Day 216 is a sixth-day-of-creation day in the 31st week. God ended the creation of flesh and blood on the sixth day. He created land animals and man. The animals were of three kinds: brutal, crafty, and foolish. Man was created to be kind, upright, and wise. He made man in His image and after His likeness. He gave man dominion over the other living creatures. He blessed man with fruitfulness and multiplication and instructed him to eat herbs. The sixth day was the first time God communicated with His creation concerning provisions. Every sixth-season day is a season of prospering through obedience to commands and instructions. In this season, destruction comes through neglect of God’s word. In the sixth book of the Bible (Joshua), Israel prospered and inherited the Promised Land through obedience to the word. Wherever they failed it was because of disobedience. In Genesis 6, Noah found favor with God and received commands and instructions concerning the Ark of Salvation.
Day 216 is a Book-of-Proverbs day in the fifth 49 days. Proverbs is the 20th book of the Bible and is applicable to the 20th day in the fifth 49 days. The 20th chapters of the Bible are also applicable to this day. The 20th book and 20th chapters of the Bible indicate that the 20th season is a time to live and operate by divine wisdom and instructions. The Ten Commandments is given in Exodus 20 and the 20th book of the Bible, Proverbs, is a book of instructions. Although we should always take God’s word seriously, Day 216 is a special ‘divine instruction’ day. It is a day to wage war with counsel.
Numbers 31 can be applied to this day sixth day of the 31st week. In Numbers 31, God gave Moses instructions concerning the Midianites, the booty from war, the purification of the soldiers and the booty, the division of the plunder.
Day 216 is Ephesians – Philemon day in the 31st week. Every week is like a journey through the Bible. Every week has an Old Testament side and a New Testament side. The first four days of the week belong to the Old Testament side and express the 39 books of the Old Testament. The remaining three days of the week constitute the New Testament side and express the 27 books of the New Testament. The sixth day of the week is the second day in the New Testament side of the week; and expresses the second nine books of the New Testament. Day 216 is a day to thrive through instructions. DECREE AND DECLARE: God made us in His image and likeness to rule, have dominion, and impose His will on seasons; as He did with the seven days of creation. He decreed what He wanted for each day. We are to decree what is revealed concerning each day. Today, decree the downfall of the wicked and the lifting and establishment of the just. Today, prophesy and declare war against the enemies of God. Today, prophesy restoration and blessing on God’s people because of the finished work; and prophesy against ungodliness. Today, show that your primary allegiance is to the God of Israel. You are made in the image and likeness of God. This is a day to commemorate and relive the creation of man in the image and likeness of God. Today, make your way back to the Lord. Even if you’re not a backslider, you can still get closer to the Lord. Today, stand out for God as His representative and look into your life, and look around, for things and areas that need to be conformed to God’s standards. Happy 216th day!
