Day 272 is a sixth day of creation day in the 39th week. On the sixth day of creation, God made land animals and man. He made man in His image and likeness; and gave man authority over the sea-air-and-earth-creatures. The sixth season is about the godly and the base; the righteous and the wicked; the spiritual and the carnal; the wise and the foolish; the holy and the profane. In Genesis 6, God distinguished Noah and his family from the rest of men. In the sixth book of the Bible, God distinguished between Israel and the Canaanites. It is a season to distinguish the irrational from the rational; the base from the spiritual; and the animalistic from the humane.

Day 272 is a book of Daniel day in the sixth 49 days of the year. As the 27th book of the Bible, the Book of Daniel is applicable to the 27th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. In the book of Daniel, the Hebrew young men were distinguished from their Babylonian counterparts. The sixth season is a sorting season that separates those who trust in God and those who patronize idols. It is a season when the humble are saved and promoted while the wicked and proud are destroyed. In the 27th book of the Bible, Daniel had such alignment with heaven that made it possible for him to have access to heavenly secrets. Daniel saw the future and the end in his days. Day 272 is a day to excel through godliness. It is a day of moving into your place in life by giving God His place in your life.

Day 272 is a Malachi 3: 8-18 day in the 39th week. The sixth section of the 39th book is applicable to the sixth day of the 39th week. Day 272 is a God and man day. Malachi 3:8-18 says, “Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, ‘In what way have we robbed You?’ In tithes and offerings. [9] You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation. [10] Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the LORD of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. [11] “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,” Says the LORD of hosts; [12] “And all nations will call you blessed, For you will be a delightful land,” Says the LORD of hosts. [13] “Your words have been harsh against Me,” Says the LORD, “Yet you say, ‘What have we spoken against You?’ [14] You have said, ‘It is useless to serve God; What profit is it that we have kept His ordinance, And that we have walked as mourners Before the LORD of hosts? [15] So now we call the proud blessed, For those who do wickedness are raised up; They even tempt God and go free.'” [16] Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, And the LORD listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the LORD And who meditate on His name. [17] “They shall be Mine,” says the LORD of hosts, “On the day that I make them My jewels. And I will spare them As a man spares his own son who serves him.” [18] Then you shall again discern Between the righteous and the wicked, Between one who serves God And one who does not serve Him.

Day 272 is a day to recognize and give God His rights. Those who rob God in this season are courting trouble.

Today is Ephesians – Philemon day in the week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The sixth day of the week is the second day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the second nine books of the New Testament. Today is a day to triumph in warfare through instructions. The second 9 books of the N.T are mentoring books. The pastoral epistles of Paul are in this section. This section of the Bible is for “the preparation of the man of God”.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. Today, show that your primary allegiance is to the God of Israel. You are made in the image and likeness of God. This is a day to commemorate and relive the creation of man in the image and likeness of God. Today, make your way back to the Lord. Even if you are not a backslider, you can still get closer to the goal of expressing the Lord – as His image and likeness. Today, stand out for God as His representative. Look into your life, and look around, for things and areas that need to be conformed to God’s standards. Today, pray that the kingdom comes, by the word of God, to establish God’s will in your life, family, church, community, nation; and in the nations of the world. Today, take a stand for God even if it means standing alone. Give Him His place in your life; and He will take you to your place in life. Ask the Lord to help you stand out for Him today. Have a happy and tremendously fruitful 272nd day!

BORN ON THIS DAY? You were born today for a reason. You were born for the troubles and problems of this day as light comes because of darkness. Your day cried out for you as the dry ground cries our rain in a hot season. You were born on this day because of who you are, what you are endowed with, and the purpose you are destined to fulfill. Day 271 is a fifth day of creation day in the 39th week. On the fifth day, God furnished the waters with living creatures – fish and sea creatures. He also made the birds of the air. Those creatures have eyes on both sides of their heads. The fifth day of creation was the beginning of the manifestation of flesh and blood creatures on planet earth. Sensory perception, voice sound, and movement, all began on the fifth day. But the creatures of the fifth day either go deep into the waters or fly above the waters and across the firmament. So, in the fifth season, men are either immersed in the waters of the flesh or soaring in the firmament of the spirit. The key to success in the fifth season is to walk in the spirit instead of being caught in the trap of the flesh. It is a season of balanced decision making. Birds fly and fish swim through balance. Spiritually minded people are balanced people. They live in the world of flesh but walk in the spirit. God began to bless His creatures on the fifth day of creation. The fifth season is a season of blessings but the enemy would want it to be a seasons of woes, disasters, and tears. God made it to be a season of life but the enemy would want it to be a season of destruction and death.

In a 39th week of tests and trials, the fifth day is a day of change. It is a turnaround day for those who trust in God; and a day of disasters for those who disregard or despise God. Ezekiel 39 is a good turnaround scripture for the fifth day of the 39th week. In this chapter, the prophet spoke of the judgment of Gog and of the restoration of the house of Jacob:

THE DESTRUCTION OF GOG

Ezekiel 39:1-10 says, “And you, son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal; [2] and I will turn you around and lead you on, bringing you up from the far north, and bring you against the mountains of Israel. [3] Then I will knock the bow out of your left hand, and cause the arrows to fall out of your right hand. [4] You shall fall upon the mountains of Israel, you and all your troops and the peoples who are with you; I will give you to birds of prey of every sort and to the beasts of the field to be devoured. [5] You shall fall on the open field; for I have spoken,” says the Lord GOD. [6] “And I will send fire on Magog and on those who live in security in the coastlands. Then they shall know that I am the LORD. [7] So I will make My holy name known in the midst of My people Israel, and I will not let them profane My holy name anymore. Then the nations shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel. [8] Surely it is coming, and it shall be done,” says the Lord GOD. “This is the day of which I have spoken. [9] “Then those who dwell in the cities of Israel will go out and set on fire and burn the weapons, both the shields and bucklers, the bows and arrows, the javelins and spears; and they will make fires with them for seven years. [10] They will not take wood from the field nor cut down any from the forests, because they will make fires with the weapons; and they will plunder those who plundered them, and pillage those who pillaged them,” says the Lord GOD”.

THE RESTORATION OF ISRAEL

Ezekiel 39:21-29 says, “I will set My glory among the nations; all the nations shall see My judgment which I have executed, and My hand which I have laid on them. [22] So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day forward. [23] The Gentiles shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity; because they were unfaithful to Me, therefore I hid My face from them. I gave them into the hand of their enemies, and they all fell by the sword. [24] According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions I have dealt with them, and hidden My face from them.”‘ [25] “Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: ‘Now I will bring back the captives of Jacob, and have mercy on the whole house of Israel; and I will be jealous for My holy name- [26] after they have borne their shame, and all their unfaithfulness in which they were unfaithful to Me, when they dwelt safely in their own land and no one made them afraid. [27] When I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them out of their enemies’ lands, and I am hallowed in them in the sight of many nations, [28] then they shall know that I am the LORD their God, who sent them into captivity among the nations, but also brought them back to their land, and left none of them captive any longer. [29] And I will not hide My face from them anymore; for I shall have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,’ says the Lord GOD.”

In this section of the book, God speaks of sending His messenger ahead of the day of the Lord. This is a day of sending and going and of coming and returning (mobility). Malachi 3:1-7 says, “Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the Messenger of the covenant, In whom you delight. Behold, He is coming,” Says the LORD of hosts. [2] “But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire And like launderers’ soap. [3] He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, And purge them as gold and silver, That they may offer to the LORD An offering in righteousness. [4] “Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem Will be pleasant to the LORD, As in the days of old, As in former years. [5] And I will come near you for judgment; I will be a swift witness Against sorcerers, Against adulterers, Against perjurers, Against those who exploit wage earners and widows and orphans, And against those who turn away an alien- Because they do not fear Me,” Says the LORD of hosts. [6] “For I am the LORD, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob. [7] Yet from the days of your fathers You have gone away from My ordinances And have not kept them. Return to Me, and I will return to you,” Says the LORD of hosts. “But you said, ‘In what way shall we return?’

Judgment comes in the fifth season when the messenger of God is disregarded.

Day 271 is a book of Ezekiel day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of Ezekiel is the 26th book of the Bible and is applicable to the 26th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of Ezekiel is a book of visions, directions, and action-obedience. “I see, I hear, and I obey”. This is a day of seeing, hearing, and following divine direction. If we do not see, hear, or follow, on this Book-of-Ezekiel day, we would miss the mark and the blessing. We could become victims.

Day 271 is a Matthew – Galatians day in the week. It is a day of the compassionate intervention of God. Every week is like a journey through the Bible having an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and expresses the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The fifth day of the week is the beginning of the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the first nine books of the New Testament. The first 9 books of the NT are about Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Church. The books are about the love and grace of God granting salvation and justification to humanity by faith. This is a day to enter experientially into the New Testament side of the week. It is a day of answers to prayers, fulfillment of prophecies, and delivery of promises. The New Testament side is the spiritual and deeper side. The New Testament side is the side of manifestation. The old has passed away; and the new has begun. Dreams for the week are expected to come to pass and promises should be fulfilled. Expect deliverance and divine intervention.

DECREE AND DECLARE: At creation, God spoke His will into each day. He made us in His image and likeness; and expects us to release His will into each day. Decree this day that the flesh will not overtake the spirit in your life, family,, organization, and nation. Decree a change in the week and declare that today is the beginning of the New Testament side of the 39th week. As a Book-of-Matthew day, decree that Emmanuel (God is with us) takes over. As a New Testament type day, decree that the love of God will overtake human error and failure. Today, submit to the spirit against the flesh. Walk in the spirit and make no room for the flesh. The fifth season is a season of giving spiritual interpretations to earthly manifestations. Today, make it your watchword to walk in the spirit and obey God’s Word. Walking in the spirit is the key to gaining all. Birds (representing the spirit) fly above and eat from the land, the sea, and the air. Today, cry out to God against oppression and for the pains in your life. Speak out also. Trust Him to intervene in your affairs and in the affairs of people around you. Determine to make a next-level move. It’s time to shift base in the spirit! Today, put yourself on the side of blessing by choosing obedience instead of curses by choosing disobedience.

Day 270 is a fourth day of creation day in the 39th week. The fourth season is a fight-back season for darkness. That was the reason God created lluminaries on the fourth day after He had said “let there be light” on the first day. That is the reason temptations, tests, trials, troubles, persecutions, disasters, are recorded in the fourth book and chapters of the Bible. Israel’s greatest troubles en-route Canaan are recorded in the fourth book of the Bible. The adversaries of Judah appeared in the fourth chapters of Ezra and Nehemiah. The temptations of Jesus are recorded in the fourth chapters of Matthew and Luke. The persecution of the Church began in the fourth chapter of Acts.

Joseph was tempted in Genesis 39 and Hezekiah in Isaiah 39. In the fourth season, darkness fights back to regain control, obscure reality, deceive those without discernment; and destroy eventually. The enemy hopes to make the fourth season a season of pain, tears, and lamentations. This is a week of allegations, accusations, charges, defenses, and verdicts. The 39th book of the Bible, Malachi, is about God’s five-count charge against Israel, Israel’s denials and demand for proof, and God’s verdicts (Malachi 1:2, 6, 7; 2: 17; 3:8).

Day 270 is a Malachi 2: 10-17 day in the 39th week of the year. Malachi is the 39th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 39th week. The fourth section of this book is applicable to the fourth day of the 39th week. The Bible reveals there is tendency to mismanage relationships in the fourth seasons. Why do we deal treacherously with one another By profaning the covenant of the fathers? [12] May the LORD cut off from the tents of Jacob The man who does this, being awake and aware, Yet who brings an offering to the LORD of hosts! [13] And this is the second thing you do: You cover the altar of the LORD with tears, With weeping and crying; So He does not regard the offering anymore, Nor receive it with goodwill from your hands. [14] Yet you say, “For what reason?” Because the LORD has been witness Between you and the wife of your youth, With whom you have dealt treacherously; Yet she is your companion And your wife by covenant. [15] But did He not make them one, Having a remnant of the Spirit? And why one? He seeks godly offspring. Therefore take heed to your spirit, And let none deal treacherously with the wife of his youth. [16] “For the LORD God of Israel says That He hates divorce, For it covers one’s garment with violence,” Says the LORD of hosts. “Therefore take heed to your spirit, That you do not deal treacherously.” [17] You have wearied the LORD with your words; Yet you say, “In what way have we wearied Him?” In that you say, “Everyone who does evil Is good in the sight of the LORD, And He delights in them,” Or, “Where is the God of justice?”

Today, guard your mind and heart with all diligence. Decree, like your father in Heaven, “Let there be lights – even in the hidden and dark places – to push darkness back and uncover its works”. This is not a day of darkness but a day of lights!

Prophesy!!! Today, also pray to be more sensitive in the spirit; to pick up necessary signals that would help you triumph over the enemy and keep darkness away. Today, pray to be delivered from falling into temptation. Pray to be preoccupied with the person of God; and to be focused on His mandate and His revealed purpose for your life. Be careful to weigh every decision in light of God’s purpose for your life; and God’s purpose for the time. Today, proclaim an end to woes and declare the dawn of a new day. Have a happy Day 270.

Day 269 is a third day of creation day in the 39th week of the year. On the third day, God delivered the earth from the dominion of the waters; granted ‘resurrection’ to the dry ground; and established her as a solid platform for all manner operations. On the same day, He commanded the dry ground to give birth to vegetation. This is a day of overthrow and manifestation. It is a day for the revelation and unveiling of the hidden and obscure. Day 269 is a bad day for the wicked and the oppressive. It is a day of deliverance from death. God’s intention for this day is to frustrate death by snatching away would-have-been victims. Those who are not spiritually sensitive today may stretch their hands to welcome death as Adam and Eve did in the third chapter of Genesis.

As a prophet to the nations, and coming from a priestly background, the mission and mandate ofJeremiah was to root out some nations; and then, plant some other nations. Day 268 was a day of making way where none existed; but Day 269 is for giving opportunity to people and things that have had none; or that have lacked opportunity for expression. On this third-season day, Heaven will upset the status quo to give platform to those who have little or no platform-chances.

In Jeremiah 39, Judah was overthrown. Babylon was favored and became the new platform for the emergence of a new generation of Jews who would return to rebuild Jerusalem. The reason for the overthrow of the third season is not just the dismantling of ‘dysfunctionalism’ but also to make room for things and people that had been in obscurity. The captivity of Judah exposed Daniel, Ezekiel, Mordecai, Ezra, Nehemiah, Shedrack, Meshach, and Abednego, and others, to the world. We would never have known them if the captivity had not happened.

Day 269 is a Malachi 2:1-9 day in the 39th week. Malachi is the 39th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 39th week of the year. The third section of this book is applicable to the third day of the 39th week. In this section of the book, the prophet focuses on a priesthood that had become dysfunctional and needed to be overthrown. Malachi 2:1-9 says, “And now, O priests, this commandment is for you. [2] If you will not hear, And if you will not take it to heart, To give glory to My name,” Says the LORD of hosts, “I will send a curse upon you, And I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have cursed them already, Because you do not take it to heart. [3] “Behold, I will rebuke your descendants And spread refuse on your faces, The refuse of your solemn feasts; And one will take you away with it. [4] Then you shall know that I have sent this commandment to you, That My covenant with Levi may continue,” Says the LORD of hosts. [5] “My covenant was with him, one of life and peace, And I gave them to him that he might fear Me; So he feared Me And was reverent before My name. [6] The law of truth was in his mouth, And injustice was not found on his lips. He walked with Me in peace and equity, And turned many away from iniquity. [7] “For the lips of a priest should keep knowledge, And people should seek the law from his mouth; For he is the messenger of the LORD of hosts. [8] But you have departed from the way; You have caused many to stumble at the law. You have corrupted the covenant of Levi,” Says the LORD of hosts. [9] “Therefore I also have made you contemptible and base Before all the people, Because you have not kept My ways But have shown partiality in the law.”

Day 269 is for the overthrow and displacement of dysfunctional people and systems. As one goes, another comes. A day of overthrow for one thing, is a day of establishment for another thing.

Day 269 is Ecclesiastes – Amos Day in the 39th week. Going through any week is like taking a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. In the third 10 books of the Bible, God sent His prophets to speak to the people. They confronted the people, warned them against judgment, comforted the faithful, and brought judgment on the arrogant. The third day is for the overthrow of the rebellious and establishment of the humble and just. How you fare in this season depends on your attitude and response to the word of God. This is a day of prophetic confrontation and judgment.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. This is a day of manifestation. Do not be afraid to take a stand for the Lord. It is a season to come out of hiding and obscurity. It is a day to overthrow oppression and the oppressor. It is a day to establish the humble. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy an end to something in your life, family, business, community, and nation. Today, be ready to hear His voice and respond by faith. Expect breakthrough. Be willing to sacrifice. Walk by faith! This is a day of breakthrough and pushing through barriers in the 34th week. This is a day of unveiling. It is a day of answers to prayers. Today, pray for the overthrow of dysfunctional systems in the nations and in the church. Pray that God will make a way for the manifestation of hidden platforms and producers. Pray also that the forgotten functional people and things be remembered, recognized, and restored. Today, remember that when God delivers and manifests, it is for service and production. Do not consume His mercy on your lust. On this third day of the 39th week of vengeance and mercy, the oppressor will go down and the humble shall be delivered. Today, believe God for a breakthrough. Believe God for a turnaround. Happy Day 269!

Day 268 is a second day of creation day in the 39th week. On the second day of creation, God made the firmament to thwart and divide the waters. That day, He made way where there was no way. A second day of creation season is a time to say a loud ‘No’ to oppressive monopolies and controlling powers.

Genesis 39 is a good illustration of what could happen on the second day of the 39th week. Joseph did the best he could in the house of his master, Portiphar; yet he ended up in jail; because of victimization. His master’s wife cast lustful eyes on him, made lustful advances and invited him to herself; but Joseph refused. Joseph tried to get her to reason but she was overcome by passion. She caught his clothes and seized him but he ran out and left his clothes in her hands. This became an exhibit against him. She raised her voice, in alarm, against Joseph. She kept Joseph’s clothes until her husband returned. She accused Joseph before her husband. Portiphar was angered by the story and threw Joseph into a special state-VIP-prison. The Lord was with him and made way for him where there was no way. It was Joseph’s NO in this chapter that moved him forward.

In the 23rd book of the Bible, Isaiah was light to Judah when moral and spiritual darkness threatened to overtake her. He was the monopoly-breaker when Sennacherib rose against Judah. The faithful will triumph in the second season no matter what happens.

We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, declare that your faith will not fail; and that the faithful will triumph. Mercy makes a way where there is no way. Today is a day of divine intervention and mercy. Today, release the word of the Lord against oppressive mountains in your life and in your world. Raise a cry to God against the proud and wicked in the land.

Day 267 is a first day of creation day in the 39th week. God created light and time on the first day of creation. God created light to dominate darkness. This is a day of light. Light expresses goodness and righteousness, knowledge and wisdom. Light expresses God and godliness. Day 267 is a day of goodness, godliness, and wisdom. It is a day of cooperation with, and submission to God. This is a day to overcome evil with good; ignorance with knowledge, and foolishness with wisdom, On the first day of creation, God created time to establish order and sequence. He created time when He appointed Day and Night, Morning and Evening. Time helps to operate in sequential order. Time teaches us to do first things first. Things take their turns because of time. Everything waits for it’s time; and comes in its time.

The mystery of Day 267 must be sought in light of the week and seven weeks it belongs to. As part of the 39th week, it is the beginning of the week of tests. As part of the sixth 49 days, it is the beginning of the seven days of testing towards selection for inheritance. It is the season of testing for approval towards representing God’s interest in the remaining part (weeks 40-42) of the sixth 49 days. This day is for the fulfillment of God’s word – whether for judgment or blessings.

The 39th chapter of Jeremiah is a good illustration of the fulfillment of God’s word on the first day of the 39th week.

1. Zedekiah, Judah, and Jerusalem saw the fulfillment of God’s word through Jeremiah:

Jeremiah 39:5-10 says, “But the Chaldean army pursued them and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho. And when they had captured him, they brought him up to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, to Riblah in the land of Hamath, where he pronounced judgment on him. [6] Then the king of Babylon killed the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes in Riblah; the king of Babylon also killed all the nobles of Judah. [7] Moreover he put out Zedekiah’s eyes, and bound him with bronze fetters to carry him off to Babylon. [8] And the Chaldeans burned the king’s house and the houses of the people with fire, and broke down the walls of Jerusalem. [9] Then Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carried away captive to Babylon the remnant of the people who remained in the city and those who defected to him, with the rest of the people who remained. [10] But Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard left in the land of Judah the poor people, who had nothing, and gave them vineyards and fields at the same time”.

2. The king of Babylon favored Jeremiah:

Jeremiah 39:11-14 says, “Now Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon gave charge concerning Jeremiah to Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard, saying, [12] “Take him and look after him, and do him no harm; but do to him just as he says to you.” [13] So Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard sent Nebushasban, Rabsaris, Nergal-Sharezer, Rabmag, and all the king of Babylon’s chief officers; [14] then they sent someone to take Jeremiah from the court of the prison, and committed him to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, that he should take him home. So he dwelt among the people”.

Ebed-Melech received the mercy of God as He had promised:

Jeremiah 39:15-18 says, “Meanwhile the word of the LORD had come to Jeremiah while he was shut up in the court of the prison, saying, [16] “Go and speak to Ebed-Melech the Ethiopian, saying, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel: “Behold, I will bring My words upon this city for adversity and not for good, and they shall be performed in that day before you. [17] But I will deliver you in that day,” says the LORD, “and you shall not be given into the hand of the men of whom you are afraid. [18] For I will surely deliver you, and you shall not fall by the sword; but your life shall be as a prize to you, because you have put your trust in Me,” says the LORD.'”

If then I am the Father, Where is My honor? And if I am a Master, Where is My reverence? Says the LORD of hosts To you priests who despise My name. Yet you say, ‘In what way have we despised Your name?’ [7] “You offer defiled food on My altar, But say, ‘In what way have we defiled You?’ By saying, ‘The table of the LORD is contemptible.’ [8] And when you offer the blind as a sacrifice, Is it not evil? And when you offer the lame and sick, Is it not evil? Offer it then to your governor! Would he be pleased with you? Would he accept you favorably?” Says the LORD of hosts”.

Decree that expressions of light will triumph in this first day of the 39th week. Today, make a quality decision to receive the word of the Lord and act on it without fear or doubts. Make a quality decision to walk in unconditional love. This is a day of sacrificial (tough) love. Today, take time to hear from God. Do not act without His direction. Follow what He says or shows. Although the 36th season is a time of pressures, your loyalty to God and people must shine forth. Today, seek the Lord against disasters in the week. Call upon Him for mercy. Day 267 is the first day of the 39th week. God is First; and the first belongs to Him. This is a day to honor and magnify God. Although we are to honor God every day of the week, the first day of the week is a day of special honor to God. If God is not honored in the first season, He claims His right to be honored with judgment. Disasters in the first season can be traced to dishonoring God in the Season Pl. Day 266 is a seventh day of creation day in the 38th week. On the seventh day of creation, God ended His work and rested. He also blessed the seventh day and made it holy (distinct, sanctified, set apart). The seventh season is a distinct season. The seventh day is a day of rest and day of no-labor. It is a season of release from yokes and burdens. The seventh season is an end-point. Heaven ties up operations in the seventh season. The seventh is God’s last in any set of seven. Since God rested on the seventh day, He intends that men rest in the seventh season. The intention of the enemy for the seventh season is to give men distress and unrest. The seventh book and chapters of the Bible confirm this. Israel had no rest in the book of Judges. Many seventh chapters of the Bible are about death and destruction- except when God intervenes.

What is the key to rest in the seventh season? Absolute faith and confidence in God! When you trust God, you are free from worries and fears. When you trust God, you no longer sweat; because you are no longer expending your energy; but leaning and depending on the strength, wisdom, and integrity of God. To trust God means to cease from your labors; to cease from looking unto yourself – what you have or do not have. That is rest!

Hebrews 4:1-10 says, “Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. [2] For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. [3] For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: “So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest,'” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. [4] For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”; [5] and again in this place: “They shall not enter My rest.” [6] Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience, [7] again He designates a certain day, saying in David, “Today,” after such a long time, as it has been said: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts.” [8] For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. [9] There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. [10] For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His”.

They are worried about things God said He would do. They are still carrying the loads and bearing the burdens. They need to enter into rest. Day 266 is the day of God’s battle for those who believe His word and have entered into rest.

Day 266 is a Hebrews – Revelation day in the 38th week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week also has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The agenda for this sixth day must be seen in light of the agenda of the 38th week; and the agenda of this 20th day must be understood in the context of the agenda of the sixth 49 days. What is the agenda of God for the 38th week? To grant visions (revelations) and escapes from death. What is the agenda of the enemy for the 38th week? To blindfold and deafen ears; to kill and to destroy. What should be the agenda of man in the 38th week? To walk in spiritual sensitivity, be attentive to God, and to cry out to God for mercy and intervention.

The sixth day of the 38th week is the season of mercy and judgment. It is a season of measuring all things according divine standards by the principles and wisdom of God. It is a season of judging people and things that fall short of the divine standard and favoring the things or people that are in alignment. In the sixth season, all things are judged according to how they deviate from, or align with, divine principles and wisdom. It is when God separates the wheat from the chaff. God sentenced humanity to destruction in the sixth chapter of Genesis; and led Israel to destroy and dispossess the seven idolatrous nations of the Canaanites in the sixth book of the Bible.

As a fifth season day, the key to understanding it is the fifth-day creation story; plus the fifth book and chapters of the Bible. As a 19th season day, we get our clue from the 19th book and chapters of the Bible. The 19th is the fifth of the third-seven. As part of the 38th week, Day 264 is a Zechariah 9-10 day.

Day 264 is a fifth day of creation day in the 38th week, On the fifth day of creation, furnished the waters with seas creatures. In fifth seasons, the enemy wants to use the waters as instrument of destruction – not preserving or sustaining life. He also wants to make it a season of fire instead of water. God furnishes in the fifth season but the enemy devastates in the same season. On the fifth day of creation, God made swimming-flying living creatures. That was the first time he made flesh and blood creatures; but that was also the first time He made creatures that could make conscious movement. In the fifth season, God blesses with life and freedom; while the enemy attacks with death and demobilizing forces. On the fifth day of creation, God blessed His creation, for the first time, with fruitfulness and multiplication. The fifth season is a season of blessing; but the enemy seeks to make it a season of decimation and woes.

The 38th book of the Bible is a good illustration of the life God intends on the fifth day of the 38th week. Before God created on the fifth day, the waters were uninhabited. He gave inhabitants to the waters and made the waters a habitation. The book of Zechariah says, “Run, speak to this young man, saying: ‘Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls, because of the multitude of men and livestock in it” (Zechariah 2:4). The 14-chapter book uses the word inhabit (or its derivatives) in 14 verses. This is not a day of devastation but of furnishing. It is not a day to be empty but a day to be filled. It is not a day to be homeless but a day of rehabilitation.

Day 264 is a book of Psalm day in the sixth 49 days of the year. Psalm is the 19th book of the Bible; and is applicable to the 19th day in the sixth 49 days of the year. The book of Psalms is about the redeemed that has found sufficiency in God. He stands on the Word of God, prays to God, sings to Him, praises Him, and boasts in Him. [16] The LORD their God will save them in that day, As the flock of His people. Zechariah 10:6-8 says, “I will strengthen the house of Judah, And I will save the house of Joseph. I will bring them back, Because I have mercy on them. They shall be as though I had not cast them aside; For I am the LORD their God, And I will hear them. [7] Those of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, And their heart shall rejoice as if with wine. Yes, their children shall see it and be glad; Their heart shall rejoice in the LORD. [8] I will whistle for them and gather them, For I will redeem them; And they shall increase as they once increased”.

Day 264 is a Matthew – Galatians day in the 38th week. It is a day of the compassionate intervention of God. Every week is like a journey through the Bible having an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The fifth day of the week is the beginning of the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the first nine books of the New Testament. The first 9 books of the NT are about Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Church. The books are about the love and grace of God granting salvation and justification to humanity by faith. This is a day to enter experientially into the New Testament side of the week. It is a day of answers to prayers, fulfillment of prophecies, and delivery of promises. The New Testament side is the spiritual and deeper side. The New Testament side is the side of manifestation. The old has passed away; and the new has begun. Dreams for the week are expected to begin to come to pass and promises should be fulfilled. Expect deliverance and divine intervention.

DECREE AND DECLARE: At creation, God spoke His will into each day. He made us in His image and likeness; and expects us to release His will into each day. Decree this day that the flesh will not overtake the spirit in your life, family,, organization, and nation. Decree a change in the week and declare that today is the beginning of the New Testament side of the 38th week. As a Book-of-Matthew day, decree that Emmanuel (God is with us) has taken over. As a New Testament-type day, decree that the love of God will overtake human error and failure. Today, submit to the spirit against the flesh. Walk in the spirit and make no room for the flesh. The fifth season is a season of giving spiritual interpretations to earthly manifestations. Today, make it your watchword to walk in the spirit and obey God’s Word. Walking in the spirit is the key to gaining all. Birds (representing the spirit) fly above and eat from the land, the sea, and the air. Today, cry out to God against oppression and for the pains in your life. Speak out also. Trust Him to intervene in your affairs and in the affairs of people around you. Determine to make a next-level move. It’s time to shift base in the spirit! Today, put yourself on the side of blessing by choosing obedience instead of curses by choosing disobedience.

Today, raise your voice and decree from the gates against devastations, loss of inhabitants or loss of habitations. Decree against losses – of health, lives, and possessions. Decree, today, that the waters shall be responsible and not waste lives or cause devastations. Happy 264th day!

This Is a day of heavenly vigilance and surveillance against destruction in the 38th week. This is an 18th season in the sixth 49 days. It is a book of Job day in the sixth 49 days. Desire and seek revelation. Pursue and strengthen relationship with God and with men. Request divine protection and preservation. Be watchful and careful in feasting and celebrations. Gog, with her great company of allies, would decide to go against the people of God. But it would be for her destruction. God would call for a sword against her on that day. If Gog feared God and respected revealed truth, she would trod softly where Israel was concerned. If the Gog of this day does not regard God or His Word, she would drive headlong to her destruction. Revelation is useless if we would not pay due attention to it.

The book of Job opens with a godly man suffering at the hands of Satan for his godliness. He went through a rough non-verbal cross-examination at the hands of the adversary. Not understanding what was happening to him or the reasons for it, he asked questions, his friends blamed him for his troubles, but he defended and justified himself. Neither his friends nor himself could help matters. God stepped in from Job 38, told everyone their wrongs, and moved to change Job’s situation. Day 263 is a day to receive correction. It is not a day to keep doing what you have been doing; or going where you have been going. It is a day to receive correction and take steps in the right direction.

Day 263 is a day expressing the 18th chapters of the Bible. In Genesis 18, God spoke to Abraham about His plans to destroy Sodom. In Revelation 18, Babylon was destroyed. This is a day of judgment. In Ezekiel 18, God said the Soul that sins shall die. Intercession is needful today.

Day 263 is the twentieth day of the ninth month. This is a day to confront men with light from God’s word. It is a day to come before the Word of God. The book of Ezra has a pattern for this day. Ezra 10:7-9 says, “And they issued a proclamation throughout Judah and Jerusalem to all the descendants of the captivity, that they must gather at Jerusalem, [8] and that whoever would not come within three days, according to the instructions of the leaders and elders, all his property would be confiscated, and he himself would be separated from the assembly of those from the captivity. [9] So all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered at Jerusalem within three days. It was the ninth month, on the twentieth of the month; and all the people sat in the open square of the house of God, trembling because of this matter and because of heavy rain. This is a day to give time and attention to the Word of God – the Light that guides men away from darkness.

Today, pray to be delivered from falling into temptation. Pray to be preoccupied with the person of God; and to be focused on His mandate and His revealed purpose for your life. Be careful to weigh every decision in light of God’s purpose for your life; and God’s purpose for the time. Today, proclaim an end to woes and declare the dawn of a new day in the fifth 49 days. Today, reflect and receive correction before the Lord. It is time to change and move in the right direction. The change you want will come from the change you make. Happy Day 263!

This day in 2020, there was a violence-ridden governorship election in Edo State Nigeria. The APC Governor, Obaseki, had defected to the PDP months earlier.
