (representing the spirit) fly above and eat from the land, the sea, and the air. Today, cry out to God against oppression and for the pains in your life. Speak out also. Trust Him to intervene in your affairs and in the affairs of people around you. Determine to make a next-level move. It’s time to shift base in the spirit! Today, put yourself on the side of blessing by choosing obedience instead of curses by choosing disobedience. Have a happy day!

PRAYER: Father, I thank you for this season of warfare and reconstruction and renewal. As you have anointed me and sent me, use me to make a difference in someone’s life today. Thank you, also, for those you have anointed and sent to help me and to rebuild things in my life. I receive them with joy. In the name of the Lord, I resist the enemy of God’s purposes and his agents. I frustrate and nullify their efforts. Let the thoughts of the enemy perish. Let his plans and purposes be overthrown. This is a day of good news! Happy 61st day! Read about the 61st year here.

Day 60: The Mystery of February 29

4

Welcome to the 60th day of the year! Day 60 is the fourth day of the ninth week; and the eleventh day in the second 49 days of the week. Day 60 is a fourth-season day. This is the middle of the week. It is the bridge between the first three days and last three days of the week. It is March 1 in a Clear year and February 29 in a Leap Year. The Bible patterns for understanding the 60th day are 1) the fourth day of creation narrative; 2) the 60th book of the Bible; 3) the 60th chapters of the Bible; 4) the fourth four chapters (13-16) of First Samuel, the 9th book of the Bible.

Day 60 is a fourth day of creation day. On the fourth day of creation, God made the luminaries; the greater light to rule the day; and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also. He made the luminaries to be for lights, to divide the day from the night, to rule over day and night, and to be for signs and for seasons. Day 60 is for the dominion of light against darkness. God made luminaries on the fought day because of the tendency for darkness to overtake men in the fourth seasons of life. Day 60 is a day to stand guard against confusion, disorderliness, or disorganization. It is a season to guard against mental darkness, deception, and foolish stumbling. Day 60 is a day to triumph through light.

Day 60 is a book-of-Numbers day in a book-of-First-Samuel week; because it the fourth day of the ninth week. Numbers is the fourth book of the Bible and First Samuel is the ninth book of the Bible. It is the ‘wilderness day’ of the ninth week. As the fourth day of the ninth week, Day 60 expresses First Samuel 16-19 (the fourth four chapters of the ninth book of the Bible). Those four chapters were chapters of testing and persecution in the life of David. In the 16th chapter, David was anointed king in his father’s house; as one that would do the will of God. An evil spirit of depression came upon Saul and David was found to play music, as palace musician, to soothe Saul’s soul. In the seventeenth chapter, David clashed with, and killed, the Philistine giant that terrorized the army of Israel. David was instrument of deliverance in this section. Jonathan and David became friends after he killed Goliath. In the the 18th chapter, overcome by jealousy, as the women praised David, sought to kill David.. He got into trouble for disregarding instructions. Day 60 is a time to overcome tests and trials. It is a season to be guided by light. It is a season to focus on the word – the light. Today, may the Lord guide you away from foolish and costly decisions. May the Lord deliver you from failing like king Saul.

Day 60 is Book of First Kings Day in the Second 49 days of the year. Day 60 is the eleventh day in the second 7 weeks of the year; and has its guiding light in the eleventh book and chapters of the Bible. The eleventh season is a season of unprecedented exploits, trials, and sometimes failure. In the eleventh book of the Bible, Israel became great under the ruler ship of Solomon. In this 11th book of the Bible, Israel also began to go down through the errors of Solomon and Jeroboam the son of Nebat. Israel divided into two kingdoms in this season because of the arrogance of Rehoboam.

Day 60 is a book-of-First-Peter day. The 60th book of the Bible, First Peter, says God has begotten us again to a LIVING HOPE according to His abundant mercy and through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The 60th book of the Bible gives hope and comfort amid suffering. Pray that the pains of the season will not distract you from the promised gains. Day 60 is a 60th-chapters-of-the-Bible day. The 60th chapters of Psalm and Isaiah reveal that the 60th season is a season of hope, promises, and assurances from God – amid trials.  On this sixtieth day, take your eyes off the darkness of the season and put them on the Lord and His promises.

Day 60 is a 60th chapters of the Bible day. In the middle of the prayers in Psalm 60, we read this: “God has spoken in His holiness: “I will rejoice; I will divide Shechem And measure out the Valley of Succoth. [7] Gilead is Mine, and Manasseh is Mine; Ephraim also is the helmet for My head; Judah is My lawgiver. [8] Moab is My washpot; Over Edom I will cast My shoe; Philistia, shout in triumph because of Me.” The 22-verse 60th chapter of Isaiah has about 60 mouth-watering, promises that give hope to the believer. The passage is full of good things God said SHALL happen; and things He said He WILL do.

Day 60 is Obadiah – Malachi day in the 9th week. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week is the first Old Testament side and the last three days is the New Testament side. The last 9 books of the Old Testament is applicable to the fourth and last day in the Old Testament side of the week. The last nine books of the Old Testament constitute the bridge linking the Old Testament and the New Testament. The books of ‘the minor prophets’ are part of the last 9 books of the O.T. They are about judgment and promises of restoration. Today is a day of the dominion of the Voice of God in the nations. Let His Voice dominate in your life.

Today, decree that there be light-givers to keep darkness from holding sway in your life and circumstances. Today, be on your guard against depression, deception, and making foolish utterances, and unreasonable decisions. Seek counsel; and be guided by light from God’s word, revelation, and wise and godly people. Do not despise the voice of wisdom and counsel. Speak the word of God instead of your fears and feelings. Happy 60th day!

On this day in 2022, a mother and her four children were burnt to death in a domestic fire accident in their home in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. The same day, two Ukraine footballers were killed in the Russian against Ukraine.

Day 59: The Mystery of February 28

0

Welcome to the 59th day of the year! Day 59 is the third day of the ninth week; and the tenth day in the second 49 days of the year. Day 59 is February 28 – the last day of the second month. It is a third-season day. The Bible patterns for understanding the 59th day are 1) the third day of creation narrative; 2) the 59th book of the Bible; 3) the 59th chapters of the Bible; 4) the third four chapters of First Samuel, the 9th book of the Bible.

Day 59 is a third-day-of-creation day. On the third day of creation, God moved the waters under heaven to one place, uncovered the earth (dry ground), and made it release the hidden potential for life in it. Day 59 is for uncovering hidden realities and potentials. The hidden realities could be positive or negative. It could be the uncovering and manifestation of what is good and helpful or the uncovering of what is evil. Day 59 is for the unveiling of secret things. Day 59 is for seeing what is hidden and calling it forth to manifestation.

As the third day of the ninth week, Day 59 is a book of Leviticus day in a book of First Samuel week. The book of Leviticus is about the spiritual platforms sustaining Israel’s relationship with God. It is the day of the priestly ministry in the 9th week of the year.

Day 59 is a book of James day. James, the 59th book of the Bible; and takes a stand against superficiality. James exposes the power of the hidden tongue. James bring to light the hidden power of prayer and the reason behind unanswered prayers. James shows the importance of Prayer in a 59th season. James 5:13-18 says, “Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms. [14] Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. [15] And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. [16] Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. [17] Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain; and it did not rain on the land for three years and six months. [18] And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit”.

Day 59 is a 59th-chapters-of-the-Bible day. The 59th chapters of the Bible reveal that the 59th seasons is a season of intense pressure requiring God’s mercy, intervention, and salvation, for those who trust in Him. Psalm 59 is a cry to God for intervention.

Isaiah 59 shows, firstly, the reason prayers may not be answered in a 59th season; but also shows how the mercy of God can transcend merit or human efforts.

Isaiah 59:15-20 says, “So truth fails, And he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. Then the LORD saw it, and it displeased Him That there was no justice. [16] He saw that there was no man, And wondered that there was no intercessor; Therefore His own arm brought salvation for Him; And His own righteousness, it sustained Him. [17] For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, And a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, And was clad with zeal as a cloak. [18] According to their deeds, accordingly He will repay, Fury to His adversaries, Recompense to His enemies; The coastlands He will fully repay. [19] So shall they fear The name of the LORD from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him. [20] “The Redeemer will come to Zion, And to those who turn from transgression in Jacob,” Says the LORD”.

Day 59 is a First Samuel 11-15 day in the 9th week. The ninth book of the Bible is the guiding light for the 9th week of the year; and the third 5 chapters of the 9th book are the guiding light for the third day of the ninth week. In the eleventh chapter, Saul fought his first battle against Ammonites to deliver the people of Jabesh Gilead. In the 12th chapter, Samuel presented Saul and made his farewell/retirement speech. In the 13th chapter, he overstepped his bounds to offer sacrifice instead of waiting for Samuel. That was the beginning of his downfall. In chapter 14, he issued an unreasonable decree requiring soldiers to fight on empty stomach. Penalty for violation was death. His son Jonathan almost got killed for tasting honey. In the 15th chapter, he disobeyed God’s commandment to destroy Amalek. That was the last straw that broke the Camel’s back. God rejected him as king. Day 59 is for the unveiling of platforms. It is for the unveiling of what you have been desiring or looking for. God unveiled the first king of Israel to the Seer and had him anointed. Saul found his father’s missing donkeys and also become the first king of Israel. The Spirit of God came upon him to confirm his anointing. Saul conquered the Ammonites and saved Jabesh Gilead in his first battle. Samuel gave his farewell speech to Israel in this passage. Day 59 is a day of finding answers. God answered Samuel, Saul, and Israel in this chapter. Today, you will see the one you are looking for; and will be found by those looking for you.

Day 59 is Ecclesiastes – Amos day in the 9th week. Every week of the year has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. This third day of the ninth week has its guiding light in the third 10 books of the Old Testament. The major prophetic books belong there. This is the day of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel and Hosea in the 9th week of the year. This is a day of seeing, hearing, and declaring. It is a day of taking on responsibility for the world around you. It is a day of responding to the call to service. What you do with God’s word today matters. You must open your ears to hear; and as you hear, you must obey.

If Day 58 was a day of asking for change, Day 59 is a day of delivering the answers; or for stating reasons why answers may not be given. Expect answers to prayers today. Happy 59th day!

Day 58: The Mystery of February 27

0

Welcome to the 58th day of the year. This is the second day of the ninth week of the year; and the ninth day in the second 49 days of the year. Day 58 is a core second-season day. It is the second day of the second week in the second 49 days of the year. The Bible patterns for understanding the 58th day are 1) the second day of creation narrative; 2) the 58th book of the Bible; 3) the 58th chapters of the Bible; 4) the second four chapters of First Samuel, the 9th book of the Bible.

Day 58 is a second-day-of-creation day. On the second day of creation, God created the firmament to divide the waters and break its monopolies. The firmament fought the waters and made room for everything else existing today. This day is a season to war against monopolies.

Day 58 is a First Samuel 6-10 day. The second 5 chapters (6-10) of the ninth book of the Bible is applicable to the second day of the ninth week of the year. Day 58 is like a book of Exodus day in a First Samuel week. As Israel demanded freedom from Pharaoh and Egypt in the book of Exodus, that was how Israel demanded change from Prophet Samuel in this second section of First Samuel. In this section, while Israel mourned the loss of the Ark of God, the Philistines were compelled, by divine judgment, to return the Ark. They did! Day 58 is for mounting pressure on circumstances for change. In the seventh chapter, as the Philistines came up against Israel, Samuel called Israel to return to God. He prayed to God against the Philistines:and heaven released frightening thunder in the camp of the Philistines. They were defeated and never dared to return to Israel in the active days of Samuel. In the eighth chapter, Samuel made his sons, Joel and Abijah, judges in Israel but Israel rejected them for corruption and asked for a king instead. Samuel was disappointed and wanted Israel to reconsider her request; but the people prevailed and God accepted their request. This was the beginning of political change (from theocracy to monarchy) in Israel. In the ninth chapter, Saul, searching for his father’s lost donkeys without success, came in contact with Samuel the Seer. Samuel, who had been waiting to see Saul (not knowing who he was) told him the donkey’s had been found; and also told him that God had chosen him to be the first king of Israel. Day 58 is the Seeker’s day and the Seer’s day. The seer could be physical, spiritual, or technological. The satellite is a seer! Intelligence Agents are seers. In the tenth chapter, Samuel anointed Saul and sent him away with confirming signs. Day 58 is a day of change!

Day 58 is a book of Hebrews day. Hebrews, the 58th book of the Bible began with “God, who at various times and in various ways SPOKE in time past to the fathers by the prophets, [2] has in these last days SPOKEN to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds”.

The book of Hebrews addresses the backsliding of those who were turning from Jesus to Moses, from faith to works, from the priesthood of Christ to Levitical priesthood, from the finished work of Christ to the endless sacrificing of rams and bulls, from the new covenant to the old covenant. This 58th day is for addressing backsliding in the affairs of men; and for taking steps to correct what needs to be corrected..

LESSONS FROM THE BOOK HEBREWS APPLICABLE TO THE 58TH SEASON

1. It is a season to speak. God who spoke through the prophets has spoken by His Son; and we need to hear.

2. It is a season of change and redefinition. God changed His channel of communication. Pattern of communication changes in the 58th season – from shadow to concrete reality; from temporaries to permanence; from what does not work to what works.

1-2: Jesus versus prophets and angels

3: Jesus versus Moses

4: Jesus versus Joshua

5-7: Jesus versus Levitical Priesthood

8: Jesus versus the Old Covenant

9: Jesus versus the Sanctuary

10: Jesus versus the sacrifices

11-12: Jesus versus the fathers; Faith versus works; Zion versus Sinai

13. Mouth-love versus Active love.

3. It is a season of giving and receiving aid. Jesus is our aid from God and we need to believe Him. It is a season of practical faith.

Day 58 is a 58th-chapters-of-the-Bible day. The 58th chapters of the Bible reveal that the 58th season is for speaking out LOUD. It is not a season to keep silent about things that need to be corrected. It is for addressing the obsolete, the troubles, and the hindrances in our lives. Psalms 58 opens with “Do you indeed speak righteousness, you silent ones? Do you judge uprightly, you sons of men?” This chapter of the Bible is an outcry against wickedness. “Break their teeth in their mouth, O God! Break out the fangs of the young lions, O LORD! [7] Let them flow away as waters which run continually; When he bends his bow, Let his arrows be as if cut in pieces. [8] Let them be like a snail which melts away as it goes, Like a stillborn child of a woman, that they may not see the sun”. Isaiah 58:1 bids us to “Cry aloud, spare not; Lift up your voice like a trumpet; Tell My people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins”. Isaiah 58 gives the key to receiving answers to prayers. It shows that it isn’t just praying that secures what we desire from God but doing what God wants. Isaiah 58:9-12 says, “…If you take away the yoke from your midst, The pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness, [10] If you extend your soul to the hungry And satisfy the afflicted soul, Then your light shall dawn in the darkness, And your darkness shall be as the noonday. [11] The LORD will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. [12] Those from among you Shall build the old waste places; You shall raise up the foundations of many generations; And you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of Streets to Dwell in”. We take delight in approaching God through prayer and fasting but we do not seem to be getting answers that correspond to our prayer efforts. The 58th season is for making corrections and adjustments that open doors for prayers to be answered. It is a season for removing obstacles and roadblocks to answered prayers. This day is for removing hindrances to prayers through repentance. If we want God to undo burdens and destroy yokes in our nation, we must begin by undoing the burdens and yokes of people around us – in our local churches, neighborhood, and families. This day is about ACTION – not preaching or praying. Why do we want God to change things in our nation when we are unwilling to change the little things we have the power and resources to change around us?

LESSONS FROM THE 58TH CHAPTERS APPLICABLE TO THE 58TH SEASON

1. Day 58 is not a season to keep silent. It is a season to speak out. It is a season to confront unrighteousness and wickedness and backsliding in your life and around you (Psalm 58:1-2; Isaiah 58:1-5; Hebrews 1:1-3). This 58th day, lift up your voice like a trumpet. In First Samuel 8, Israel spoke out and requested a king from Samuel.

2. Day 58 is not a season to play religion and perform rituals; but a season to engage in practical expressions of faith and a season to enjoy the benefits of authentic faith and godliness. It is a season to fight for, and reach out to the needy (Isaiah 58: 6-12). This 58th day, give attention to charity. Minister to the poor and needy.

3. Day 58 is not a season to watch the wicked but a time to crush them. It is a season to pray for vengeance against wickedness (Psalm 58: 3-9; First Samuel 5-8). The 58th day, you must war against wickedness. Pray fervently against the wicked and the spirit of wickedness. In First Samuel 5-8, God did not watch the Philistines desecrate the Ark. He reacted.

4. Day 58 is a season to pursue divine pleasure and also enjoy the benefits (Isaiah 58: 13-14). This 58th day, you must put God First and pursue His pleasure.

5. Day 58 is a season to show that God judges in the earth; and that there’s a reward for righteousness (Psalm 58: 10-11). This 58th day, you must believe for, and expect, divine intervention and vindication.

Day 58 is First Kings – Proverbs day in the 9th week of the year. It is the second day in the Old Testament side of the week; and has its guiding light in the second 10 books of the Old Testament. They are about exploits and struggle for survival. From building the magnificent temple of God, Israel degenerated into open idolatry, split into two kingdoms, went into captivity, and experienced God’s mercy to return. Day 58 is a season of conflict for change in the spirit. It is a day to fight through barriers to become who and what God wants you to be. The second 10 books of the Bible (ending with Psalms and Proverbs) teach that unreserved faith in God and the pursuit of His will is the key to triumph in the 58th season; and that idolatry (alternatives to faith in God) is a trap in this season.

Praise Him.

Today, there is a cry for change from the womb of the earth; and Heaven is rising with intense pressure against oppressive and dysfunctional monopolies. As there was change on the second day of creation, the second book of the Bible, in the second four chapters of First Samuel, the second 10 books of the Old Testament, and in the 58th book and chapters of the Bible, so let there be change today. Happy 58th day of the year!

PRAYERS:

1. O Lord, lift your hand against my mockers and adversary. Terrify them with your mighty.

2. O Lord, harass my adversary until they surrender and release everything of mine in their hands.

3. O Lord, let my change come. I do not want to be like anyone. Restore my glory and let me be what you made me to be.

On this day in 2019, Nigeria’s Independent National Electoral Commission declared President Buhari winner of the 2019 Presidential Election held five days earlier. While ‘the winner’ celebrated, the people seemed not excited but mourned silently as though robbed.

Day 57: The Mystery of February 26

0

Welcome to the 57th day of the year! Day 57 is also the first day of the ninth week and the eight day in the second 49 days of the year. The Bible patterns for understanding the 57th day are 1) the first day of creation narrative; 2) the 57th book of the Bible; 3) the 57th chapters of the Bible; 4) the first four chapters of First Samuel, the 9th book of the Bible.

Day 57 is a first day of creation day in the ninth week. As God raised light against darkness on the first day of creation, Day 57 is a day of conflict between light and darkness. It is a day of triumphing over darkness with light; and of separating light from darkness. It is a day to initiate change; not a day to sit and watch the status quo. Although the beginning was full of darkness, the end was full of light. Today, begin the ACTION of the week.

Day 57 is a book of Philemon day. Philemon is the 57th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 57th day of year. The book is like a drama of divine intervention. Onesimus defrauded his master and ran away. That was intended to give his master pain and losses. Somehow, the plan of the evil one was overturned. Onesimus went Paul’s way and was won to the Lord. What Satan intended against Philemon for deceiving Onesimus turned against the kingdom of darkness. Satan lost Onesimus forever while Philemon gained him forever. Darkness does not triumph in the 57th season. Today is a day to disrupt the reign of darkness in nations, communities, families, and individual lives by releasing light through prayer, prophetic decrees, and corresponding action.

Day 57 is a First Samuel 1-5 day in the 9th week. The ninth book of the is a prophetic pattern for the 9th week of the year; and the first 5 chapters of the 9th book of the Bible is applicable to the first day of the 9th week of the year. At the beginning of this section, Hannah was in the darkness through barrenness. Her husband’s other wife mocked her and made her life miserable. She prayed to God and the Lord changed her story by giving her a son, Samuel. The nation was also under the darkness of sin and the corrupt priestly leadership of the house of Eli. The nation was oppressed by the Philistines. In this season, the Word of the Lord came to Samuel about the judgment of the house of Eli. That judgment, leading to the defeat of Israel in battle, the capturing of the ark, and the death of Eli’s sons, Eli, and Eli’s daughter in-law, is recorded in the fourth chapter of First Samuel. In the fifth chapter, placed the Ark of God in the temple of dragon, their god. God began to afflict the image of dagon. Day 57 is the beginning of change. May this day bring change against darkness in your life. In the first four chapters of First Samuel, the Lord recovered the Nazirite Israel lost in Samson; and the priesthood Israel could not have in the house of Eli.

Day 57 is a 57th-chapters-of-the-Bible day. The 57th is season when wickedness and the wicked rise to great power but are brought down through prayer and the intervention of God. It is a season of a major victory against the wicked and wickedness. Psalm 57 is a confessional about crying out to God against the wicked enemies. Psalm 57:2-6 says, “I will cry out to God Most High, To God who performs all things for me. [3] He shall send from heaven and save me; He reproaches the one who would swallow me up. Selah God shall send forth His mercy and His truth. [4] My soul is among lions; I lie among the sons of men Who are set on fire, Whose teeth are spears and arrows, And their tongue a sharp sword. [5] Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; Let Your glory be above all the earth. [6] They have prepared a net for my steps; My soul is bowed down; They have dug a pit before me; Into the midst of it they themselves have fallen. Selah. Isaiah 57 derides those who trust in idols. Isaiah 57:3-13 says, “But come here, You sons of the sorceress, You offspring of the adulterer and the harlot! [4] Whom do you ridicule? Against whom do you make a wide mouth And stick out the tongue? Are you not children of transgression, Offspring of falsehood, [5] Inflaming yourselves with gods under every green tree, Slaying the children in the valleys, Under the clefts of the rocks? [6] Among the smooth stones of the stream Is your portion; They, they, are your lot! Even to them you have poured a drink offering, You have offered a grain offering. Should I receive comfort in these? [7] “On a lofty and high mountain You have set your bed; Even there you went up To offer sacrifice. [8] Also behind the doors and their posts You have set up your remembrance; For you have uncovered yourself to those other than Me, And have gone up to them; You have enlarged your bed And made a covenant with them; You have loved their bed, Where you saw their nudity. [9] You went to the king with ointment, And increased your perfumes; You sent your messengers far off, And even descended to Sheol. [10] You are wearied in the length of your way; Yet you did not say, ‘There is no hope.’ You have found the life of your hand; Therefore you were not grieved. [11] “And of whom have you been afraid, or feared, That you have lied And not remembered Me, Nor taken it to your heart? Is it not because I have held My peace from of old That you do not fear Me? [12] I will declare your righteousness And your works, For they will not profit you. [13] When you cry out, Let your collection of idols deliver you. But the wind will carry them all away, A breath will take them. But he who puts his trust in Me shall possess the land, And shall inherit My holy mountain.” Isaiah 57 is also a revelation of the heart of God towards those who seek Him. Isaiah 57:14-21 says, “And one shall say, “Heap it up! Heap it up! Prepare the way, Take the stumbling block out of the way of My people.” [15] For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, With him who has a contrite and humble spirit, To revive the spirit of the humble, And to revive the heart of the contrite ones. [16] For I will not contend forever, Nor will I always be angry; For the spirit would fail before Me, And the souls which I have made. [17] For the iniquity of his covetousness I was angry and struck him; I hid and was angry, And he went on backsliding in the way of his heart. [18] I have seen his ways, and will heal him; I will also lead him, And restore comforts to him And to his mourners. [19] “I create the fruit of the lips: Peace, peace to him who is far off and to him who is near,” Says the LORD, “And I will heal him.” [20] But the wicked are like the troubled sea, When it cannot rest, Whose waters cast up mire and dirt. [21] “There is no peace,” Says my God, “for the wicked.”

Day 57 is a Genesis to Second Samuel day in the 9th week. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week constitute the Old Testament side. The last three days of the week belong to the New Testament side. Day 57 is the first day and beginning of the O.T side of the 9th week. The guiding light for the day is the first 10 books of the Bible. In this section of the Bible, God is looking for a man – one after His heart; one that expresses His thoughts. He saw Abel, Seth, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Samuel; and they were all pleasing to Him; but He found His desire in David. May the Lord see His desire in you and yours today.

Call upon Him for mercy. Today, trust in the promise of God’s intervention and deliverance. Happy 57th day.
