On the third day of creation, God gave the waters its own space; commanded the waters to move and delivered dry ground from the dominion of the waters. God commanded the dry ground to appear and also to bring forth vegetation. So, the season is for deliverance from oppression. That means oppressors appear in the third season. There cannot be deliverance in the third season if there is nothing to be delivered from. Oppression happens but so does deliverance and breakthrough. Day 290 is for dismantling killers and oppressors; it is for manifesting new platforms; it is for releasing life. Day 290 is a day of deliverance from death and dryness.

In the third chapter of Luke, the 42nd book of the Bible, Jesus received the testimony of the Voice from Heaven concerning His sonship. The word of the Lord also came to John the Baptist in this chapter. The ministry of John began in this chapter. The genealogy of Jesus traced to Adam is also recorded in this chapter. It is a season to receive calls from Heaven. The command to the dry ground to appear is a way of granting breakthroughs to the dry ground. It is a call to become a platform for good. The demand to bring forth vegetation is call to duty. The Priests and Levites were called in Leviticus the third book of the Bible.

In these three chapters, Jesus sent His disciples to go and preach without provisions and also fed over 5000 people with very little provisions. He was also transfigured before His disciples. They returned with great testimonies of demons subject to them. Jesus even saw satan fall like lightening. The Good Samaritan. Mary and Martha. Importunity in prayer. Beelzebub. Dining with the Pharisee and criticized. Denounced the Pharisees. Seven woes in the tenth and eleventh chapters. Do not fear those who kill the body. Do not worry about defenses. The parable of the rich fool. Do not worry about food or clothes. Judgments of the end. Persecution and divisions in families. Discern the times. 

As on the third day of creation, Day 290 is a day to overthrow the enemy. It is a day to triumph over death and save lives. It is a season to bring forth sustenance out of nothing. It is a day to reveal and manifest hidden people and things. 

Day 290 is a book of Romans day in the sixth 49 days of the year. Paul’s epistle to the Romans is the 45th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 45th day in the sixth 49 days of the . It reveals that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. This is a day to expose the wickedness of hearts. The 45th book also reveals the grace of justification through faith. It establishes that righteousness and eternal life are gifts of God in Christ Jesus. Merit is not an issue in the 45th season. The 45th book reveals that works of righteousness do not lead to justification but should be a response to, and from, the grace of justification. The 45th season is for sensitivity love – not a season to do only your own things – or operate from self-centeredness.As a 45th season day, this is a day to dig out, expose and reveal what is hidden or had been hidden. In Genesis, Joseph’s brothers came face to face with Joseph. Their lies fell apart in the presence of Benjamin; and their wickedness was exposed.

We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. This is a day of manifestation. Do not be afraid to take a stand for the Lord. It is a season to come out of hiding and obscurity. It is a day to overthrow oppression and the oppressor. It is a day to establish the humble. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, be ready to hear His voice and respond by faith. Expect breakthrough. Be willing to sacrifice. Walk by faith! This is a day of breakthrough and pushing through barriers in the week. This is a day of unveiling. It is a day of answers to prayers. Today, pray for the overthrow of dysfunctional systems in the nations and in the church. Pray that God will make a way for the manifestation of hidden platforms and producers. Pray also that the forgotten functional people and things be remembered, recognized, and restored. Today, remember that when God delivers and manifests, it is for service and production. Do not consume His mercy on your lust. On this third day of the week, the oppressor will go down and the humble shall be delivered. Today, wickedness will be exposed. Truth will stand out. Falsehood will collapse and fall apart. Grace will also be revealed. Joseph did not punish his bothers for what they did to him. He received and treated them as if they never did any wrong. BORN ON THIS DAY? The day a baby is born is carefully scheduled by the Author of Life. Ecclesiastes 3 says there is a time to be born. People are born in their time. The time of birth speaks volumes about a person’s spiritual identity and purpose. People are born in the season of problems they are created to solve – just as light comes in darkness. Babies don’t start solving problems when they are born but they they are answers to problems associated with the day they are born. This is a day to intervene and rescue lives. It is a day of intervention against death and dryness. The spirit shows up in third seasons (Genesis 3; Esther 3; Daniel 3). You were born to act against the spirit of death and dryness. How you do this depends on your passion and occupation. Since you were born to sustain life, the evil one will want to make you a victim or agent of death. The kingdom of darkness seeks to keep you from your purpose. Stay connected to the Fountain of Life. He is the Author, Giver and Sustainer of life. Be attentive to His voice and call. In this section of the 42nd book, Jesus made way for the afflicted and weak. In Luke 4, Jesus was tempted in the wilderness and angels were there to minister to Him. The miraculous works of provision and healing continued in the fifth chapter. The last two books in this section of the Bible (Psalms and Proverbs) show that loss of faith in God is prelude to the loss of all things in the second season; but faith in God is the secret of power and strength. The faithful will triumph in the second season by the power and wisdom of God no matter what happens.

Knowledge, truth, and righteousness are all expressions of light. Light is the expression of God; because “God is Light and there is no darkness in Him. The light of the first day of creation was a manifestation of God. Light is the Firstborn of God; and the Fairborn of God is light. Day 288 is another day for light to triumph over darkness. It is another day of triumph against the kingdom of darkness. 

Day 288 is a book of John day in the sixth 49 days. John is the 43rd book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 43rd day in the sixth 49 days of the year. In the book of John, Jesus is called the light of the world. He came that those who sit in darkness may see light. Day 288 in the sixth 49 days is a day of darkness pierced by light. Darkness will manifest through confusion and mental darkness; but by the light that is in you by the presence of God in your heart and the word of faith in your mouth, the darkness will be dispelled. This is the day of light against darkness. It is a day to war with revealed truth. It is a day to shine as light amid darkness. It is a day to make things happen by the force of light (revealed truth) and the spoken word. This is a day to solve problems by the spoken Word as God did in Genesis 1 and as Jesus did in the book of John. Happy first day of the week! If the light does not shine, darkness will prevail. In the book of John, Jesus is also called the Son of God; and the Manifestation of the Father.

Day 288 is both a book of Genesis day and a book of John day. Both books open with light shining in darkness. In Genesis, God said, “Let there be light” and there was light. In John, the word of God (Who became flesh and dwelt among us) is the light of the world. This Light shines in darkness and the darkness does not master or comprehend it. Both books open with “In the beginning”. In the book of Genesis, God made man in His image and likeness – and kept His eyes on those who would represent His thoughts on earth. In John, Jesus said, “I and my Father are one”; and “If you have seen me, you have seen my Father”.

Genesis opens with “In the beginning, God….”: Genesis 1:1-5 says, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. [2] The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. [3] Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. [4] And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. [5] God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day”. John 1:1-5 says, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] He was in the beginning with God. [3] All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. [4] In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. [5] And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it”.

Both Genesis and John have things to say about eyes being opened. The fall of man happened because man was deceived to believe she was blind and needed to see. In John 9:39, Jesus said, “For judgment I have come into this world, that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may be made blind.” The word ‘see’ is used in 513 verses in the entire New Testament but in 91 verses in the book of John alone.

In the sixth chapter of Mark, Jesus did many mighty works, except in Nazareth, sent out his disciples two by two, to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and cast out demons; He fed over 5000 people in a wilderness with five loaves and two fish, walked on the sea, and healed many who come to touch him. The things God did on the sixth day were to fix the problems associated with the sixth season. God made man in His image because of the problem of ungodliness in the sixth season. God gave dominion to man because of the problem of rebellion in the sixth season. He communicated with man concerning His provisions because of the problem of food scarcity in the sixth season. He gave instructions on the sixth day because of the tendency to go the way of self-will in the sixth season. He blessed man with fruitfulness because of the problem of barrenness in the sixth season. He blessed man with multiplication because of the problem of decimation in the sixth season.

Day 286 is a Mark 13-14 day in the 41st week. The 2 chapters in the sixth division of the 41st book of the Bible is a applicable to the sixth day of the 41st week. In Mark 13, the disciples admired the temple and Jesus prophesied the destruction of the temple. They asked when that would happen and about the signs that would precede the destruction. This is a day to commemorate and relive the creation of man in the image and likeness of God. Today, make your way back to the Lord. Even if you are not a backslider, you can still get closer to the goal of expressing the Lord – as His image and likeness. Today, stand out for God as His representative and look into your life, and look around, for things and areas that need to be conformed to God’s standards. Today, pray that the kingdom comes, by the word of God, to establish God’s will in your life, family, church, community, nation; and in the nations of the world. Today, stand as God’s agent and exercise necessary dominion over the powers of darkness and wickedness. Walk in the exceptional wisdom of God in your words and actions. If we man the fifth season with the wisdom and power of God, we would stop the enemy by enforcing the mind of God.  In the fifth chapter of Mark, Jesus delivered a man who lost his freedom through demon possession. Demons took over his life and men tried to bind him with chains. That was double bondage. In the same chapter, Jesus raised a dead child back to life. He stopped the power of death and gave back life to the little girl. In this chapter also, Jesus healed the woman with the issue of blood. These stories are recorded in a fifth chapter because they are fifth season operations; they are the kind of things that happen in fifth season. This is a day of release from demons, disease and death. This is a day of total freedom.

Day 285 is a Mark 11-12 day in the 41st week. In Mark 11, Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey with pomp as a king. A multitude followed him. He exercised dominion in cleansing the temple and cursing the fruitless fig tree. The religious leaders felt threatened and wanted to lay hands on Him but could not – because of the following He had. In Mark 12, Jesus manifested the wisdom of God in the way He answered the questions of His critics; and asked them questions they couldn’t answer. Dominion and wisdom are expressions of the sixth season. Day 285 is a day to walk in wisdom and dominion. It is a day to subdue wild beasts, guide the foolish cattle, and outwit the creeping things.

Today is a Matthew – Galatians day in the week. It is a day of the compassionate intervention of God. Every week is like a journey through the Bible having an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and expresses the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The fifth day of the week is the beginning of the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the first nine books of the New Testament. The first 9 books of the NT are about Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Church. The books are about the love and grace of God granting salvation and justification to humanity by faith. This is a day to enter experientially into the New Testament side of the week. It is a day of answers to prayers, fulfillment of prophecies, and delivery of promises. The New Testament side is the spiritual and deeper side. The New Testament side is the side of manifestation. The old has passed away; and the new has begun. Dreams for the week are expected to come to pass and promises should be fulfilled. Expect deliverance and divine intervention.

Day 285 is specifically a book of Matthew day in the sixth 49 days of the year. Matthew, the 40th book of the Bible, is the beginning of the New Testament; and is guiding light for the 40th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book pointed to present happenings as the fulfillment of old prophecies. This is a day of good news. It is a day of spectacular turn-arounds. It is a day in which ‘Emmanuel’ (God with us) makes a difference in the lives of people – especially if their eyes are opened to see Him.

DECREE AND DECLARE: At creation, God spoke His will into each day. He made us in His image and likeness; and expects us to release His will into each day.  Decree this day that the flesh will not overtake the spirit in your life, family,, organization, and nation. Decree a change in the week and declare that today is the beginning of the New Testament side of the 33rd week. As a Book-of-Matthew day, decree that Emmanuel (God is with us) takes over. As a New Testament type day, decree that the love of God will overtake human error and failure. Today, submit to the spirit against the flesh. Walk in the spirit and make no room for the flesh. The fifth season is a season of giving spiritual interpretations to earthly manifestations. Today, make it your watchword to walk in the spirit and obey God’s Word. Walking in the spirit is the key to gaining all. Birds (representing the spirit) fly above and eat from the land, the sea, and the air. Today, cry out to God against oppression and for the pains in your life. Speak out also. Trust Him to intervene in your affairs and in the affairs of people around you. Determine to make a next-level move. It’s time to shift base in the spirit! Today, put yourself on the side of blessing by choosing obedience instead of drifting to the side of curses by choosing disobedience. May today be a day of seeing promises and prophecies fulfilled. The day a person is born speaks volumes about that person’s spiritual identity and purpose. Each day has its peculiar problems and as light is released because of darkness, people are solutions to problems associated with their day of birth. You were born on this day because you are an answer to some of the problems associated with this day. You were born to fulfill the intention of the Creator for this day. The intention of the Creator for this day is to make this day a day of fun and celebration, a day of freedom and abundant life. The evil one wants to hijack this day for disease, distress and death. The evil wants to use those to limit full expression of life on this day. The Creator wants to have agents who will see to it that His will for this day is done. You are one of those agents. The kingdom of darkness will want you to be her victim or agent. This evil kingdom will seek to attack you with things that will limit full expression of life; so you will struggle to stand in your ordination. Don’t allow the evil one to gain access to you. Your key to victory is unreserved obedience to God. As you obey God, you will be shielded in the realm of full expression of life. You were born to help people live life to the full or to lead them to find fullness of life. How you do this will depend on the field of endeavour you are in. Today, give thanks to God for your life and choose to obey God in all things. Happy birthday!
