Day 128: The Mystery of May 8

Welcome to the 128th day of the year! Day 128 is the second day of the nineteenth week. It is also the 30th day of the third 49 days. It is also the second day of the fifth week in the third 49 days. Day 128 is a second-season day.  The key Bible patterns for understanding the 128th day are the second day of creation narrative, Psalm 128, and the second 21 chapters (22-42) of the nineteenth book of the Bible.

Day 128 is a second day of creation day in the 19th week. God created the firmament on the second day; to make way where there is no way; and to give breathing space. It would seem that the firmament was an answer to inaudible prayers of things waiting to exist. God heard their inaudible desperate cries for intervention. God gives help to those who fear Him or call upon Him in the second season. The fear of God is the key to blessings in the second season. Calling upon God and walking in His ways are keys that open doors in the second season.

Day 128 is a Psalm 23-44 day in the 19th week. The second 22 chapters of the 19th book are applicable to second day of the 19th week This section of Psalms is full of prayers and confident declarations of faith. “The Lord is my Shepherd “; “The Lord is my Light and Salvation”; “O taste and see that the Lord is good”. In this section of the book of Psalms, the Lord is shown to be a Good and Trusted Helper. Day 128 is a day of blessings and benefits for those who fear and love God. The enemy would want it to be a time to harm those who fear the Lord. He wants it to be day of curses coming on God’s people by leading them away from the fear of God.

Day 128 is First kings – Proverbs day in the 19th week. Every week is a journey through the Bible. The first four days is the Old Testament part. The last three days is the New Testament side. The second day of the week expresses the second ten books of the Bible. In those ten books, Israel went through the test of loyalty to God. Israel prospered, declined spiritually, divided, went into captivity, and returned. The last three poetic books depict Israel’s experiences in songs, proverbs, and parallel narratives like Job’s. Loyalty to God and dependence on His wisdom and power are the keys to success in a second season like Day 128.

Day 128 is a book of Amos day in the third 49 days of the year. The book of Amos is the 30th book of Bible; and is applicable to the 30th day in the third 49 days. Amos is often called a prophet of doom because he spoke of God’s judgment against oppressive leaders in Israel and other nations. God reacts against oppression in the second season – especially when there is an outcry against oppression.

Day 128 is a Psalm 128 day. Psalm 128:1, 4 says, “Blessed is every one who FEARS THE LORD, Who WALKS IN HIS WAYS.  [4] Behold, thus shall the man be blessed Who FEARS THE LORD”.

THE BLESSINGS OF THOSE WHO FEAR GOD AND WALK IN HIS WAYS

1. You will eat the fruit of your labors

2. You shall be happy

3. It shall be well with you

Psalm 128:2 says, “When you eat the labor of your hands, You shall be happy, and it shall be well with you”

4. Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine in the very heart of your house. Fruitfulness is a blessing of the second season. A man is blessed when his wife is fruitful and productive. A wife is a second season helper. The story of Eve’s creation is recorded in Genesis 2. A woman’s blessing is to be a blessing to her husband. When a wife gives children to her husband, she also becomes a mother. When the wife of a man who fears God is not productive in the second season, the man should appeal to God. Jacob had great blessings of reproduction in Genesis 30. Even Rachel, his wife, was healed of barrenness and Joseph was born. Jacob had seven sons and one daughter in Genesis 30. Even his livestock multiplied greatly. Day 128 is a 30th season day; because it is the 30th day in the third 49 days of the year.

Psalm 128:3 says, “Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine in the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table”

SECOND SEASON BLESSINGS AND PRAYERS FOR THE MAN WHO FEARS GOD AND WALKS IN HIS WAYS

Psalm 128:5-6 says, “The LORD bless you out of Zion, and may you see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life. Yes, may you see your children’s children. peace be upon Israel!”

Today, all doors of fruitfulness and productivity are opened to you – in family life, in business, in physical strength, and in spirituality. Speak and pray the Psalm 128 blessings over people and over yourself.

DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, declare that your faith will not fail; and that the faithful will triumph. Decree the downfall of those who disregard God and trust in themselves or idols, Today, prophesy against evil controlling powers and overthrow them by the word of the Lord. Mercy makes a way where there is no way. Today is a day of divine intervention and mercy. Today, release the word of the Lord against oppressive mountains in your life and in your world. Raise a cry to God against the proud and wicked in the land. Today, trust God to make a way where there is no way. Proclaim His word, Pray to Him. Praise Him. Happy 128th day!

  1. I would like to receive a regular subscription from you, if any possibility. Also i would like to know if there is book made available already so that i can access. I’m very interested in understanding the times and season according to God’s calendar/Bible. Last night in my sleep, i was given the numbers of 128 days and 365 days. I have no clue what these numbers represent or what it is referring to. So as i started to do my own research over internet, i bumped into your article. I’m curious to learn more about the times and seasons.
